Do not purchase a boohoo gift card I have recently been gifted one and boohoos absolutely terrible services are useless I can not use the card I can check the balance and when I try too purchase the card is invalid. I can not contact customer service so I'm very disappointed with this!

I returned my item 9/26/16, it is now 10/21/16. I still have not received anything stating that they got returns. They have not responded to the several inquires i sent either. Costumer service is horrible. They do not offer a live person to talk to. I wnat my funds back.

I ordered a dress. Paid via Klarna. I sent the dress back and I had to pay the shipping. When Boohoo refunded my money to Klarna, it was $10.64 less. Therefore, I was left to pay it. I don't even have the dress! Don't look to communicate with someone. There's only an automated system. BAD BUSINESS! They really kept my money. SMH

Package was obviously clothes. Should of packaged it differently. Some of my items were stolen and brought to my door step open. Very disappointed! I payed for them and now its a loss?

My order was expedited to be here Friday Feb. 9th or Saturday Feb. 10th for additional money, and that order has still not arrived. I was very excited to find a new website full of items that interest me, but now because the order is un-trackable, and my package never came on time, Boohoo is obviously not a reputable site. I am requesting my money back in full due to the order not arriving on time, and due to reading reviews that this site is a scam. I am very disappointed in this transaction.

This is the exact message I have sent to them, I spend way too much money to not post reviews on every site possible. Very disgusted at how well they disguised their retail business to look realistic and reputable, however it is an absolute SCAM. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM.

The first time I bought from them, it was a huge disappointment. Not only did it take forever (3 weeks), but customer service is terrible. I returned my item in the time window provided, and even then it took them 2 months to give me a return. TWO MONTHS! But then, I was some how convinced again by a friend to try it one more time, because she rarely ran into issues... though this time shipping was within 1.5 weeks... THEY SENT ME DAMAGED ITEMS and didn't give me a full refund.

HONESTLY, if you decide to buy from them document everything. From timing of purchase, opening box with VIDEO FOOTAGE, and document of shipment.

I have never dealt with such a disgusting business. Well actually I have, in a THIRD WORLD country where they try to rip people off.

I always shop for my Big and Tall guy myself, and just found Boohooman a couple of weeks ago. The clothes all run a size small, maybe even a size and a half. The shirts fit width, but couldn't also cover the length for a Tall size. But, WOW, the quality! Unbelievable! Especially for the price! Sturdy, thick material, fantastically made, and great looking. Maybe, just not good for big AND tall. Good luck, fellas!

I'm extremely upset and feel ripped off by Boohoo. This last order I made I spent over 500$ on white sweatpants because they advertised that they were 100% cotton only to receive them and they were 100% polyester on the label. I had even contacted customer service to ask if they were preshrunk and they said they would get back to me. No one informed me that they weren't cotton. I go back to the website listing and they switched it to polyester after I made the purchase. Customer service has done nothing for me, I keep having to speak to different people and repeating myself because they don't read into the past conversation. Being that I live in Canada I will have to pay huge shipping fees to return the clothing and will lose the shipping fee I paid to receive them. This is so wrong considering I bought items that were false advertised and now I have to pay for it. Horrible customer service I will never buy from here again.

Shocking! Ordered 2 pairs of trainers in size 11 exactly th same ony different colours, was very annoyed to get one pair in size 11 and one pair in size 10 i a size 11 box... as if i wouldn't notice

Won't be a returning customer what they sent isn't what i ordred

Purchased over $1000 worth of clothing half price on the lot. 5 of the 13 items do not fit yet are the same sizing which is size 20.
3 jackets are oversized which should have a label attached reading size 24 not 20.1 jacket which is the velvet biker jacket is the most paper thin material as are the other 3 and being a size 20 I couldnt get my arm into the sleeves! Come on boohoo what is going on here? The biker jacket says size 20 on the fixed label but its definitely a 16 fit. As for the Jean's I ordered high rise got low rise. I'm pissed as I have spent so much money on these items for work and I dont have the time to be sending this crappy clothing back for a refund IF I am deemed eligible. I'll honestly never buy another item from here again the quality is like sweat shop quality very thin and over sized or undersized do not attempt to buy from here. Fancy gimmicks and adverts do not depict the actual product quality stay far away from boohoo! Now I know why they call it boohoo because they leave you crying of all the money you spend for poor quality! Boohoo to me!

Horrible customer service! My order was returned which was not Boohoo's fault, it was the post office who messed that part up. I contacted Boohoo for my refund but did not get a response. After 4 emails and not one response I was forced to dispute the charge with my bank. The bank tracked the package and was able to confirm they received it back. So even though they got their items back they still didn't refund my money. This wasn't a small order either. To date they still have not responded to any of my emails. What kinda company does this? Ladies, if you are unsure of the item you are ordering DO NOT BUY IT. These people do not like to give refunds. After reading all these reviews and seeing how many customers they have done like this I don't know how they are getting away with it. SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!

AVOID RETURNING ITEMS!

I returned £170 worth over 2x separate orders!
As some were incorrect items and some were wrong sizes!
Told by customer service to return for a refund!
After returning to be ignored...
Then to recieve a email stating im not getting my refund and there keeping my returned items!
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

I ordered two dresse in March 2020 for a wedding in Texas and then COVID happened and my flights were cancelled. I returned the dresses because I no longer had a use for them, plus they didn't fit well. I returned the dresses with the return label Boohoo provided and they then claimed they did not receive my return. It is July 2020 and I still have not received my refund. They claimed they did not receive the returned dresses which left me with no dresses and no refund. Plus you cannot talk to customer service on the telephone - only by email. I told them I do most of my shopping on-line and would never be shopping with them again. They could care less - DO NOT SHOP WITH BOOHOO! I can see now why they are called Boohoo though - it's because of all the SAD customers they leave behind! P.S. I would rate his company zero stars if that was an option!

I wouldn't even rate it a 1. I had ordered on a Tuesday for next day delivery and I checked the tracker and it said it would be expected to arrive on the Thursday even though I paid extra money for it to arrive the next day. The following day after I ordered it had not arrived and I received an email saying refund has been confirmed even though I never received my parcel?how can I return something I haven't received?i have emailed them several times and have no reply,I tweeted them multiple times and they take over an hour to reply. When I finally got a reply they said it has been returned by the courier which I already knew because I had got an email to confirm return and I never received it. Really bad customer service they take ages to reply and I got told to only send 1 message at a time when it's hard as i am very frustrated

I placed an order on jan 3st, ordered a small size leather jacket and leggings. I received the package in the beginning of feb with a xs leather jacket and leggings that are tight on the bottom and granny panny waistline that go up to your breasts. Whatever. I returned the jacket and asked for a refund. The first 3 messages we exchanged where oh you should wait, we need to verify it and etc etc. and I was nice enough and polite. My package was delivered to them Feb 23rd. Today its March 10th(almost 11) in US and Im still waiting for my refund of 115 USD. So to sum it up, horrible quality, wrong sizes. And customer service and refund are the worst. This is some $#*!ty site, Never buy anything from here

I ordered a pair of jeans from this website and they sent me the wrong size. I live in the US and knew the sizes ran weird so I made sure I was ordering the correct US size when I ordered them, US size 6. The jeans came and they were a size US 10. I emailed customer service detailing what had happened, expecting them to pay for the return because they had sent me the wrong size. After emailing back and forth at least 5 times, Boohoo still doesn't believe that they sent me the wrong size. I have provided picture evidence and everything. Bottom line: DO NOT SHOP ONLINE HERE. They won't accept responsibility for their mistakes and now I have to pay to return the jeans. I can guarantee I will NOT be shopping here again. Fix your customer service, it is the backbone to a successful company.

This website is a rip off beyond measure. All the 1 star reviews are absolutely true. The clothes look absolutely NOTHING like you see on the websites. The rompers are all see through. The clothing material is like tissue paper quality, the sizing is COMPLETELY off, not very friendly for plus size girls and to top it all off, they now charge you $6 to return your clothing items. What a business SCAM! Unfortunately, I had to pay the $6 to get rid of these horrendous clothes, but I learned my lesson and I hope to receive the refund as soon as possible. You are WAY better off shopping at Shein. Please stay FAR AWAY from this company, they steal your money and provide garbage for clothing!

There is no number to contact them. The online chat just answers question but nobody to actually speak to

Shipping use to be only $11CAD for full order no matter what, now it is $16.99. Big jump in price.
Plus they do not offer exchanges, and now pre-charge you $15CAD in order to gain return label.

Sizing is very off when it comes to foot wear. As an example, size 7 CAD is equal to size 4 UK however ordering through BooHoo when you order size 7 CAD on the website they give you size 5 UK therefore it is way too big and I have to return it for smaller size. This is where my earlier comment comes in. So I already paid $16.99 for shipping of my order, now I have to pay $15 for return label to ship the invoorect sizing shoes back. And if I want to reorder the shoes in smaller size I have to pay another $16.99 as they do not provide exchanges and it is their error that they are incorrectly sizing in their website.
So that means $48.98 in shipping alone to do this process.
That is extremely costly in my opinion

Buyer be careful!

Tip for consumers:
**Be careful with sizing** all clothing does not fit the same, so if you are size 6 in one item does not mean you will be a size 6 in another item
Sizing for shoes is way too big, I'm a size 7CAD, and received size 5UK which is 7.5-8CAD

Must **prepay** $15 to return items & receive shipping label. This is new, never had to prepay for shipping retuns their reasoning is they have gone paperless, but this way you have to use their preferred postal company & have no option on cost to ship it bac

Ordered a blazer & a tracksuit both size 16. Got the tracksuit and it was a size 6. Blazer was fine fit perfectly and was what I expected. Paid for express delivery which was suppose to take UP TO five days which to my understanding means my parcel shall take no longer than 5 days to arrive! I ordered on a Monday, and it arrived the following Monday but needed the blazer for an event happening on a Sunday. A whole $#*! week to get to me. Ended up getting another outfit due to boohoo's lyin $#*! delivery times and I tracked my parcel and saw that it had made its way to Mars, Pluto and Venus before it made its way to me. And only to receive half an order. Arrrgghhh! Frustrating. Anyways, TRUST THE RATINGS PPL!

The worst, most unprofessional company I've EVER made a purchase from. Let's start off with the strange fact that they don't have a customer service number. How are we "the customers" supposed to contact them abt our orders if something is wrong. I ordered a bomber jacket 3 WEEKS ago in a medium & after weeks of waiting even though their website says 3-4 business days FINALLY received the jacket in the WRONG SIZE! They sent me a small & it didn't look the same as the pic on their site. Very cheap looking & just thrown in the bag. I emailed them & didn't get a response until 2 days later saying I could send it back but would have to pay shipping! WTF! It was their mistake! I sent it back & have yet to receive a tracking number. This company is a SCAM! I want a FULL refund A mfckin SAP!

I honestly want this site to shut down. Business with them is the worst online shopping experience I've had. I ordered from them a month ago and I still don't have my things. Contacting them is difficult. It's been days since I have reached them through twitter and email and they still haven't responded. DISAPPOINTING. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. Trust all the negative comments about boohoo.

Great quality & sizing - Excellent communication.

I ordered some work pants for my new job. I dont know when the pants busted but it wasnt a small straight down the middle. Very cheaoly made will NOT USE AGAIN and yes it was very embarrassing. The good thing I work with one person and someone told me. VERY Embarrassing!

I placed an order on 9/27 and returned the very cheaply made item on 10/7. I have requested a refund at minimum 20 times and the only response I've received is:
Hey!
Just to let you know, we've got your email and we'll get back to you within 48 hours to help so hold tight!

They are in essence non-responsive to their customers and don't adhere to their own refund policy. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT SHOP HERE IT'S A SCAM! No contact number, no customer service and no recourse unless you live in China close to this sweatshop!
