Order never came. Tried to email and it came back. I'm glad I didn't spend a lot but I'm disputing it on my card.
The first time I ordered from Boohoo was a couple of months ago and I bought a bodysuit and a long sleeve. The long sleeve was great, but the bodysuit I have yet to wear because the colour is too see through. Ok, that was my fault for choosing white, so I decided to order from them again. HUGE MISTAKE.
Ordered 4 items off the Canadian website in Canadian sizing and once I received a confirmation email a tank top I ordered in a size CAN 16 shipped in a UK 16 (4 sizes smaller = CAN 12). I contact them through twitter; first takes them almost 3 hours to respond to a DM. The rep says that's what I ordered. I send him screenshots of me selecting the same top on the Canadian website and how it goes to the shopping cart still saying Canadian 16, and only ever changed sizes when I received an email confirmation.
I should also note that all other items I ordered arrived in the correct sizing, so my question to that representative was why would I order 1 item four sizes too small for me?!
They finally offered to send the correct sizing in the tank and then I would have to ship back the defective one and they would refund me the money.
The new tank arrived faster than the package of items I ordered. Once I received my package, I compared the two tanks and they were both still the WRONG SIZE in UK sizing. I shipped both back, told them of my experience and I have been waiting almost three weeks to receive my refund.
They want to wire transfer me the shipping refund, but I have no clue how to do that; plus I have no interest in probably having to pay on my end to set it up when they have my credit card information so why can't they return it that way?
The only way to get a hold of their customer service is through Twitter, and it is horrible. You will wait hours for a response. While my first time ordering was good, this time ruined it for me.
I will never order from here again, and will recommend no one to try it.
TL; DR: second order they sent wrong size. Tried to send me correct size, still sent me wrong size. Have been waiting 3 weeks for refund after shipping both pieces back.
As a man I hate clothes shopping but shopping through Boohoo is easy. Stuff is very cheap, good quality and trendy. Returns are also free and easy.

Im usually an asos user and thought i would give boohoo a go (BIG MISTAKE)
So me and my boyfriend booked a holiday to new zealand and i thought i would treat myself and purchase a few new items for my trip we left 20/2/15
I purchased a few items on the 3/2/15 spending well over $100 and it said it should arrive in australia around the 14/2/15. Ok sounds good? Plenty of time to arrive before i leave right? WRONG! It is now 9/3/15 AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANYTHING! The tracking number they gave me says "still in transit" ARE U EFFING KIDDING ME? So i go to the post office to see if they can track the whereabouts of my damn parcel and they tell me it has been sitting in the boohoo warehouse in australia for TWO WEEKS and are yet to release to australia post for delivery! WTF!? So i contact boohoo via facebook and all they can say is "we apologize but it is now in the hands of our courier, it is out of our control as soon as we get more info we will contact you" 2 weeks go by and still no info... seriously boohoo this is by far the worst form of customer service and i will NEVER EVER EVER buy from you again
Lets hope i will actually get my order sometime this yearr that has been sitting in your warehouse for weeks. But i wont hold my breath
