I stay in Delhi and have to travel places like Athens and San Diego for my work. This website makes online ticket booking easy and cheap for me, as it covers most national and international destinations at an affordable price.
When I try to purchased a ticket their website got an error but their charge me. I wrote a appeal letter. Please cancel it. However, as a good will customer gesture, we can offer you a refund if you agree to pay the cancellation penalty of 25 USD (New charge per passenger) and you will get a refund mount of 140.35 USD in 2-3 billing cycles. If you would like to cancel, reply on this e-mail by typing " I AGREE". Best regards Jackson ################################ The supervisor was equally unwilling to help and very nasty. I made a huge mistake booking with them. This agency is scammer. They charge my account $561 for their mistake. I do not recommend you purchased any ticket from them.
I had to have my flight to Vietnam reticketed and was only able to do so after placing over 20 calls to the company. The response I received to many of my calls was that the issue was being handled by the company's "concern department." Every time I called I was put on hold and then told I would be emailed with the outcome once the issue was resolved. When I finally received an email from Martin Sanders in Customer Service it simply told me to call back again. The email also indicated that my issue was low priority, even though I was told otherwise:

Evidently they were not concerned whatsoever because no action was taken for 12 hours after my initial call. Finally, at midnight on July 23rd, I was told that my ticket was being reissued and asked to pay $900 in penalties which I agreed to do in order to catch a flight on the 24th. That morning I arrived at the airport, only to be told there was no ticket in my name. When I called the company, they kept giving me a ticket number which did me no good whatsoever because the airline had no record of it and turned me away. Needless to say I rented a car, drove back to Oregon and have an additional $1500 in credit card debt with no vacation to show for it, just 36 hours of extreme frustration with this company in Seattle.
Got message that the info coud not be verified, try 3 diferent times entering info, waited 39 minutes chat and go not answer. SCAMM.
