Very helpful at the front desk, kind and was able to help us immediately after we misunderstood information from their website. They checked the car immediately after dropping it back, and the deposit was returned quickly. Good experience
Absolutely great service from the staff. Super friendly when I can and picked up the car. I had a one way rental and was charged the incorrect mileage at drop off location, I called this location to resolve the issue and they were super helpful and quick about it
Booked with them and bought there insurance. Big Mistake! There insurance is not good in Costa Rica. Tried to cal them from Europcar facility's only to be on hold for 45 min TWICE! Eropcar here is a rip off they make you buy There Insurance and there cars are a Piece of Crap! Not what they show on there website.
Great employee's and great atmosphere! Kim the manager is GREAT! They did everything in a timely matter and I was in my rental within 15 minutes paperwork included! Tell them I sent you they will defiantly help you out even more!

Companies like bookinggroup over book cars and think its fine to have you waiting for 2 or more hours.
We had to cancelled our trip due to the delay and customer service has been dodging us.
Great experience with BookingGroup! Our flight was delayed, we were supposed to pick up our rental car at 11:30 but did not arrive to the facility til almost 1:00 am. The man at the counter was extremely helpful. They were out of minivans (cheapest option, why we rented), so he said we could pick any car at no extra charge.
Your firm and staff demonstrated patience, willingness to go out of their way to make things look easy and the promptness associated with their service is exemplary. It is really a pleasure to associate with such good people and I truly would recommend your firm to some of my business colleagues.
Very helpful staff. I thought I needed one thing--turned out I needed a totally different vehicle. He was able to get me into one anyway, which was great because it was really busy in there and I was pretty stressed! I will definitely used them again.
In January 2023 I arrived in Milan with a booking from these guys. Up on arrival the rental company refused to give me the car, I immediately called the customer service and they told me they could not do anything and to apply for refund. I applied for a refund and the customer service keep on delaying any response claiming that they are gathering phantomatic supporting documents.
Long story short I incurred extra costs, they are stealing money from me.

When I booked a vehicle at $97 for two days, what a shock I had when the car rental people explained that I still needed to pay for the car.
The actual amount for the car was less than the booking fee. It's the biggest RIP off.
This was my first time renting a car, ever! I felt that the staff at BookingGroup, specifically at the Mahan location, were very courteous, professional and kind. It took about 10 minutes to get me in the car and on my way.
Booked a car for a 7 day holiday in Greece. Car was to be a new model Landrover or similar. Arrived at the airport and was presented with a 1994 Landrover. Refused the car and went to a reputable car rental company and rented a new jeep. Have been trying to get a refund back for the deposit paid. Now being told 1) I should have called on the day I had a problem, even though their terms and conditions state you have 30 days to make a complaint and request refund. 2) Was apparently offered a Lexus they have sent me pictures of the car which is parked outside a residential property somewhere in Greece. 3) I have been told They believe the car rental company and not me. Wow. Stick to booking with a reputable company it's not worth the hassle so far from home!

The staff and cars are always top notch. I am in-and-out of their place in 5 minutes max, if no other people are in line. ( Fyi. I travel quite a bit for business and rent from most of the companies out there.)
While they were looking for a company on the Internet, I could not find for a long time, but a friend called me and said where he took a car rental. Phoned immediately with the manager, he asked what I want a car. I was interested in Honda
BookingGroup is a great brand and the service is awesome. The cars are always pristine and the staff knowledgeable and friendly. When I've had the occasional problem, for example when I left items behind or had a flat in a very rural area, you guys were simply amazing.
An absolutely fantastic renting experience! The whole team are friendly and hyper-efficient - I can't remember the last time a pick-up was so quick and easy. I emailed asking to drop off at another location and received a quick and friendly reply with a suggestion of a convenient station.
We got a Peugeot 308 and it felt brand new. All damages previously were registered and is noted on the contract.
Drop off is easy, just follow the instructions and use the GPS to get to the parking lot correctly
Clear rental contract. What we liked is that the already existing damages on the car are registered upfront and shown on the rental contract including some pictures. Allowing a quick check (which is still necessary of course).
A usually non-memorable transaction of picking up a rental vehicle at an airport was changed into a memorable experience because of the personal attention and above and beyond level of assistance from Curtis. What a difference a great employee and person can make in a customer experience. Thank you Curtis!

After they have your money they don't care to be of any help. I have been waiting 3 hours to receive a rental car from the company they are assigning their business with. This is far from acceptable.
