I am a very satisfied client. Perfect customer service. Good price, straight forward booking process. Booked two days but returned the van a day earlier and got refunded a full day. Everyone in the office was super friendly and nice. Worked out much cheaper than one off zipcar renting. I will definitely use them in future as well as recommend them to my friends. Thank you!
Everyone there is always so nice with excellent customer service and the best rentals! I've had very few bad experiences with the vehicles not the people, but each time they made it right when I returned.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with what I can only describe as the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Despite there being only two people ahead of me in the line, I was made to wait for over an hour before speaking with a representative. To make matters worse, the cars on offer were dirty and appeared to have been neglected for some time. Even more frustrating was the fact that they did not accept the car that I had rented through their website, causing me significant inconvenience and additional expenses. Overall, my experience with this company was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend their services to anyone.
I get an upgrade literally every time I rent from there. Word of caution though, if you want to rent around the holidays, try and pick up your rental first thing in the morning, so they don't run out of cars.
The customer service at King street was brilliant. The ladies & gentleman were on top of there game and I would happily use them again.
I've also added them to my Christmas card list and not many get on that
Easy online booking
The easiness of online booking process and rates on this website are very impressive. There are usually many hidden costs when you rent a car but with economybookings.com you won't unexpectedly deal with, for example, airport pick up fees – everything is just like it is stated in T&C. They may set the example for many other companies doing so. I also called them by phone a few times and it was easy to deal with their helpful and competent operators. The car entirely matched my requirements. It was a great trip and I will book with them again.
This company is a scam. Please do not use. Had a reservation for New Year weekend in Hollywood Florida. Place closed. Called number on door. Told to go next door. They system is down and they didn't offer any other help (Green rental). Add Car is not in business anymore or never been.
A thoroughly pleasant experience: I received an upgrade a small Toyota, which was a pleasure to drive. BookingGroup staff at the counter and on return were courteous, helpful and friendly while being professional throughout.
I have cancelled my booking. No car no money. They have gone silent. Call center tells me different thing every time I call them. No help or whatsoever.
How is this possible that none has looked into a company based in Latvia that can do whatever they want violating any UK law as much as they can. They should not be allowed to operate here.

The staff was wonderful, you could not ask for better service. The car was spotless and smelled like new. If any of my friends, coworkers or family ever need to rent a car, I am sending them to BookingGroup
I receive very bad information about insurance coverage and I was requested to pay a high amount of extra money to get the car. When I send my complaints to them, they took more than a month to answer denying any responsibility on this issue.
I'll never use this service again.

The requirement to pay any Fees regarding cancellation mentioned on the website BEFORE you have paid the prepayment.

I kept apologizing and he made sure I felt no guilt! Than when I got to the store on drop off day they worked w me so well to fix a couple issues I had! Def. Recommend this location, the entire staff is very friendly and competent!
I love renting vehicles from BookingGroup Rent-A-Car! They have excellent customer service and the vehicles are always very clean. They take extra precautions with the virus going around to help keep customers safe.
I am particularly grateful that the pricing includes everything, including the insurance, as unexpected prices can always be a difficult issue for non native speakers to comprehend. We look forward to a continuing relationship in the coming years.

BookingGroup can confidently be classified as customer-friendly. Upgrade without problems because the pre-ordered car was not available. Incredible advantage: the cars are right next to the rental office, so you can look at the car and choose a different model if necessary
They go out of their way to help out and make sure that I leave satisfied, they don't nickel and dime me like most rental companies. Would never rent from anywhere else. Manager to staff are by far most the best crew.
I have been waiting for this company to respond to my emails and phone calls for 3 weeks now. I booked a month in advance and paid. Upon arrival was told there were no cars available and to rent from another location (it is midnight) and they would reimburse the cost. I paid more than double as a walk up customer at another rental company and have been trying to recoup this money from booking group to no avail with nothing in return, just headache. Worst company customer service ever!

Rented from London central. Supposed to drop off car in Manchester however plans changed last minute and dropped at Gatwick. No problem. Offered an upgrade for free. Great car good price. All in all a good experience
Based in Latvia, which I did not discover until I booked. Had to pay foreign exchange fee. Cannot communicate with them through email. Given directions how to contact support about problem, and not able to do so.
