Good prices, friendly employees and the shuttle driver I had was great and informative. Usually alot of car rental places I've been to are trying to pressure you and squeeze every dime out of you that they can but I didn't get any of that here, much appreciated
Another smooth transaction with BookingGroup. We rented a car for 2.5 days while visiting family in Paris and everything was great. Check out was quick and pleasant and the BookingGroup rep was extremely friendly and even gave us some ideas for restaurants to check out.
Very pleased with the service I received. I booked a Ford Fusion or like vehicle. I ended up in a Chevy Impala. Not sure if that was a vehicle or not; but it felt like an upgrade. It was about 30 min to reach the counter. Once there counter person was helpful and patient
We booked in April for a rental car for pickup at Brisbane airport. After paying Economy Bookings, we found out there was no car for us and had booked out two weeks before. Still charged us and no luck with a refund.
Do not book with Economy Bookings online or Booking Group.

I seriously think he had me checked out in under 5minutes, not sure if that's the average time to get a rental but seemed crazy fast. We couldn't have asked for a better experience especially in such short notice

I booked a car with this company. When I arrived at the airport and went to the car rental we didn't have a credit card under the drivers name.
My partner said that he would go to the hotel to pick it up as he left it there and he was in Italy before me.
The girl at the desk said that if we do not want to come back to the airport to get the car we could just leave it and we would be refunded.
We followed her advice, got another car from elsewhere and when I returned to the UK i was told that I cannot be refunded.
I keep emailing the company asking for someone to explain to me why I was told different at the airport and nobody is responding to my email

I cannot believe that in one place I am told different than the other and now everyone is ignoring me
Watch out for this company: you get charged a service fee when you make the booking and if you have to cancel the booking for any reason (and in our case it was because our region got locked down due to Covid), there's a good chance they'll not refund a chunk of it (in our case, EUR50/$80). We will never use them again.

Nothing but good things to say, the impala was nice. The ladies up front were very professional and chill. The gentleman who picked me up and drove me back to my car once it was done being worked on was also amazing.

We booked a car for our Florida vacation and never received any confirmation email so we started to wonder. My husband called and decided to cancel and was told we had to send an email to cancel. We never received a response from our cancellation and deposit refund request. I have sent a second email which I have no expectation of getting a response so am going to call my credit card company tomorrow and have the charges disputed. BEWARE and do not rent from this company.

Do not use this company never! They will rob your money
I rent a car and I paid for a full cover protection, however my flight was overbooked and I tried to call their rental car partners. I haven't received any customer support from anybody.
They can sell you something very good because they just want your money. After that, forget it! The customer service doesnt exist.
As always, our rental vehicle was provided reliably and on time. Processing friendly and without loss of time. Thanks to BookingGroup, we were able to transport our booth smoothly during assembly and dismantling
Regarding my car hire for 4 pax & luggage from Southampton to London. Hassel free fast efficient pick up a brand new i40 from Southampton depot, clearly explained contract and car inspected with clear illustration.
This was a surprise, showed up as the less expensive place and was really near our hotel, arriving there we were told we were told we got a free upgrade because of the card, everything was very fast, the ladies at the desk were very attentive, car was top notch, can only recommend
