We only had a little problem when we needed a replacement in our location of traveling, the agents were very helpful on getting us out so we can make it home and the check out process was easy and fast.
This truly saved my day and as I was still able to drive off on time. Handing vehicle back after I was done was hassle free and they did not make anything up. It took less than 5min. Massive help for allowing me to park for free my own car at secured premises
The company is giving us a voucher for £600 for a car booking valid for next 2 years instead of a money back, when our booking was a full refundable one. Spoke to Martin. Most unhelpful. No customer service skills. No empathy shown as this is actually loss to us. We booked whole trip to Scotland. Lake district. All cottages hotels we booked have returned our money ( including non refundable one!). This car was booked by my sister from India. So this voucher is no use to them as with current financial situation no one knows when they can plan another holiday. This is harrasment. The worst part there is no complaint department that you can speak to.

So many good things to say about BookingGroup, from the fact that they don't insist you on getting an upgrade, to the speed at which you can get a car, to their customer service when your car doesn't work out, to their transparency about incurred fees.
Do not go through this place! I got a 5 day one way car rental from Bookinggroup, to drive from Chicago to California. They charged my CC for almost $700. I ended up not needing the one way, so the 5th day, I returned it to the same place, which Alamo charged me $177. Bookingroup would not return my money. NEVER AGAIN! They have the worst customer service. They are based in Latvia. Be careful. If I could give no stars, I would've.
At least that is what my experience has been as I hate to be late on my bills. Pay your bills on time and expect the best possible service. Couldn't be happier with their continuous help and 2 week payment breaks whenever I am eligible
BookingGroup has always done right by me. I love the online booking and Im in & out to my car quickly. I have used tge kiosk when available with no issues. Love the rapid check in when dropping off as well.
The worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to get a refund since October. Their phone numbers don't work, unless your trying to book a rental. They lie about services. Save yourself.
There were no hidden fees! The staff was very helpful and worked swiftly to get me in my rental. Everyone was nice and it was the quickest smoothest process I've ever experienced with a rental agency!

When arrive 1h to try to locate the renter
Go on the suburbs if thé airport and they inform us that we could not Go to georgia and we have to stay in Miami!
Never mention by bookinggroup what a mess for an international airport! Back to the airport we have to pay for an other rental'at budget and bookinggroup now REFUSE to give us back our money while they did not pay the rental either!

The staff at this location are beyond professional and accommodating. Even in the event of a disgruntled customer I have witnessed staff handle any issue with poise and care. They always take good care of me
I wish I would have checked here first as I would have never booked with this company.
I ordered an automatic convertible for one day, they charged me $111 which I was fine with as the booking said it would be comparable to a Saab 9.3 convertible.
The car company they negotiated with brought me a manual Suzuki (which costs about $50/day).
I refused the car as it is NOT what was agreed upon in our confirmation and none of us could even drive it!
Now, I'm dealing with support and they are doing an investigation which can take up to 28 days! The fact is, they did not send the car agreed upon which I paid top dollar for, they need to refund the money! Still waiting

I just left this location after a concern about a recent rental and the entire team was so helpful and professional. Despite the fact that they were busy one of the reps came outside help me inspect the car and even sync my phone. The manager was also very kind and knowledgeable about safety and key features of the rental
They promptly handled my issue in a prompt and courteous manner they went above and beyond my expectations after dealing with the other unprofessional person at another location within the same company.

Good service as long as you didn't make a reservation.
They cancelled the car reservation a few days before the start of the holiday with no clear information on the reason (different reasons were possible such as no car available,...). They proposed another car, but on a much higher price. Finally I booked my car at another company, but bookinggroup didn't refund the total amount that I have paid! I paid for a free cancellation insurance and I didn't cancel the reservation, but this not enough to pay the whole reservation amount back. You want to avoid stress of looking for another car less than a week before your holiday? Don't book then a car at Bookinggroup.

So far everything has been awesome. I'm a long term rental and from the beginning, when I was put in a car that didn't have maintenance that needed to be done, to the friendly and helpful service from Katie.
The Holland staff is wonderful, always friendly, professional and helpful. Cars are always clean and ready to go. Prices are good, rewards points are nice after several rentals, too. If I have to rent, this is where I'm going.
I haven't owned my own car for 15 years. I have been doing car sharing in cities and for long distances only BookingGroup in recent years because I never have problems like others (e.g. Waiting for the deposit to be returned, no winter tires, etc.)
