Boohoo's customer service is really accurate and helpful. They helped me resolve the problems I had with my purchase and replied very fast.
For me, I had two missing items for my second bag and contacted them. I ordered since the end of March and they told me to wait until April 16th but it never came home. I'm assuming it felt off the wagon or they just forgot to put it in my bag because they were very little ( it was just an eyeliner and a mirror). I didn't really like my second parcel bag that carried my stuffs because it looked old and torn. However, the clothes are really nice and came with the correct size, except my shoes (not the right size). My parcels came on time and everything was lovely! I would definitely recommend boohoo (do not get mad when you have items missing and be easygoing).

Always ask when you have items that are missing. They might have just forgotten or it felt off the wagon.

Probably one of the worst retailers I've dealt with online. I returned a pair of pants that didn't fit well and after waiting for almost a month for the return amount to show on my bank account I emailed customer service. They inform me the item was never received and I needed the proof of purchase for the return. I didn't have it, because it had been so long ago. The mystery remains as to where the return went and why they can't track the return postage. Horrible customer sevice, sub par quality and unprofessional business. I have never had a lost return and am pretty sure they kept the item and screwed me out of $30. Will NEVER purchase from this company again!

Do NOT ORDER from this place. There is a reason they have no phone number and $#*!ty reviews! If you order a Christmas present early as we all do forget a return if something don't fit! Would get a negative 1000 stars if possible.

These lace up ankle boots lived their life for 2 weeks only and then the soles decided to snap in the middle. The quality is appalling, I did not expect for the boots to come apart after 2 weeks of wearing them. Absolutely gutted I spent so much money on the pair of boots made of cardboard!

I ordered 7 items from Boohoo and they sent all wrong sizes. Size 24 and 26 and I ordered a 18. I should have known because ot took 4 months to get them. This order is a mess and I will never purchse from them again. I guess they sent me whatever was left in the stockroom.

Well, the website products and the prices looks very pretty and reasonable, but don't expect to receive your parcel! I made an order on October, and i have not received my items yet! BooHoo sells cheap clothing at a cheap price. That would be alright if they didn't have such lousy customer service. If you order from them, be prepared to be one big unhappy customer. To prove it, try and find a contact phone number so you can call them. They have so many problems, they can't handle the calls so they don't give out a number.

Ordered 6 items and not one of them fit. Tags marked US Size 14...they were more like a size 10. My entire wardrobe are size 14 and these didn't come close. Clearly most of them, if not all, were manufactured in Asia/China and are not true to US sizes. The styles are very modern but if they don't fit.....

I am really disappointed. I have been buying from Boohoo for years, but recently they have really dropped the ball.
I sent a return which was received on July 10th at their local returns depot, and I am still waiting for a refund almost 60 days later, after about 11 emails and multiple Facebook messages. I have provided proof of delivery, including a signature and name of the person who signed for the package, but they continuously tell me they don't have the items and they are looking into it. FOR 60 DAYS!
I will be reporting them to VISA for breach of their own returns policy, and advise you all do the same if faced with similar circumstances.

I ordered 2 dresses from the website. It was advertised £1.99 delivery if ordered b4 midnight that day but I was charged £4.99.
The dress that I preferred could not be delivered as was out of stock even tho it was still on the website and the other dress delivered was extremely poor quality and so was returned. The returns policy posted on the website said that if I returned my order within 14 days and cancelled my contract I would hv my delivery fee refunded too. To date and several complaint emails later they r still refusing to refund my delivery postage cost. I will never order from this website again and would not recommend it to any of my friends or family.

Ordered two sweaters months ago, never got them. When I asked them for a refund, they refused because they had started an "inquiry". After months of not hearing back, I demanded a refund but I have since changed my debit card and will not get my money back. DO NOT order boohoo!

Ordered boots. They came defective. To get a full refund you have to send them back wait up to 21 days for refund THEN send them a message telling them you got your refund nd then they will refund your shipping charges in another 21 days

One of the pieces I ordered was too big for me, so I had to return it. They gave me the return label as they promised, I made sure I was doing the right thing by dropping it in the package box at the post office, but two weeks have gone by without a refund! I emailed them but they aren't giving me a straight answer and asking me to come up with info that they should have on file. Not cool, a total waste of time and money. Look elsewhere.

First, I should say that I haven't even received my products... however, I'm very frustrated because I paid extra to have this outfit shipped to me in 2-3 business days for an event and I have yet to receive it 6 days later. I emailed customer service, and they said that it will arrive on the 17th of April... that's an additional 3 days... and the event that I wanted this outfit for was yesterday. Sent another email back requesting to have my money back for the "fast" shipping... waiting for a response. This will be MY LAST purchase from this company... I ordered a pair of the suede creepers from boohoo because they were a British site which shipped to Canada. Upon ordering I got my shipping free (not sure if it was a promo or normal) and prices were great. I noticed it said they pay for duties and taxes, which is important because I don't like in the UK. After I ordered, I read some troubling reviews, and just prayed that I wouldn't have any problems. No problems at all. They came in the amount of time boohoo had said they would, they had the correct tracking info and I had no problems with duties and taxes. I absolutely love the shoes, they're great quality and a true to size 10 (Canadian) fit. I would recommend this site because I had no issues! Will be buying from them again.

Extremely poor customer service. Firstly, sent two emails which date back to 2 weeks ago but have still not received any response to either.
Tried to speak with the team via WhatsApp - got a different person each time each of whom did not read the previous notes so the conversation dragged on due to them not reading this correctly.
Then when I was passed to a ‘manager' - Nicha - they offered me a £5 voucher to solve my complaint. Being well aware that nothing on that site is £5 and that I would have to spend more of my own money to even use the supposed complaint resolution. When I stated this, I got a very sarcastic and patronising message back stating they were happy to resolve this for me and that they would be closing my complaint. I advised that I was not satisfied with this outcome and they stated it was closed and they were happy to help again. Absolutely appalling service.
