I've purchased from this website at least twice but not recently. My first order were a dress, heels and other stuff that my mum wanted. The quality of the shoes weren't great, the size isn't true and it was just squeezing my feet, though I don't have much experience with heels. My next order, I purchased some of the shirts and shorts, mostly on sale. Some of the products I love but most were a disappointment. The material for these "flippy" shorts were horrible, they looked way too small at the waist and used this elastic band but when stretched to be worn the material would look like a totally different material to the rest of the unstretched material, lighter and the band could be seen. I also purchased a oversized shirt which I actually quite like, at first it seem way to big but the material was good, and now wear it all the time when lounging at home. Thumbs up. Same goes to two other shirts, okay quality and part of my basics. Though another shirt purchased, white in colour, looked good in the pictures but deceived my appearance of what the material would be like it lacked quality. It was made out of 100% cotton, which i thought would have been the best material, I guess I just don't know much about materials, but when i received it, I think that it was just what i was expecting. It was a little see-through. Neckline bit stretched. A little disappointed again. But overall, I think that you should just be a little more cautious when shopping online and examine everything thoroughly, looking at the pictures carefully, not trusting how an image portrays something (it's all about lighting; everything is not what it seems), research your fabrics (unlike me) and read through reviews of the product on other websites and the actual website too.
The quality of the clothing is horrendous and the packaging it came in was shocking, also the sizing is completely off, absolutely $#*! brand
Worst Customer service that I have experience in a long time!
Prior to this incident I purchased two other orders from boohoo with express shipping and both arrived two weeks later, too late for when I needed them.
Now back to this incident:
They had me waiting 2 weeks for the arrival of this express shipment as well and then when I finally received it, there was a huge rip/hole (I sent them pictures).
That already frustrated me enough. They decided to handle it by offering me a replacement pair at no further cost to me, I would've been satisfied with just that and extra forgiving... however they then came back and said the color that I originally ordered had sold out. So I stated that I would accept the same shoe in a different color... and this is where all hell breaks loose... Boohoo then takes back their original offer and states that they are no longer sending a replacement because the color is different and that I should waste more of my time, money, and energy to bring it back to the post office and ship it back to them if I want my money back WTF?!
Keep in mind that it's been about three weeks now and I still don't have what I paid for. I also found out that this was a lie because when I spoke to my sister about the situation, she told me that they actually sent her a different color of her item (A bomber jacket) when they messed up the order and the original color was sold out. So now I'm finding out that boohoo lied to me, they also got my hopes up with a fake resolution, vack tracked on their offer, told me I should do all of the work if I wanted my money back (for an order they messed up), caused me I don't know how much stress, and ruined this experience for me. I'm now going to go the route of a PayPal dispute/claim as well as reporting to any necessary parties. I'm going to let it be known that they lied and offered to help me and then basically said never mind. I'm DISGUSTED with this terrible customer service. After all of the money that I spent with this company over the years, they treat me like this? NAH. I'm done with them.
I paid for my order two months before, they told me that they lost my clothes and they never gave me my money back!

Ok, it's going on 3 weeks since I returned my order (NA*******). Not only has it reached your warehouse in Georgia but it also reached its final destination in the UK. I want my refund of $44.99 sent to me immediately. This is ridiculous and I would never recommend anyone to purchase anything from this company ever again. I order online OUT OF THE COUNTRY daily as well as make returns and I have NEVER experienced such poor business (customer service) before. SEND ME MY MONEY. I keep emailing them asking for my money and I get the same email saying that I will hear from them within 24 hours but I don't hear anything from them and yes I check my spam too and nothing's here from them. I also attached my return receipt (in addition to paying $10) as well as my tracking information showing them that I know they received my return. It wasn't until AFTER I ordered from them that I was told this place was a scam because I have a co-worker that had an issue with them when she returned items and showed proof with receipt that then it took her 3 months to even get a refund. I have NEVER experienced this kind of customer service while shopping online in and out of the USA... NEVER! I WANT MY MONEY!

WATCH OUT! I order from US Boohoo. They're always PLAYING GAMES with their PRICES that change in front of your own fricking eyes. You click for a sweater that says 16 bucks and when you click, the product isn't 16 anymore but 25! That's not the worst like a week ago I ordered a little bag and there was another product very similar to this one but smaller so I was very careful choosing the right item. Once it was paid, they sent me a confirmation email with the WRONG PRODUCT! 0.0 (the smaller bag I didn't want) I wanted to cancel my order right away but CUSTOMER SERVICE is NEVER available until the next day when nothing can be done (dear, just return the product and pay for it policy). This is SCAM and a big one. I've never seen an online store changing your order, not even on Chinese websites. Besides, their search engine never works well in The States, to find a product you found before is mission: impossible. Suddenly, you can get the first page of your seach downloaded but the next ones will never get there. Good products, HORRIBLE website, SCAMMING DANGEROUS business practices and ZERO CUSTOMER service. They don't mind your business, just your money. Order at your own risk.
