I read reviews of people saying they hate boohoo and never recieved their orders and I'm surprised. My whole wardrobe is from boohoo almost, I started ordering back in the summer of 2016 buying somethings almost every month and not once have had a bad experience. I always receive my items very quickly too. It's sad and uneasy that some people haven't recieved items or refunds, whereas I always get my items about 4 days after ordering.

I had an event coming up and bought a few blazers and mock neck tops. Clothing smelled like chemicals, and was of very poor quality. A lot of the clothing had loose ends which looked awful. Ended up returning 3/4 of the items a month ago. I'm still in the process of trying to get my money back for the items I returned...

I had a horrible experience with Boohoo. I paid for express shipping (3-4 business days) and it took almost 3 weeks for my order to arrive. When I finally received my order, I was sent the wrong colored item. When I went to the website, the color I ordered was no longer there and was replaced with another color. When I messaged customer service on WhatsApp, they told me that they don't switch colors. The color I ordered is no longer on the website and they should have asked if I wanted to change the color of my purchase. Please do not buy from this company. This is a scam.

I was extremely nervous to order from this company after reading all the reviews but decided to give it a try anyway due to the low prices. I am so glad I did. The package arrived within 14 days and everything fit perfect! I love all the dresses and the quality is much better than I expected. I will be ordering from this company again.

Tried to cancel an order I made within 20 min of making it because it wasn't going to be delivered in time for my event and all customers service said was to return it when it's delivered and they would do nothing more. So I have to pay for shipping twice when you could literally just cancel the order? Do better at customer service. Definitely will never order from here ever again

I had ordered several times in the past without any issues, until they sent me the wrong sized dress in my most recent order. There is no way to speak to anyone, so I sent an email explaining the issue: One dress came in the correct size and the other was 3x's the size.
They responded with a copy/paste response on how they convert to UK sizes, and then after MANY emails back and forth they admitted they made a mistake but refused to send the proper size. They wanted ME to pay for return shipping and who knows if they'd ever actually return my money once they received my item with customer service like this.
I was not about to reorder and risk receiving a large dress again. Terrible. I'm telling everyone I know who uses them to find somewhere else. AWFUL customer service.

The sole reason for my purchase was a stripped dress I loved on their website, I was able to pay for my order and after 3 days received an email telling me the dress is not available. Went on their website and the dress was still available in my size and you could still add it to your cart. I immediately email customer service back about the issue, never heard from them. I paid standard shipping of $16.99 to Canada and one dress was unavailable and the other I was sent a size 6 instead of a size 4, checked their return policy and it said I had to cover the return. I wish I read these reviews before ever buying anything from them. I also learnt they are under investigation for their workers being underpaid. Awful all around!

Boohoo is the worst between them and pretty little thing I don't know who gets the reward for worst clothing website. Their time for delivery is really off, they say 3-4 days if you pay extra 14.99$ for quicker delivery but that's not the case. I paid extra for early shipping to receive my order, it's been over a week now still haven't received my order. My order status have been the same since I placed my order and I needed my dress on Dec 24th. I think this will be the last time I order from boohoo, because what's the point of paying extra for your order to be delivered in a timely manner and your order still haven't arrived. When I check for my order status it's always running late so inconvenient. Who owns boohoo need to do better we're giving them our money and they don't have the customers in mind, bad business. I will let everyone I know not to order from boohoo and pretty little thing!

Ordered two items in the same size and they are about 2-4 sizes different. Told customer service and let them know I wasn't happy about paying the shipping fee to return the one item. They stalled in responding for 3 days and finally just told me they can't waive the shipping fee and to just return the item. I spoke to two or three different people (Naomi and Aisha). I then claimed the item as faulty, and am still waiting on a response. I don't agree that I should have to pay shipping for returning an item that should have fit based on other items I've ordered in the past, as well as the fact that the item is so drastically smaller (with no stretch whatsoever). Learned my lesson, and to quote the company, I completely understand where they're coming from, but I will be shopping elsewhere in the future.

measure yourself, and check the size charts. shop somewhere else.

So idk why I still end up giving Boohoo a try again…once a year smh. I am the stupid one obviously. Every time, the order gets delayed more and more that it ends up stuck at a USPS location further from where I addressed the delivery to go. I had to drive over an hour for two different orders and both times, USPS could not find it and Boohoo claims they delivered it and would not refund my money. The sheer lengths I went just to get my package that I never came home with, is seriously ridiculous. I can't even blame Boohoo but blame myself for continuing to give them my money. But to help you all, save yourself the headache, your time and money.

I ordered one black longline cycling shorts (and get short one), sandals size 7(they fitting to size 5), dress in light vanilla colour (get peachy/pink color), only what is ok is a pair of socks... never again!

They've developed the habit of listing things in US sizes while sending UK sizes. You then have to go through the hassle or returning (in a pandemic) before getting a refund even though the issue is on their end. And somehow, even though THEY messed up it's still your fault.

I ordered $60 worth of clothing from boohoo and they sent me one confirmation email and then never any tracking. I tried to log in multiple times to my acct and it would not allow me. I then tried to change my password and the link would expire within seconds. I finally got ONE SKIRT this week and it's saying my order was fulfilled. Every time I click the contact us link on their website, nothing happens so I literally cannot get into contact with them. The best part is the skirt was literally $7, the cheapest part of the package. DO NOT buy from here they are unorganized and have ZERO customer service and stole money from me. :)) ))))))

I requested a cancellation and refund and they refused to cancel the order and wouldn't even give back my $6 paid on shipping for an order that did not arrive as promised. Take your money elsewhere!

Don't try returning an item. Not only do you have to pay for the postage to return it. But it somehow disappears and claim they never got it after a month goes by. And you get no refund plus you get to loose an extra 7$ in postage fees. Buyers beware

Brought a layered dress and a mini skirt and love them both! The Dress can be used on its own without the top, And the top is a cropped turtle neck so could pair it with some jeans. The skirt is lovely fit it's stretchy material, but it doesn't stretch enough that it distorts the pattern on it. Very happy! Thank you!

After reading the reviews I was hesitant to place an order. I only spent around $40 for the first purchase to see for myself. Got my order in about 8 days after I ordered and the products weren't terrible. One of the shirts I got is super cute and great quality while the other things are a little cheap. (Costume like material) but overall not bad.

Even if you pay for a years next day delivery they do not have it activated on your account for auto use! So unless you manually remember to select the next day option each time at check out they will automatically use standard delivery method so your one year premium delivery is really quite useless.
Clothing is also not of good quality. Prefer to shop Revol

Worst place to shop ever! I made an order 12/4. Items were shipped 12/6. I waited the 8 days for super saver shipping and still no package. I checked online for my tracking number to see that my package is no where to be found. Then I receive an email from boohoo saying that they received my returns. I never received the items to send anything back. I sent an email and go no response. So I took to Twitter where "Amy" asks me to DM my complaint. First she says that the courier confirmed that due to the time of year my package will take longer, sorry for the delay. Then she writes back saying that the courier has returned the package to them and they have issued me a refund. I really wanted my items but now if I reorder I fear that I may not get my items or a refund and I do not want to spend another shipping fee for items I will never see. Very dissatisfied! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!

I got a white blouse from boohoo. It looks just as pictured. Its kinda giving bedsheet but it's actually ok for what I need it for. However, the markup was $16 "discounted" from the regular $40 but when I went to checkout with my discount code, the price jumped from $16 to $16.68 plus an additional $10.96 which is the shipping. Actually, ALL of the blouses markup's increased. I thought I was losing my mind. Sleazy. So in short, a blouse was $16, I tried to apply a discount of %5 off and it didn't work whatsoever, I guess because the blouse was already "discounted" which is LITERALLY EVERYTHING IN THE STORE, mind you. The total was $27.64. No discount in sight. Lol The prices are already steep for a fast fashion shop so this will probably be my first and last time shopping here.
