First time car renter with BookingGroup. My service was great. A lady named Jamie helped get us started on our way. She was out going and a delight to speak to. She explains the service clearly and we could tell she enjoys her job.

I got into an accident and had to get a car at this location. All the employees were working really hard to get people situated and the office was packed. One guy working was cleaning out a car in his suit.
We booked a convertible for one day to have some fun with my kids. At arrival they said, no convertible at all. But don't worry, we are gonna get refund... It was 24 days ago. Customer service contacted hundred times, but no answer. Finally today I've got an answer, they have to investigate this case, it can take up to 28 days! What? I paid for a car, what I couldn't rent, because someone made a mistake. Why I have to wait to get my money back? BTW. I used my creditcard ones on my holiday, and on the same day someone duplicated it and spent £1400... So there is no question it was the Economybookings.com!
I got a rental car while my car was being repaired, and the while process was very easy and painless. Staff were friendly and helpful. The optional insurance could be cheaper though - in my case had I opted for it then it would have cost >500 for the duration of my rental
When I reviewed my bank statement there was a trace put on the amount I gave the representative when I reserved, then canceled a car rental (all via telephone). Two subsequent withdrawals of $402.50 were taken from my account. When I contacted a representative, she laughed and stated how do I know the breach came from them and that I had no proof. She also refused to direct me to a manager or supervisor. Needless to say I'll be contacting my bank tomorrow, but I know the breach came from them.

I was on my way to Boston last Wednesday for a business trip, I get a car online from the booking group. I get to Boston and kept calling the number they had provided with no success. I had to get a cab to the hotel and the next day, I kept calling again. I send them an email to get me my money back. I am sending letters to the local and federal government to investigate them. It is a serious crime to leave someone waiting for a rental cal in this weather, waiting for a service that they paid for and no one is available to answer the phone or provide the service. I am still waiting for them to call me and resolve the issue. To my understanding, they advertise well, but their delivery is very poor..

Very positive experience. The office is located 10 minutes drive from the airport. We came with a LOT of baggage. We called them from the airport they picked us up after 10 minutes. Great company. Will hire again
The main reason for our excellent experience was the agent who helped me at the rental location. I wish I had written down her name, but I didn't think of it at the time. She was very professional/helpful/efficient.
I have had some awful experiences in the past however BookingGroup are slowly winning me over. Alice who dealt with my booking when I arrived to collect my car was friendly, and professional. She was also there when I took my car back and again was amazing
They inform you of all aspects of what is required of the customer and give information required of themselves. I have rented from this location twice recently, and intend to keep coming in the future. Great customer service!
We rented a car for a vacation in Las Vegas. We had to cancel the trip a month prior to the date. We had absolutely no problems with bookinggroup.com that we used for our rental car. We were given a 100% refund by simply cancelling on line. We had no questions or aggregations. I wish the same could be said for the rest of our vacation planes that were supposedly insured.
This company base is in Lithuania. It provided inadequate customer service and is not reliable. I made reservation with this company and canceled within 30 minutes later and left them 5 messages. I repeatedly emailed them to request for cancellation. Days later I received only one email asked me reason why I canceled. I replied them back and never received any email from this company again. They still charged me 700.00 and I have to dispute with my credit card company now.

Super easy pickup in Riga and even easier to drop off in Berlin. Got great car and had no problems with the car or the rental company. Supplementary insurance and nobody wanted to turn it on. In Berlin there is a shuttle to the airport
Some days the wait is long because of so many people coming in but, the staff work so smoothly to get everyone out with their rental. I will miss everyone there because I am moving upstate but I must say great team work, great location, great rental.
Everything went smoothly when I went to pick up the car. The price I was quoted on line was what I paid, plus a choice of insurance. I really appreciated the phone call 2 days after the return to tell me what I would be billed. Same as when I left

In case if Rental Company is unable to provide pre-ordered car class due to high season or due to some other reasons, they have to provide an alternative or make a free upgrade to the customer.
