I PLACE A ORDER IN JULY NEVER RECEIVED. AFTER LOOKING AT ALL THESE HORRIBLE REVIEWS. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM ANY ASIAN WEBSITE AGAIN. I DON'T CARE HOW HONEST THEY ARE. PEOPLE LIKE THIS WE HAVE GOT TO STOP PATRONIZING THEM. THEY KNOW WE ARE DUMB. ALWAYS LOOKING FOR CHEAPER PRICES SO THE SCAM THE HELL OUT OF US. I'M DONE... LESSON LEARN.

The ordering process was kind of confusing. So, I ended up ordering the same thing 3 times. Luckily, Jake B From customer service (texting with me using Whatsapp) quickly solved my problem.

I placed an order on October17th and October 18th 2016, both orders got here 2 day's earlier I got them on the 29th off October. I returned some stuff that didn't fit a week later Nov 7th. I barely got my refund on Dec15th! After i requested and submitted pictures of my receipts several times even detailing product name, code and size! Never ever ordering from these people again. I'm sticking to Charlotte russe.

LIARS & THIEVES
ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS SINCE I PURCHASE MY HEELS! THEY TOOK 58$ AND THEY LOST THE ITEM! THEY PROMISE ME 3 WEEKS AGO THEY WILL RE-SHIP IT AGAIN BUT I HAVE'NT SEEN ANYTHING YET!

JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Okay so i never ever write reviews for anything... lol, no matter how much i enjoy a site, product whichever but feel this one is well deserved.

I live in the UK, and know about boohoo because some friends wear the clothes and have ordered form them before. I had never bought anything from them before until this week.

Currently im in the USA, so i wondered if shipping would take a few weeks, but i saw they had a 30% off site wide sale so i ordered two things from them not knowing exactly when i would receive them but decided to give it a shot i saved something like $40 all together.

From the get-go the communication on my order was great, daily updates on where my items where and he expected delivery date. On the website they estimate 5-8 working days which i figured was just for the UK, and y'know... just so people could keep happy about delivery times

But they really did arrive within 5 days! Crazy! It made a leap over the atlantic and to my door in such a speedy fashion. Some UK stores don't even deliver this fast, and considering i'm 3000 miles away its honestly great delivery service.

Im happy with my purchases too, pretty true to picture for me (i ordered a burgundy cardigan and denim pinafore dress)

I would definitely recommend this site, all the negative comments on here have me wondering if they've stepped up their service recently, my order went so smoothly. Definitely give them a try!

Buyer BEWARE, if you need to return an item due to their error... there is no customer service. I emailed them a month ago, and followed up and still no response. S. O. L. on this one!

I've left 1 star only because I would be able leave this review. Mine experience is NEGATIVE, each time I ordered it never arrived on time and never got any updates informing me when I can expect my delivery. No phone to call and talk, messages on WhatsApp being ignored. Not impressed and won't be buying again. Also not happy with quality of fabrics, cheap China fabrics that make you order more often as clothes won't last more than 2 months. Since I've got my next day delivery subscription I have never received order on time, today waiting again and being ignored when asking when can I expect it to arrive. Overall unhappy customer, WOULDNT RECOMMENDED! Zero stars!

I ordered something for next day delivery on the 13th of December. It is now the 21st and i have not recieved it. I have contacted them numerous times and asked multiple staff to look in to it or to contact hermes and they refuse and said I have to wait until 25th December, before they will even look in to it. The item was a dress for my xmas party on the 17th, which has gone, so the item is no longer needed and they wont even cancel my order and issue a refund? They shouldnt offer a service they can not provide

Express delivery took 2 weeks when it finally came the delivery man left a note that I have to pick it up from our local post office! Our local post office openings times makes it impossible for me to pick it up. Disgusted they didn't leave it in a safe place for me like literally every single other delivery person has done especially during covid EVERY SINGLE delivery iv had has been left in a safe spot. Fuming

I've purchased two items from boohoo.com 1/29/2017 i was told my items would be delivered Thursday 2/2/2017 and I have not received anything! I sent an email to them the whole nine. Now that I am checking my order it's telling me it's unavailable! I tried calling the USPS in New York where it said it supposedly arrived at and I got no answer from them! BOOHOO IS A DAMN SCAM & I WANT MY COINS BACK IMMEDIATELY OR I WILL BE AT THERE HEADQUARTERS

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - They send your parcels to wrong address and REFUSE to help. Even though Hermes said they just need BooHoo to confirm the correct address and they can change it, boohoo refused to help. I was passed around 4 different agents and it's felt like robots, no one cared and they just kept repeating the same crap. Horrible customer service! Took my money and sent the items somewhere random! Shocking … Go to ASOS if you want a quality level of service!

I ordered my college graduation dress from this site a week and a half before graduation and requested express shipping where I paid $15.00 extra. I was given an expected delivery date of December 14th, graduation was the 17th so that was fine. I didn't get my items until today, December 22nd. Needless to say, I denied the package from usps because I no longer need the items. Customer service is just as terrible, I contacted them over 6x and got a response twice, each time the rep was rude and nonchalant about my situation. I will NEVERRRRRRRRR order from this site again.

Ordered from them from Singapore and was impressed at first at how quickly they shipped out my items. Told me my expected delivery was between 4th-6th may but even after the 6th, i did not receive my parcel. Went online to track my parcel, and the site states that it has been "delivered", on the same night, got an auto generated email from boohoo saying my order has been cancelled. Made no cancellation whatsoever, did not even get an email informing me as to what happened. Quite dodgy that they would state that my parcel is delivered on their tracking site but in reality my order has been cancelled. I even paid £7 for shipping so i expected at least reliable tracking lol. I was so confused so i emailed boohoo. They did not sound one bit apologetic and refused to reply my enquiries and were very vague in explaining anything. Customer service is horrible, especially for a company that is quite well known. Smaller companies i've ordered from the UK provide much more reliable services and tracking

I orderd a " living my best life top to receive cest le $#*!ing me" top and 3 days later only just receive a email back it has the living my best life tag but the top says different waste of my time now I have to send it back and wait for a reply absolutely rediculous, unorganised service,

I ordered some boyfriend jeans and they were WAY too big. I followed the size chart accordingly but still huge. Also when it came it was ripped and horrible packaged. Would not recommend :(

I brought items from boohoo and didn't get the order. There's absolutely no way of contacting them and I've lost £50 in the process. I advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs.

Everything in my order was absolutely wrong. Every blouse was the wrong size and I used their sizing chart. Some items missing and one blouse was large enough to cloth an elephant. The quality of every blouse shipped was extremely poor and the materials used was the cheapest you can buy. BOOHOO is exactly what it means because you will be crying when you receive your order. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

First time buying from boohoo, though id give it ago brought a tracksuit had a big slit in it, looks terrible now. NEVER BUYING FROM THERE AGAIN. I'd rather buy from pretty little things. Or asos. Buying from boohoo is like worse that primark. $#*! website.

I AM SO $#*!ING ANGRY! Every goddamn time I place an order with them it NEVER EVER gets to me on time! Get a grip boohoo its seriously sickening how this company is still in business you can't just continue to $#*! people over time and time again! I will never shop here again! My order was placed a week and a half before I needed it AND i paid for expedited shipping! DO NOT BOTHER BUYING CLOTHES FROM THEM IT IS NOT WORTH ALL THE HASSLE!

I ordered a sweatsuit in size 2. I got the wrong sweatsuit ANd it was a size 6. After complaining they said they'd send the correct one. I got the wrong sweatsuit once again and this time it was a size 10. My god this company is dumb and should be shut down. Now I have two fugly sweatsuits that I can't return because their return process is just god awful!

Some nice trendy clothes and good deals. Downside, is that almost every time I have ordered they have cancelled an item that I purchased because it was no longer available. But even more annoying is that their communication is non specific. So they will just send you a notice saying we are refunding/cancelling for that purchase but they do not indicate which item i your order they are not sending - so you have to wait for the order to be delivered to find it out. The account info on the website does not show cancelled items or returns. Returns take a long time. You have to pay for your return postage plus tracking. Then finally they refund you but again it is not clear accounting. One email will state the amount refunded, and another will notify you about a cancellation/refund on that order without specifying the item. It is just confusing and disorganized, and you cannot check back for clarity on your website account. The clothes are okay but sometimes run much larger than the size chart indicates. Pot luck, on sizing, so if possible read the reviews. I have tried to review items but even that review system is confused and disorganized.

I know why they are named boohoo, because after you purchase you will be crying the clothing fits terrible and I measured myself and not one item fit as it was supposed to.
