Easy to book, easy to pick up. They clearly noted all previous damage on the car before we drove it away and ran through exactly what condition they would expect it to be returned in. We were taking the car to a music festival, so we assumed they would be extra picky on any mud inside. Upon return, the process was just as smooth as pick up with no issues found
Showed me a really cheap price online and when I did the payment it said I need to pay some $90 at the time of pickup. Requested them to cancel it right after, charged me a cancellation fees. Very dishonest company

It is nowhere they ask for card details for reservation only? Went to pick up car and they are telling us that it is another company that sounds like them. They cant do anything. Booking. Com, booker. Con it is. I will take this through as far as is possible. What a world we live in. Must be huddled together thinking of ways to fleece people. It will take my daughter a weeks work to pay for this. No Blame and no shame for all those concerned. Human beings!? Absolute cretins. These guys gave their all to help us get there safe and promptly. They were empathizing and understood the necessity and severity of the situation. Whether your in a bad situation or just renting a car these guys will 100% give their best effort to assist and make things work for you. Reservation site showed a price of $282 including traces and fees prior to payment. After I paid for the reservation, site stated I have to pay $202 at the time of picking up the car airport. I cancelled the reservation, it took too much time and then they charged me $30 cancellation fees. Looks like they make money on cancellation fees. A big scam. Do not use booking group at all.
Booked a car on their site, prepaid online, arrived at rental company 5 minutes before scheduled time. Card reader wasnt working; tried both my card and sons card. If there are two declined transactions, the system wont allow you to book. I called every number I could find to this place and could NEVER reach a live person. I decided to email and tell them what happened at the rental place and stated I would like to rebook or refund. They replied and advised the investigation would take 28 days. They finally responded a couple days ago and stated "no refund due to no call no show". I definitely showed up and I'm sure the camera can confirm. I wish I would've read all the negative reviews on this place before I booked. NEVER AGAIN this place is garbage!
The staff goes above and beyond to help you. Especially the Branch Manager Ayo. This truly is how all service businesses should be run. I have only left 2 google reviews ever and both have been for this enterprise location!
Rented a car through economybooking and everything went well in the first place. After having contact with there customer service department they promised me that the car at bargain rentals would be a 4wd but at arrival it was a 2wd. Obviously I took the car because I needed to travel through the Aussie outback (needed to drive a different route as well because of the 2wd). After contacting them if they could solve the matter by arranging an exchange I was helped in a lazy unprofessional manner. They are not willing to help me and they blame it on either me or the rental company they work with, which is ridiculous while it's their fault providing the wrong information. Not ever going to rent a car through this website ever again. Cheers TW
All the staff were very welcoming. The two ladies in the office were especially nice. My original car was too small and Nandi went out of her way to ensure I received an upgrade at a very good rate. Over all a very easy and pleasant experience.
This facility is efficient, has really competent and nice employees. Their hours are not the best - the only reason I don't rent from them sometimes is that they close at 1 on Sundays and don't have a key dropoff
I had previous concerns with pickup times. After alerting the local manager to my concerns, he made a gallant effort to improve this service. Overall customer service experience with this location has been very professional and prompt
Should you have a problem with your reservation like I did, do not expect that they will help you out. They won't. They will take your money and then once a dispute happens, they will hide behind the fact that they are outside the US and dont have to answer to any authority in this county.
No car is cheap enough for the risk!
We were welcomed with a wonderful smile by Kelly Fink. She was very efficient and quick to check in the car we returned. On top of that, seeing that we had a lot of luggage, she found two luggage carts for us, and directed us to the elevator so we could find our hotel easily. Kelly gave us a perfect customer service experience. Excellent!
This is an absolute scam. I was charged $102.48 to make a booking. When I arrived to the rental company this amount was not applied and I was charged full price on top of this charge. The number listed always says it's outside of business hours and the email reply was vague and actually attached another persons rental invoice with all of their personal details. Absolutely unprofessional and complete scam.
BookingGroup has been my go-to rental company in Lithuania for over 3 years now. Always a great price, excellent and quick service and cars are new and always in great condition. It was first time renting in Kaunas Airport but the standard of service was as expected. Pick up took less than 5 mins and drop-off took 2 mins with no issues whatsoever
I booked cars for travel in Arizona and Florida through :'*******@bookinggroup.com.' A few days later I contacted them as I had not received a confirmation for my booking.
I received an "auto" response stating that they would respond within 10 days.
By that time my trip will be over!

This one star rating is overly generous. This company does not serve the public. It serves its own greed. The quoted price was inflated until I called to complain. They told me they would put through my reservation once I removed the block from my bank. My reservation was never confirmed. The name of the rental company wasn't provided. The reservation funds were paid in Euros to a foreign bank. It was impossible to call back for answers to 1. Where's my confirmation number? And 2. Which company have I rented from? Because they were closed. They passed my reservation on to another company who had no record of my reservation and therefore could not confirm it. They charge a $30. Cancellation fee which is part of their fine print. I'm not sure if this is even available to inspect before making a reservation. Please don't be sucked in by the low prices. Its not worth doing business with people who have no soul and do not do business the way we are used

They were also capable in providing useful advice on my future bookings as I required rental of a vehicle for another move in two weeks time, and assisted in pre-booking a vehicle to reserve a vehicle at its current rate
Had a car rental with Routes through Economy Booking and bought the "Full Coverage" thinking its "Full", But could not pick up my car because the coverage doesn't cover anything, not 3rd party or collision.
They purposely make the wording confusing so you get the insurance and think that you are fully covered.
Because of their bad business practices, I could not pick up my car and had to sleep at the airport...
I recommend avoiding using 3rd party websites for your bookings, as they tend to rip you off.

I did business with one of their subsidiaries. They ignore my requests for refund on a large overcharge on a car. Total bait and switch operation. All the positive reviews on social media's and their own website are fake reviews. Beware of the parent company and any other subsidiary.
