I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.

Absolutely zero rating. I ordered 2 items. One item which i got was incorrect. Answer is, that I HAVE TO find self-post, pay for that and send them item back. For what i paid, if i have to pay again if they did mistake? My last shopping it that page and i dont recommened. Tatiana

Ordered clothes about $180 worth for my vacation and didn't receive it until after vacation a whole month later. I wasn't so upset about that due to the pandemic and it being from a whole other country but none of the clothes fit maybe the bottoms but not the top or the other way around. I have tried multiple times to return them but it keeps giving me an error message. I have been communicating with someone through email because they don't have a phone and she was no help. Now im out money without clothes. Pictures were beautiful but the fabric is awful and not worth the time no wonder the stuff was cheap. I will stay spending money in the USA.

I purchased some jeans from Boohoo(along with a lot of other items that I love. However, said jeans, literally go from my ankles to my shoulders(photo enclosed) and i do not class myself to be vertically challenged!(5' 2")

I was wondering, if these were made for stilt walkers and this was somehow missed from the description as I dont ever remember speaking to any human or even passing one with my eyes at their crotch level!

I would be intrueged to know if this item has actually fit anyone that may be classed as human as someone with legs that fit this item must be some sort of giant, and didnt know such leggy women exist.

I placed an order express shipping on July 10,2020. I still have yet to receive it and contacted them last week to get a refund since the items I wanted to purchase were for my birthday that has come and gone. They said I would be able to get my refund on July 31, so I waited until Aug 1 now they said oh I don't know why they told you that you have to wait until August 5. Please DO NOT ORDER from them. I've never worked so hard to just get my money back. The whole thing is just ridiculous. It should not take almost a month to get something that you paid express shipping for. FRAUD! Buyers be aware!

Delivery was VERY late and when it did turn up it was damaged and had been opened! I refused the delivery and would not sign for it so they took it back now BooHoo have only refunded me for part of the order! Try to call them on their head office number only to be told no one there will help me i have to email or message through Facebook!

I orders with a coupon code for free shipping plus 25% off. After reviewing my paypal, I notice that I only recieve the $5 discount for shipping. I immediately emailed customer service, who responded the next day, by telling nothing could be done. I asked if I could cancel and 2 days later they said no because the order had since been shipped. The only option they gave me was to return the items, pay for return shipping, and reorder. From past experience I know that returns take 30-45 days to process. This solution is unacceptable. The website frequently offers 20-40% off and to not honor a coupon code that was accepted at check out sounds like a scam to me.

I ordered crochet m dress and it looks nothing like the photo. Feels cheap and not flattering. I Paid 9.99 for shipping and now they want me to pay 6.00 to ship is back. At this point I might as well keep the item. It basically the same price as the dress. I use to shop this company years ago. I won't be shopping anymore

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I received my order but, was a little nervous as the sizes I ordered was not what I received. However each item fit perfectly! Shipping took a few extra days but I mean there's an entire pandemic out there. If you're unsure place a small order & check it out. I've just placed my second order!

Please do not order from them. I paid for express shipping on Dec. 14 and it is now Dec. 26 and I still have not received my package. When you use the link they send to track your package you get not much information. When you email them they reply with no concreate answers and just try to buy time. Horrible. There are more reliable sites out there. I'm shocked that boohoo even exists with this type of customer service.

I ordered 8 lovely dresses from Boohoo with next day delivery. There was apparently a problem with the postcode but we have sent many other orders from other sites using the same address with no problems. Also we were not notified about the problem and therefore were just sat there waiting. It's two weeks later and still no parcel. There is no contact number and the email system is dreadfully slow. We Finally found there Twitter account which was full of negative comments about the customer service. We spoke to a different advisor after every message we sent just to be told the same information each time so they didn't even read any of the previous messages. The only reaso I'm even giving a 1 star (not just because I have to) but because of Dan and Abul who actually helped to make our experience a little less disgraceful. Thanks but no thanks Boohoo never again!

Horrible, horrible, horrible, all around. Do not patronize this business or any businesses under this type of falsely advertised branding. It is trash I promise you! These are slave labor products from a China factory that are being rebranded and resold at a disturbingly greedy price.

BUYER BEWARE! They are theives. BOO HOO steals your money!

I returned items 1 month ago and still have not received my refund. I shop online regularly and have NEVER had a problem returning an item. I emailed them because they do no have a contact number. They asked me for a proof of purchase and said without it, I would not be able go get a refund. I am furious. Not only did I lose money from them I also had to pay for the return shipping fee. I will be contacting better business bureau. This should be illegal. Based on the other comments this company are crooks!

I have paid for express shipping on my last 4 orders, and all arrived weeks (not days) late! Now, I am in a situation where my current order has been delivered at all, and my tracking number is showing up as "invalid/no data available". It was a $300 order, and Boohoo keeps telling me that they are "looking into it, and to stop emailing them!" I am fed up with this company. The clothes are cheaply made, and there is no customer service number to call. I will be reporting them to my bank and the BBB if my money is not fully refunded. Shame on you Boohoo- do not offer express shipping if you can't deliver!

This is a great site with very cute options for pennies on the dollar. It's amazing. However going on four weeks ago I ordered for the first time and I still haven't received anything. Is this typically how long shipping takes?

A tip for new users, make sure you create an account. Do NOT check out as a guest. I have been waiting four weeks and still nothing yet I was charged.

I ordered a dress from boohoo on Saturday, March 25th. I received it today, 04/05. (Perfect timing- specified for the expedited 6-10 day shipping option). Today is 8 business days since i placed the order. I read the reviews after ordering and was biting my nails. I have a wedding this Saturday and was worried i'd have a shipping issue. I ordered up 1 size, and to be honest i'd say the dress is pretty true to size! I have a little extra room in the top area but nothing noticeable! Teh stitching and clothes quality if what you'd expect from looking at the picture & the cost. I honestly can't believe the negative reviews! Color was exactly as described. I really don't have any complaints. Also, i'm in Florida, USA. Shipping right on time :)

Boohoo states it did not receive any order details which is right because there site crashed just after transferring the money. I was ordered to contact my bank that cab do nothing as the money was already transferred under bulk id.
Boohoo refuses to contact the financial dept and look into matters.
In short: i paid, you got it but you've got no order details so I want my money back.
This has been over 2 weeks now.
I will advise everybody to spam their ceo and partners in crime to the extent that they will have to do something about the crappiness of their customer service dept

Worst experience ever! Paid for express shipping, 3-4 business days… it's been 9 business days and it STILL hasn't left the United Kingdom. I've reached out everyday after the 4th business day asking for a refund on the express shipping fee and they refused to refund it, actually asked me to pay the standard shipping fee! Seriously don't waste your time, money or energy on this site!

Ordered size 16 clothes, received size 22, and 24! No customer number, only email. T-shirts pictured on site we're women's, received men's t-shirts with same print. All jeans and skirts are 4 sizes too big. One satin Cami ordered the strap was broken. These clothes are flea market quality! $329 worth of useless clothing!

Please make yourself a favor and dont buy anything from boohoo.
Besides that their item don't look nothing like in the picture, the material is superr cheap and the sizes are too big their costumes service sucks as well.
I tried to return my order and they said they are having some troubles accepting Visa cards so they told my to asking any of my friends if they have maestro cards. How unprofessional is that?
And in the end i can't return them because I can't pay my 4$ fee but there was no issue with my card when the got the money for the order.
Totally scam. Please don't buy from this website.

I would've given them negative stars if i could. The worst ever trashy materials i ordered 8 items, material is the worst bot true to size. So i decided to keep 2 and return the rest. The two items i kelt literally shrunk after the first wash not only that, the sweater got ripped some how pic attached, not judt that when i went through return website they wanted to charge me more money plus that i'm gonna pay at usps. What freaking service is that. So disappointed will never ever buy anything from boohoo again and will never recommend it

This is only a good company if everything fits you and you never have an issue. I was sent the wrong size Hoodie which took 2 weeks to come. CS takes 2-3 days to respond to your email. There's no phone number. They told me they sent out another Hoodie and expedited it so I would have it quick. It's been another 2 weeks and no package lol. It's been a month since my original order. Who has time for this? A JOKE. Also the clothes are hit and miss. Some are nice and some are very poorly made. Cheap junk! I only gave it 2 stars cause at least they responded to my complaint.

I ordered three items from their website, two dresses and a 3 piece set all the same size. Received them all after a week. The two dresses were too small while the 3 piece set was too large and has a hole on it!
So, I paid $4 to return the items, knowing that I have already paid $15 for the shipment.
I highly not recommend Boohoo. It was my first experience and the last.

Made many purchases over the years and never had problems with delivery or receiving merchandise. With their sale prices you get good value for your money and sometimes the quality is surprisingly exceptional for the price, but on the other hand, some items are also cheap looking. The only complaint I have is their return service. I've made several returns and it always takes more than 30 days to receive a refund. Presently, I have a pending return that is going on 45 days. Their explanation is that US return center is only to help cut down the return shipping costs, the actual return/refund is processed in the UK after they receive the items there. It should not take more than 30 days to send something to the UK which indicates they may have too many returns to handle and some may have gotten lost or overlooked. Remember to keep all return shipping receipts because they will want that as proof. Shouldn't have to go through such a big hassle to get your money back.

Boohoo Man is a great place to get some nice clothes, decent prices, and good quality, but they tend to run out of certain sizes, and styles, they need to be more careful as they restock the quantities as many of the customers usually trend down to certain sizes and are expecting to see that more in the inventory than than just seeing (sold out) or (out of stock) as that becomes disappointing on many levels. In some cases it may even defer from future purchases. So like I said the clothes are good quality, and really reasonable but they really need to keep a better outlook on the quantity they keep in stock.

One of the worst experiences shopping online I've ever had. I order >$150 worth of stuff so I could get free shipping but as I checked out, something sold out and I was charged $12 for shipping. I emailed them twice and they refused to give me a refund for the shipping I was $3 under. You're a company what is $12 to you? During my checkout I didn't even see the delivery fee until after my order was confirmed. Not only that, but the clothes are so low quality, some parts of the stitching was coming out before I even tried it on. Don't buy from this site, I've told all my friends at University of this experience and they won't be purchasing from here either. I've never experienced such unprofessional and unaccomadating customer service in my life and I've been online shopping for over 8 years. For some reason I can't add photos but I've also left reviews on Influenster if you want to see them there.

I ordered jeans, and they sent out the wrong size. I informed them about it and they said that I can return it. But the most annoying thing was, since I am returning from Norway, the shipping costs more than the cost of the jeans! My point is, it was their fault that they sent out the wrong size. In the end, they said that they can't do anything about it, since that is the only option their system has! For that, I will never order from them again. They should not offer online shopping if they will not allow free returns for their defective product.
