I have paid for next day delivery for the year. Twice now I have not received my items for next day delivery. I had to wait 3 days for the item(s). When I have complained, all they said was, it is on its way. Disgusting service and I should be compensated for the scam of paying for next day delivery. I have also received torn clothing and a face mask that was obviously ripped then sewn back together and they had the nerve to tell me it's not returnable. I would give Boohoo zilch stars if I could.

I'm sure you've all heard this a million times but your clothes are very poor quality and not true to size. I shouldn't have to order 3 sizes up from my Norma size just for your clothes to MAYBE fit me. They always have this foul smell in the package and whoever you have stitching your clothes does them very poorly and maybe they wouldn't be made poorly if you paid your workers normal wages instead of slave wages. Just food for thought. Horrible experience and I won't be ordering from here again

Purchased four bridal robes and paid express postage. One was missing a belt, so I contacted them and said I only need the robe's belt. They said they would send. When I received, I had another robe. I contacted them again and they said they cannot send the robe but were willing to give me a partial discount. Told them I wanted a full refund because I cant use it at all. They took ages to respond, were not helpful and only partially refunded me.

Why on earth do I only get refunded the price the item is at the time of return, and NOT the full price I paid?!
I have lost over £50 due to this on goods I returned. One of which was £35 but I was only refunded £16. Absolute joke and thief's!

I ordered a bomber jacket from boohoo at the end of October. I had been looking at it for a while and decided to go ahead with the purchase once I thought I had enough money to be paying for the jacket. It worked out at €30, although not a lot to some it is a lot to a struggling student. However, within less than a month the jacket had busted under one arm and because it was past the return date I got it sewed by a family friend. While the jacket was being sewed, under the other arm busted too. All was fixed until I noticed today that at the bottom of the jacket that the seam had busted in yet another place. Not happy at all. I had no problem with the website itself or the service but the quality of the product clearly isn't good. Would not recommend the website to anyone else and will certainly never be buying from it again as the jacket was my first experience with any product from boohoo.

Long time customer, recently ordered a Aviator Bomber jacket for the fall that was faux fur lined. Recieved the jacket and loved the way it looked. However when putting it on I noticed it was constantly shedding. I look at the seams by the collar and the sleeves and the faux fur was falling off as the glue that was holding it on the jacket is very hard and cheap. There are also hard pieces in the sleeves where the fabric sticks out and uncomfortably rubs against your skin, so you cant wear it without a hoodie or sweater. I wont be able to wear it for a season, let alone a long period of time without it falling apart. Very disappointed of the quality cause I loved this jacket.

My birthday is less than 2 weeks away, although boohoo has over 1 billion horrible reviews i decided to give them another try; as my friend purchased items and all of them fit well. I recieved an email showing all my items are a size 8. I specifically purchased a size 4. Im praying they get my order correct before my birthday, it isnt rocket science.

Bought 2 items and you have to pay 16$ for the shipping. They canceled an item because it is apparently « out of stock » but wasn't when i ordered. Now they won't cancel my order for just one shirt the same price as the shipping. They really just want to make money over everything else. Now i'm gonna have a shirt for the double of what it is worth. Also, have ordered a lot of clothes from there before that and most of the time it looks good but the fabric is so thin for what you pay and its almost uncomfortable. Don't order from this company, order from somewhere else really...

Worst customer service ever. Paid extra for express shipping. It never arrived anywhere close to express. Definitely a scamming company. No phone number and customer service reps seem to be bots who repeat the same crap over and over. Do not buy from them. Quality is poor and service does not measure up to anything close to quality.

I ordered a dress, romper, and a top with express shipping. The express shipping that should have only taken 3-5 days took over a week to get to me, so that was a waste. The dress was extremely too big. It legit was maybe 2-3 sizes to big. The romper, which was the same size as the dress, was too small. The shirt was advertised as a full length shirt and ended up being a crop top and was very cheaply made. It looked nothing like the picture. Overall the sizing is very inconsistent and the fact I had to pay $4 to return the items is bad customer service considering I paid express shipping and didn't even get that. I will never return.

I made a purchase at Boohoo and after putting in my billing and shipping information I received a email and the shipping address was incorrect. I emailed them 5 minutes after making the purchase and they emailed me the next day saying it was too late to change. So once I received the tracking information I contacted USPS. After speaking with USPS they told me the tracking number they provided me with was incorrect. I have been emailing then ever since no response! Never again! Im out of my money and clothing!

I ordered 4 items and only received 2. When I called they told me they would send out the other 2. Then they told me one was out of stock so they only sent one. The one they were supposed to send I got an email that it was returned. Really annoyed because I needed it for the holidays and could have ordered from somewhere else. Also there is no one to talk to. Everything is by email so I have to wait for a response.

I dealt with 4 people simply asking where my paid for delivery was a day after… first in the nicest way wording of stuff was SHOCKING. Hoping for your more patience was the end of the message which tbh is rude,. Next up I had John who told me to listen to his colleague ignoring my points and not mentioning to the comments and told me to wait another 24-48 hours…. Up next I had Maria, she was funny. Said she'd processed a refund for delivery Then messaged 11 mins later saying she couldn't process it. Don't care about £3.99 I stated already I don't want to go shopping on my day off. Saving the best till last we have Carla who sent me a next day delivery voucher and closed the chat all in all I won't sleep over the fact I don't have to speak to any of these people again.

I ordered a couple of times on Boohoo. The dresses were fineand they fit but as soon as I received some dresses that I was not satisfied with, then there was a problem. I returned the dresses like they told me too and then nothing... I have been waiting 4 months for my refund! Bad company when there is a refund involved.

I ordered for clothes from this store, size 6 US and a skirt. One of the dresses was too big, the other one was way to small. I returned it. It's been more than a month and I've still not gotten my money. I sent the order number to them to sort out the order, they want me to take a picture of the receipt. I even gave thme the tracking number. They don't want to refund my money. It's been more than a month now.

I've ordered two dresses from boohoo. The first dress was fine. But the second one looked nothing like the picture, and the quality isn't good. The shipping took forever and I don't think it was worth the price I paid. I don't think I'll order anything else from boohoo.

I decided to treat myself and order a cute pair of sandals. I ordered, using the sizing chart to convert to US Women's sizing and placed my order. A month later, I got a pair of tiny sandals. They are child-sized. Cute and they look like what was advertised, but entirely unusable. I contacted customer service via email and at first they were polite, asking the usual questions but then I was told that it was my fault that I ordered the wrong size (it was the right size according to their conversion chart) and that I could send them back, but that was at my cost and it would be expensive to ship back to China so I probably shouldn't bother. Shipping is also deceiving. I paid for what I thought was priority mail, but as it turns out the shoes ship from China to a Pitney Bowes hub in the US and are then assigned US tracking (Which you will not receive info on btw) so be prepared to wait for weeks and not know where your item actually is.

I made an order from them and they sent it to me with 4 items missing. They then sent the replenishment/fix up order twice and told me I would have to pay to return one of the packages and then I would get refunded. It cost $57 to post, then they informed me they would not refund me until the item arrived. I do not think that is fair since I was out of pocket for their mistake. The item has arrived, it has been over a month and they refuse to refund me. I constantly email customer service and ask them to call me to sort it out and a different person replies everytime and says a call request has been put in and they will call me yet they never do. I will never shop from Boohoo again

Really disappointed with this company paid for next day delivery two days later the parcel is not yet here, when asked for a refund for the delivery cost they refunded me £2 which is the difference between the next day and standard delivery cost. I paid for next day delivery as I needed an outfit for the following day, I was denied full compensation really not on.

I knew i'm not alone on this. I recently ordered 6 items that I thought really cute from your website. I had problem with the shipping, but owell now I received the items. What is making me really disappointed & wanted to scream really bad is the fact that these items are in such poor quality fabrics, real items are not like what pictured (beside basic plain color it would be almost like the picture), off measured for the coat & sweater. What is going on? Your pictures on the website, on ig are like looking soo good! So cute! But instead this is like ordering item from some "china" website (if you know what i mean), way off! And how could you put your regular pricing in that amount if the quality we're getting is really worth 90% off of that! Your price is so close to zara items, which their qualities are way above you, is that exactly why your name is "boo" "hoo"? This is soooo sad!

Hi, I am so sorry that you haven't had the order. I have had a look and can see the last updated on the tracking on the 20th of June so we would now class this as being lost. I did have a look and i'm afraid the order was no longer in stock so i have fully refunded the order for you so $43.77 will be back in your account by the 29th of July for you -
They are collecting the money and making customers wait months and at the end they say the product is no longer in stock and then say we have to wait more days for our refund. Very disappointed

I have ordered 3 items, two knitted coords (the one which actually was 'brave soul' brand - I didn't know that they sell other brands too, was very nice, the fabric was so soft and excellent quality. The other knitted co ord, which was 'boohoo brand', was quite itchy and scratchy on the skin :/ So it will be uncomfortable to wear, especially for the trousers).
Anyway, the most disappointing part is the Jean jacket I have ordered in size 34 and guess what? It came in size 44 :p yeap, a little bit bigger than expected - actually sooooo much bigger. :/ I don't think I can manage to wear it... Is so heavy also and big for me. There is the return option, however since this is their fault I don't believe is fair for me to go through all this trouble for returning it back. Maybe I am going to give it as a present to someone else. Oh and note that there was no tag on the jacket...
