PLEASE, just don't. It will take 1-2 months to get your items, you will hate every item, the items you DO like will rip, tear, or fade within 1 wash, and the things you DONT like will take 1-2 months to get your money back.

Spent almost $400.00 on dresses and heels. Heels ordered a size 7 and both came in a size 5.
Ordered dresses in a size 8 and so far what came in, all are SIZE 12's!

I ordered some items July 10th as of today I haven't received the items. I reached out to Fedex cause the tracking shows the package at their TN office since July 16th, per Fedex the package has been lost & won't be delivered. I reached out to Boohoo & they are refusing to refund my card back until after August 12th (A Full Month After My Initial Order) even though Fedex website clearly shows the package is lost. I've ordered from Boohoo several times over the past few years and never had any issues until my last 2 orders. After this I won't be ordering from Boohoo again.

After you return the items they never automatically refund your money!
Always have to chase and they ask you to wait 28 days... once 28 days have past, they still delaying on refunding you! Always have to raise a PayPal claim to resolve!
Bad customer service and always such a nightmare to get your money back!

They will advise you they cannot process your refund because you have a paypal claim open and if you closed your claim then they will process the refund! DON'T CLOSE YOUR PAYPAL CLAIM! As they will continue to lie and delay your refund!
39 days later... I have finally received a refund, minus the delivery charge for the faulty item, after advising them I will report them to Trading Standards!
Not sure how this company stays in business... shocking!
If anyone else has dealt with such bad customer services and Boo hoo trying to scam you from your money then please report them to Trading Standards, so they can take action on this awful company!

My daughter ordered some clothes for a University Christmas function for which she had bought a ticket. She ordered in plenty of time and even paid for next day delivery. However, the clothes didn't arrive for quite a few days and so she couldn't go to her Christmas function. The clothes were extremely poor quality and wrongly sized. She and I have contacted customer services to complain and have made it clear that she wanted to return the clothes and receive a full refund. I feel she should have been refunded her next day delivery charge and at tge very least, the cost of her party ticket which she was unable to attend because her delivery did not arrive. Still now, in February, nobody has bothered to answer this complaint so the clothes still haven't been returned- she wants a full refund. I feel they have deliberately ignored her so that she has to keep and pay for the order. I'm not sure now whether to go to the ombudsman of Trading Standards. Don't order from them - they are a rip off!

Do not ever order from boohoo, if you expect to have returns. They do not exchange your size. Customer service is horrible. I had to return items from two orders because they did not fit. I emailed customer service to find out if I could ship the returns back in one package versus two packages to avoid paying shipping twice. They said this was fine, write a note about the orders, i included the order return label. They are not refunding me for my second order return because I don't have proof of postage which they failed to state in their initial email about returns. By the time they told me I need proof of postage, i already shipped the package. They processed the returns for the first order but refuse to awknowledge the second order returns included and state they can't without proof of postage which I can't provide as i shipped it from work. I paid boohoo the return shipping and printed the label from their website so work could not provide a proof of postage as they did not weigh or charge me for the parcel. So essentially they have the items back and are keeping my money for them.

I would like to start off by saying that I loved this website when I first ordered. I was a little nervous about ordering from something from across the world but I had heard good reviews so decided to go through with it. However, my items came a lot later than they were expected and I needed them for a certain date. Second, when I received my items I was not pleased at all, in fact I was very disappointed. I had ordered a bodysuit that came in a completely different color than I had ordered and it was very cheap material which was also too big. I ordered another body suit that was a weird size and very different color shade from the picture. I also ordered another shirt, which came with 2 of the same shirt, but the shirt was so small I couldn't enough get it on. Overall, I am very disappointed and disgusted with this website. The shipping is horrible, the clothes don't look like they do in the pictures, the clothing is very cheap material, and the sizing is completely off. The customer service takes forever to get back to you and when you want to return your items, you have to pay for the shipping. I will never ever order from this website again and I will never suggest it to anyone I know. Horrible experience.

I placed my order with BooHoo Friday with express shipping which says I should receive my package by 12/22/2019 DHL express the carrier send a message I should expect my package Dec 26th? I ordered some Ugg Boot lookalikes and they looked more like clown shoes, not confortable, not easy to walk in and despite ordering my usual size 4 they were 2 sizes too big! They wanted me to return them, sent me a return link that didn't work and had the audacity to still charge me for them (I paid via Klarna) after I emailed asking for another returns link when the initial one wouldn't work.
My latest order was a pack of "High waisted" cotton leggings They're not high waisted, they are the itchiest, most horrible material I've ever worn and incredibly see threw. I also ordered some "pyjamas" but to my horror opened uo the plastic bag and it was literally just the trousers. Who TF buys only half a set of PJ's and even worse, isn't clear on the advettising. After they can't get the basics right, I'm closing my account, uninstalling their app and never buying from them again. Pure dissapointment.

Ordered some clothes, 5 items fit and 3 dont so need to return some items, however realised that you need to print a returns label. Unfortunately i do not have a printer so after contacting customer service i was told to go to my local library and print one which is an absolute inconvenience or no refund would be given to me alternatively they said i can write a label on but this would incur postage costs to myself. After already paying £3.99 delivery i think this is poor customer care especially when they advertise "free returns" because they arent actually free as you need to pay for printing or postage. I dont understand why the returns label is not included on the delivery note, i have returned items before and never came across this, this is obvisouly a way for the company to advertise free returns but make it difficult and inconvenient for the customers that they end up paying the postage themselves. I will do this in order to recieve my refund but then i will close my account and they will lose a valuable customer through sheer greed and incompetence as a manufacturer, there are plenty of other online clothes stores who dont use under hand strategies to claw costs back its disgusting. Dont use them they are as bad as petty thieves!

I thought I was a fan of Boohoo's decidedly cute, instagram-worthy style, so I decided to order online. After an average wait time, my packageof 6 items arrived.
Out of those 6 items... 3 were simply not what I wanted. Each had their own special problem.
Instead of my embroidered lace-up shoes, they just sent me an altogether different shoe. Even my receipt confirms I ordered a completely different shoe. How did they mess up the order that much?
I ordered another pair of shoes: while they got the style right this time, the size was way too big. I did not order this size; now they're unwearable.
The trousers I ordered are not only so flimsy and poorly made that they feel more like lingerie/lounge pants, but the "tie waist" actually means they give you a strip of unattached fabric that evidently you command: tie away, but don't expect it to look put-together and presentable like the photos show!
They got my order of the kajal liner right (it's not even their brand, so I guess that one was hard to screw up), another pair of shoes right, and then a plain top right. So... good job!
Very disappointed. The mistakes and poor quality are just too egregious for me to ever want to order from Boohoo again.

Their quality is horrible! The first day I got it I wore my tracksuit and it looked like the seams were gonna come undone and the thing for the strings fell off right way. Wouldn't recommend.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I've shopped online a lot. I know what I'm doing. My first order from Boohoo and I selected next day delivery. As I did so an offer popped up for next day delivery for a whole year for the same price as selecting the option once. It stated how it is the same price! So naturally I selected the unlimited delivery option. When you do this the website unchecks the next day delivery without your noticing. Its a scam to get you to sign up for the Premier option.
When my delivery did not arrive today I could see in the email I was getting standard delivery. Standard delivery is cheaper! I paid for the premier option.
The company has no customer service telephone number! You have to email, watsap or Facebook and just wait for someone to message you back hours later. They don't listen and fob you off.
Online it says I can cancel the order by email. Well that is not true. Customer service refused and just quoted about terms and conditions saying you have to select next day delivery. I had! Why would I pay for it then not expect next day.
I'm sure they'll respond to this with more nonsense. They do not listen!
Please don't give your money to these con merchants!

I really love this company. I have bought from them numerous times. Their clothes are good and arrive in a timely manner (except for express shipping when you actually need it lol)
I spent hundreds of dollars with them yet again and the next day everything went on sale. I know that i wasnt actually entitled to anything but I have spent $1000 with them in less than a year. Customer service were rude, uncaring and often copied and pasted their replies. I asked to speak with a manager honestly about 10 times, there was no sense of urgency or care. Finally, the manager got back to me, cancelled my current order and allowed me to buy at todays cheaper price. A really simple ask and a really simple fix.
Customer service had basically told me that they dont care how much I spend in their store, coming from a customer service background myself it was really upsetting they really didnt care to help me at all.
I love boohoo and their clothes but after being treated the way i was by customer service (no the manager- she was great) I cannot continue to shop from this store.
Boohoo need to value customer service and the life long value of a customer. They have lost a customer who spends on average about $1000 per year. In the grand scheme of things that isnt much, but if customer service keeps treating people this way there will be alot of customers no longer returning and they will eventually feel the difference.
My advice to boohoo, please value customer service and train your staff.
