I wish I had read the reviews before using by this company. If you have a problem, you are on your own. Why take a chance. There are many other companies out there that will treat you properly.

As a last resort the airline's website offered me a cheaper fare than what they were offering me. Agnes and Aldo agreed after some time that they will refund me the additional cost that I had to incur from the fare I originally booked and the fare I then had been forced to book - I AM STILL CHASING THEM TO PROCESS THE REFUND AND RETURN MY CALLS!

I used this website to book a multi city tour and my destinations include Turkey, Austria, Muscat and Boston. The overall price for the entire tour was cheaper than other options I had.

I have had a reservation form Montreal to Pisa and i did not check properly the time frame form Toronto to London. The time frame to take my flight to London was only 60 minutes, so impossible to be aboad on time. So i've called thecustomer service to take an earlier flight in Montréal but an additionarl charge of 484$ was charged to me. I feel like a mouse in a mouse trap. Yes, i did the first mistake to misrevise my initial reservation but this one was basically impossible to realize considering the time frame once arrived at Toronto.

Once the poor customer in the mouse trap, the only issue for him is to pay a big amount to change the initial reservation.

Be sure that all my friend's network will be aware of this company.

If I can give you one line of advice: DON'T DO IT

After taking my money, canceling my return flight without notice, ignoring my phone calls, and then charging me twice equaling over $2,000!

I was able to travel on my trip after I pled my case directly to the Airline manager that I was taken advantage of a company that is using their brand name to take peoples money.

I would not leave a review like this if I was not certain of how bad of a company this is. Don't put yourself through the headache, time, and MONEY.
