BookingGroup one of the best rent a car company for me. I'm dealing with them in different countries & in Dallas they are one of the best experiences for me. Staff at counter was great and helpful.

The staff and cars are always top notch. I am in-and-out of their place in 5 minutes max, if no other people are in line. ( Fyi. I travel quite a bit for business and rent from most of the companies out there.)

The counter people were professional and very nice. The car was great with extras that rental cars usually do not have, and the price of the rental was a bargain.

I had to cancel my booking due to travel restrictions (COVID-19). I tried calling this company 3 day before my booking to no avail. It took two weeks of constant calling and emails to finally get a response about my booking and they didn't refund me because I was a "no show."
Terrible service taking advantage of customers during this difficult time! I couldn't afford to be out $500!

BookingGroup is now my go to car rental company. They always have high end vehicles, Mercedes and Volvo, for typically around the same price you would get a standard Honda or Hyundai vehicle
