If I could give 1 star I would. This is BY FAR the worst service I have ever used. Customer Service is the worst I've ever dealt with. Agents are rude and argue with you. They promise call backs and you never get them. They will lie to you and add on additional charges that are way beyond acceptable. Pay the extra money and book from the airline or at least use a different provider.

I had a very good experience with Bookairfare. The customer service is really good. The customer service representative Herman really did a great job by explaining everything and helped me a lot in chosing the best deal. They really care about their customers.

Book my travel and their partner are big cheat. Part of my trip was canceled due to covid. They bumped up the price for non cancelled trip and not returning the money. Its 2 months talking to them. Do not book trip with book my travel. If they have your money, they will not return.

Bookairfare.com is the worst! I booked my flight 3 days ago, and they sent me an email saying that part of my booking is on hold. I called them twice and they said my reservation is finally confirmed! I had to call them again because I kept getting emails (17 to be exact) from them saying that my reservation is still on hold! They finally told me that my booking is canceled. Because of their poor service, I had to rebook my ticket (this time definitely not with them!) and pay twice the price I initially paid due to the increase in fare. Do not use their service, you will regret.

I booked my flight to Australia and after three weeks noticed the payment never went through on my card when i called them they said the payment had gone through and my trip was booked. I called my bank right away and they said it never went through I canceled my card and booked on expedia. Imagine if i showed up to the airport for a 4 week vacation that i was never booked for :(

My reservation was canceled because of Covid last fall and a postponed wedding. I am now trying to use my voucher that was issued and not only can I not book directly online they are now saying I need to book the same reservation from the same cities. I no longer live in that city and the voucher was told that I could book it for any trip using the funds for that new trip. I can't get any straight answers and it is incredibly frustrating. Pay the extra money if need be and use SOMEONE else next time you book tickets!

So, everything is cancelled right? Of course it couldn't be that easy. The next day I get an email to contact them by phone. I call thinking I had better or they will not cancel. Well after 30 minutes on hold I finally get an agent but. I give the lady my trip id number and she puts me on hold, 5 minutes, 10, 15, 20 minutes. CLICK I get disconnected.
I am through with phone calls so I send them an email and as politely as possible, considering the circumstances, tell them my "adventures" and to email me the reason they are asking me to email them. I get an automated email from them every 3hours to call them. If I wasn't worried about them having my credit card I would blacklist them! Stay tuned for any more stupidity! Oh by the way it is confirmed that they are also called Fare Geek so beware of them too!

My friend and I were looking for cheap tickets to Sweden and Rome, respectively. I went ahead and got my tickets for Sweden from this website at a cheap price and recommended my friend to check-out the website as it has cheap tickets for Rome.

This was clearly not the situation the first time and then I wasn't happy. But this time i. E. a month back when I got my tickets to Italy, I was surprised with the price package and the overall service. A pleasant change!

After searching for an hour on the internet for my tickets to Miami I found the best deal on this website. I browsed this website post my friend’s recommendation over Google hangout and absolutely loved the deal.

My first experience wasn’t that great with this website. Recently, when I booked my tickets for Dubai from this website, I was happy with the service improvements and the discounted deals for tickets.

I had to cancel my flight due to an unexpected event. Cancellation was $50 with credit back. I paid $487.60 for my flight. I just booked a future flight with my credit and they charged me additional $239! The flight on all website is $492. They said i have to pay a flight difference of $104, $125 for rebooking/cancellation fee, $10 agency fee. Totaling in $776.60 for the flight. They are telling me the lowest price is 492 but i have to pay more cause of different class(?) Still economy seat but they said each 10 seats get more and more expensive, but if i booked directly through alaska or different airline, it would be $492. They basically charged me $596 for this flight... scammers... never book with them. Any other airline, they will charge you fee and give you credit to rebook, not charge you up the $#*! when rebooking.

They took my money, I didnot get my eticket after 24h and then indicate me I can't travel with my luggage and they have a replacement solution... for another flight with 100$ increase so they are really cheap but at the end you are tricked...

No contacts for two days,
Nobody can answer, except the person who did booking at the first place
The confirmation and ticket number cannot be verified by Airline
I am suspicious that agency is located in India somewhere

This website helps me to travel economically. I have purchased tickets for destinations like France, Jordan and Manila at an attractive price range here and have loved the deal totally.

I called their customer service once as I needed to know in advance about my flight timings. The agent who spoke to me was quite helpful and courteous.

Placed a reservation. Shortly after that I received an email that there was a problem.

-Called back promptly and waited for 30-40 minutes to talk to someone in customer service... finally had someone who said that they would reprocess the order.
-Continued to get emails about a problem... called again after another long wait. I was told the same thing again, they would reprocess the order.
-Continued to get emails about a problem... called again left a message... no one's called me back.

-Next day called again... seems calling the reservation number you get someone faster... then they just transfer you to the credit department... been waiting for over an hour and no one answers.
-Called on another phone and asked to speak to management - no management on site I'm told for the weekend.

Very frustrating!

Still not resolved.

UPDATE:
This issue has now been taken care of. It appears that they had some technical issues on the day that I was trying to contact them. Still frustrating, but sometimes "Stuff happens".

I got my airline tickets for Istanbul from this website as a much discounted price that I was getting on any other website. I could save close to $17 and used it later. Thank you so much.
