This is the absolute worst company in the entire world when it comes to Customer Service.

I purchase four coats in January. I didn't receive any refund and had to chase them via email. The chasing resulted in 1 refund. I cussed again, three times, this resulted in the second refund. The third coat, again I had to chase several times, with them insisting I'd already been refunded. After back and forth with a very incompetent customer service team, I got that refund around 9th February.

To now, I still awaiting the 4th refund, with various agents telling me it has already been refunded! When it has not.

They told me, I'd get the refund by 2nd Feb - nothing came. I chased and after back and forth, they then told me by 8th Feb - nothing came. I chased again and after back and forth was told by 16th Feb - nothing came!
Today, we have been back and forth around 8 times so far and I'm now told, after being told I was already refunded, that I will shortly get a refund - no date has been given.

Is this even an actual operational customer service team? This cannot be right at all. It is absolutely unbelievable. Wow.

I'd never ever ever ever ever purchase from them again, even if everything was 50p.

If you value getting your money back when you return good, stay away from Boohoo. Go to Misguided or Pretty Little Thing (who, by the way, process the quickest EVER refunds, with no hassle).

Boohoo - your "customer service" stinks. You would NEVER get my pounds again as long as I live.

To be honest I really do not understand all the negative reviews.

I ordered a red Christmas sweater on Nov 8th, intending to use it for a photoshoot with my dog on Nov 18th (we're doing our Christmas card... anyway). Only after they charged my card did I bother to look up the reviews, and once I saw all the feedback about late packages, I rushed to cancel my order (I'd paid the extra bucks for 6-8 day shipping). My estimated delivery was Nov 20th. If I wasn't going to get this sweater on time, I didn't want it.

When I realized I couldn't cancel my order, I contacted the boohoo customer service department (via e-mail, and on Facebook). Both reps responded within hours and let me know about an issue with the site, where the shipping company severely overestimates how long package arrival will take. They assured me that my package would be on time.

Still, I worried. It wasn't until the package arrived today (I was notified when the package was out for delivery by email; that was a nice touch) that I actually felt relieved. My order was nicely packaged and made it to my mailbox exactly six days after I ordered it. The sweater is in perfect condition, and is made with very high-quality materials. The fit is perfect. The color is as advertised. Shipping was expedient. Customer service was great.

I will definitely be ordering form them again. Really baffled about all the negative reviews, tbh.

Where do I start? First of all they mislabelled both my packages. One had to be returned. When I contacted them they told me my username, email and password didn't match up (they were incorrect), and they shut me off. I had to contact them through Twitter, where I get the same "I'm so sorry, what are your details?" I had provided this to you 10x previously via twitter, FB AND email?

They blamed the incorrect addresses on me. But when I called their shipping company they confirmed that the address they had on the package was different to the one I provided to Boohoo on their website. They basically chopped off the numbers on my address, but luckily it got delivered.

I contacted them again - and only when I threatened to escalate it I got a response that my refund would be sorted in a week. It was, but without the postage fee EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ESTABLISHED THAT IT WHOLLY THEIR FAULT. I emailed (no response) and messaged through twitter (same "I'm so sorry, please provide us with your details" crap again).

Try this company at your own risk, there are a lot of people who have had the same problems.

If you've had the same problems and you're based in the UK I'd recommend lodging a complaint with the Advertising Standards Authority or getting help from the Citizens Advice Bureau. Both are free and honestly, they're not going to change their practices until someone investigates.

I ordered a parcle from boohoo before christmas as I'd seen some stuff I wanted. It came to £110. Was waiting and waiting for this delivery guy to deliver. NOTHING. Turns out that heremes dont even attempt to ring the door bell to deliver the parcle. He arrived saw it was a small flat and though not today, or any other day for that matter. Anyways I never recieve this parcle. Ever. I messsgae boohoo on resolve. Takes until the 27th of January to respond and respond. After I speciffically asked just for a refund they sent another parcle. I had exactly the same issues. Except this time it did eventually get delivered. I didnt even open the parcle and I took it straight down to asda to return as I was just so furious with their customer service. Fast forward a month and I'm still waiting for a response on resolver and also for my full refund to be sent to my account. The clothes quality of boohoo is shocking. The quality is cheap and the materials never what you imagine. The sizing is all off. Customer service is a abysmal. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT BOOHOO AGAIN!
Dont even risk it. Pay a bit more for better brands that are reliable and friendly! Because boohoo WILL disappoint.

Picture provides proof of purchase. Amount. When I ordered and when it was due. Nearly two months later and still waiting.

I have ordered from boohoo twice in the past before I began having serious issues with my orders. In my two most recent orders I received faulty items (broken straps tied into place?), items that were extremely large or extremely small (I ordered my size for all items and went by the sizing chart as well), and I even received items that I DID NOT ORDER in place of items that I did order that just never came. I'm assuming the items I didn't order were in place of items I had ordered that were out of stock. Anyway, I went ahead and returned the items I didn't want and 3 weeks later with a confirmed arrival of my package to their facility through tracking, I have NOT RECEIVED A REFUND of over $100! I contacted customer service (which is crappy to say the least, they don't even have a number it's all through email) and it's been over 48 hrs with no reply as to why my refund hasn't been issued. I just need to understand in what world business is done this way. I am done with this site and will not be doing business with them again.

The first time I ordered from Boohoo was a couple of months ago and I bought a bodysuit and a long sleeve. The long sleeve was great, but the bodysuit I have yet to wear because the colour is too see through. Ok, that was my fault for choosing white, so I decided to order from them again. HUGE MISTAKE.
Ordered 4 items off the Canadian website in Canadian sizing and once I received a confirmation email a tank top I ordered in a size CAN 16 shipped in a UK 16 (4 sizes smaller = CAN 12). I contact them through twitter; first takes them almost 3 hours to respond to a DM. The rep says that's what I ordered. I send him screenshots of me selecting the same top on the Canadian website and how it goes to the shopping cart still saying Canadian 16, and only ever changed sizes when I received an email confirmation.

I should also note that all other items I ordered arrived in the correct sizing, so my question to that representative was why would I order 1 item four sizes too small for me?!

They finally offered to send the correct sizing in the tank and then I would have to ship back the defective one and they would refund me the money.

The new tank arrived faster than the package of items I ordered. Once I received my package, I compared the two tanks and they were both still the WRONG SIZE in UK sizing. I shipped both back, told them of my experience and I have been waiting almost three weeks to receive my refund.

They want to wire transfer me the shipping refund, but I have no clue how to do that; plus I have no interest in probably having to pay on my end to set it up when they have my credit card information so why can't they return it that way?

The only way to get a hold of their customer service is through Twitter, and it is horrible. You will wait hours for a response. While my first time ordering was good, this time ruined it for me.

I will never order from here again, and will recommend no one to try it.

TL; DR: second order they sent wrong size. Tried to send me correct size, still sent me wrong size. Have been waiting 3 weeks for refund after shipping both pieces back.

If i could give ZERO stars i would!

Ok make yourself comfortable this may take awhile

Im usually an asos user and thought i would give boohoo a go (BIG MISTAKE)

So me and my boyfriend booked a holiday to new zealand and i thought i would treat myself and purchase a few new items for my trip we left 20/2/15
I purchased a few items on the 3/2/15 spending well over $100 and it said it should arrive in australia around the 14/2/15. Ok sounds good? Plenty of time to arrive before i leave right? WRONG! It is now 9/3/15 AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANYTHING! The tracking number they gave me says "still in transit" ARE U EFFING KIDDING ME? So i go to the post office to see if they can track the whereabouts of my damn parcel and they tell me it has been sitting in the boohoo warehouse in australia for TWO WEEKS and are yet to release to australia post for delivery! WTF!? So i contact boohoo via facebook and all they can say is "we apologize but it is now in the hands of our courier, it is out of our control as soon as we get more info we will contact you" 2 weeks go by and still no info... seriously boohoo this is by far the worst form of customer service and i will NEVER EVER EVER buy from you again
Lets hope i will actually get my order sometime this yearr that has been sitting in your warehouse for weeks. But i wont hold my breath
