I had made two car rentals one in Fort Lauderdale after arriving there the cost of the car was substantially higher than quoted and they sold me worthless insurance which I tried to cancel immediately and was given the run around. When I got home I called to cancel my plans through booking group for Miami in December. Not only was the customer service rep yelling at me to listen to him... I told him hello I am the customer you listen to me cancel everything and then he hung up the phone. I reported them to my credit card company and I certainly won't be paying either bill.
I always check the companies before using their service, this turned out also by myself. I found a lot of good recommendations from clients, so I realized for myself that I need to act! Everything is fine, according to the passage of time, the car was returned when the rental period ended

The team in Holland is second to none. I am greeted each week with a smile, professionalism, and kindness. They continually go out of their way to make sure my experience is positive and enjoyable. As long as this team is in tact, I will never rent anywhere else.
The first car rental I have had in Denver that didn't stress me out completely. The price was exactly what I expected to pay- other companies have always surprised me at the counter with extra fees or taxes that were not mentioned during the booking process. Looking forward to renting exclusively with this supplier in the future
I love how the employees go above and beyond to ensure the entire rental process is flawless. Cars are always ready and tidy with plenty of nice upgrade options. Have tried several car rental places but will always go back to BookingGroup!
Felt compelled to write a review for this since i've had so many bad experiences with rental cars at various airport locations. The pick-up/drop-off was super efficient, staff was nice and the car we had was clean and exactly what we ordered
Impeccable:
- Car ready on arrival,
- mutual trust when possible damage before hiring the vehicle (but unfortunately, imprecise document),
- mutual trust when the vehicle is returned,
- nickel car (interior and exterior),
- lack of a "reset" of the vehicle parameters (ours was in German!),
- smile (even at 11 p.m.) of employees, or at 6 a.m. on return - Thank you to them
Customer service a 5 star rating is not enough for the way this team at this particular location go about the business of customer service they really go the extra mile and not just from my own personal experience but to see other customers walking
They took a week tour, but they forgot about the car! On Google search, I found an adequate rental company! I decided not to think long and booked, everything was as promised, the car was waiting for us
The only negative would be the way that the staff subjects you to 20 questions under the guise of making conversation. It should feel natural and friendly, but it always seems to come off as an intrusive interrogation.
Customer service here is great! Came in at 15 til close and the manager Ian still was willing and able to assist me and get me in a vehicle. Thankful to have 1 thing go right this week since my vehicle was stolen on Tuesday.
The car was even able to park itself. When I discovered that the tire had a slow leak, the let me swap the car easily for free. Would highly recommend going to BookingGroup over the other companies. Service, car selection, and pricing is far superior
I never felt rushed nor had any confusion about the numerous papers that I had to sign (unlike previous buying experiences elsewhere). I will definitely recommend BookingGroup to all of my friends and family.
Overall, we had a very positive experience. The car was exactly what we had requested online. Picking up the car went smoothly. We did learn that we could be fined if we returned the car messy and they paid more attention to scratches on the outside of the vehicle than at American car rental companies, so we were very careful not to eat in it and to take good care to keep it clean
I love renting from BookingGroup. Being an Emerald Aisle member makes picking up a car super easy. I usually make my reservation prior to leaving on my trip. Then, when I get to my destination, I can just walk past any lines at the counter to the cars and pick the one I want to drive
BookingGroup knew that they had few cars available and managed to get new ones delivered from their airport fleets, thanks to Octavio got one of the cars. This guy deserves a promotion to corporate, amazing costumer service skills
Booked a car months ago through this company. Did not inform me of outer hour service charge which was more than the car hire itself. Not only that but the car company Goldcar was badly managed. From pickup location and waiting times and really bad inconsistant Terms and Conditions... So I received Double problems and mis information. Avoid both companies at all cost
Should never trust this website, its a Con! I have booked for Barcelona and the front page features unlimited mileage, whereby T&C suggested otherwise, obviously i though the feature page(on the front page) is correct, as sometime(2nd page) may not be accurate, only after the booking, when i seen the booking voucher it showed limited mileage, range them 5 mins after - apparently to cancel they want 20 EURO, even though its their mistake where they wrongly advertised the unlimited mileage.
Guys! Please save yourself some money! Go with other broker but never with bookinggroup.
We were disappointed to find that we had to make a payment for an additional charge of 60 Euro with the local car agency secured through bookinggroup. Whilst the additional amount isn't very significant overall, we felt that there were better deals out there we could have taken had we known about the hidden charges (not listed in the agreement or even the fine print). I have complained on May 12th but had no response yet. I will definitely not use them again and I would recommend you stay away too.

In terms and conditions was clearly stated point concern additional extras and options. That all additional extras and options are not included to the car price and they are taxable.
We have checked status of your issue and we can confirm that Rental Company charged you for the correct amount. Difference shown in your bank statement can be in case of bank covertation.
