Since I have been using this website for a couple of my personal tours, I can now say that it is a fairly decent website. I had a couple of issues, but when I got to the customer care department, everything got sorted very well. I am recommending this website to my friends.

I had booked my ticket to India from this site. Like other sites the notifications comes on time but this site delayed the notifications. When I was about to book tickets again remembering that the first time tickets were not booked at time I received the notification. So it was just an ok experience.

Buyer beware! It will be so difficult to book online that you will have to call in. Calling in will be a call to India. Nothing personal but it's difficult to understand.
Because of medical reasons that have come up, I can't travel on and so no refund of any kin will be granted. But in addition to that, they said if I use it as a credit I would have to spend an additional 200.00 to do that. And it would have to be the exact same trip! Nobody does that!
Do not book here!
