1. I changed us the flight with double charges(they promises that the first one will be refund), but when i called them, they refused to do so.
2. They did not send our contact information to air flight company. That causes we did not get any notice when our flight being cancelled.

Do NOT use BookAir! They have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Trying to reach them via phone is near impossible and once you do, they are rude, unprofessional, and unapologetic. When I finally had the opportunity to speak to someone on the phone about a credit I was supposed to be given, I was yelled at. I politely asked the employee to stop yelling/raising his voice at me. This made him very mad and he said he would transfer me to his manager (I did not ask to speak to a manager, I just wanted to know how to use my flight credit!). I sat on hold for 30+ minutes to speak to a manager and when I was finally connected to someone, I spent another 30 minutes on the phone and nothing was resolved. This company is a joke. They point the finger at the airlines, however I believe they just don't care about their customers. I will NEVER use them again. I would recommend going through the airlines. It may be more pricey, but it's the safest bet.

Whilst booking my online ticket from bookairfare.com I had an internet issue and I wasn’t getting notification for the online invoice for the ticket purchased. I called in the customer service for help. A young man named Stephen attended my call and assisted me to find out that the online payment was successfully done.
The prices are lower because it is a false price. This is only the price until they raise it later. They will send you an email as if you have a ticket then email you to say you must pay more to get the actual ticket. Charged my card, and still don't have a ticket!
I had booked my ticket for Miami. When i was booking the ticket i had seen a low price but when booked they charged little more. So I called the customer service and explained that what I have seen and what i was charged. When they checked the time of my booking they immediately charged me what was showing at that moment. It was a system error but a very good customer service.

I bought an international ticket from San Diego to Brazil. But the air company changed my destiny. Therefore, they alowed me to change the schedule of my flight. When I contacted them to make the change, I just got Automatic responses that don't solved my problem.
