Very good experience. Took 5minutes at the counter and we were off. Even had to do a vehicle swap 1 day later to accommodate our family better and no issues at all. Did the swap in less than 3 minutes. Very happy customer here

He went above and beyond to make sure things were to my satisfaction. He even helped me with my daughter's car seat so I wouldn't struggle. Its a Great place to get your next rental from! Look for Brandon, he's really a great guy!

Friendly and quick service. I sadly write off my own car and got a courtesy car from these guys, they were super quick in getting a car ready for me to get me back on the road. Everything explained perfectly. While I hope I don't need a courtesy car again I'd happily come back for one here

Never had a bad experience here, rent 2-3x per week from this location of BookingGroup. Looking forward to the train system to be up and running to/from the terminals, however the shuttle bus drivers often really help to brighten up your day! Keep up the good work.

Got a very nice "equivalent" to the reserved car. Very friendly staff. We where treated very nicely. Much better than the airport staff of some other "cheap" rental companies... Can recommend going downtown to this location for you're car pickup instead of getting one from the airport.

I have rented from this place many times and every time the staff are very helpful and very good service. Also rented the same day at the store because we needed immediately. They gave us an upgrade for free and a very good discount!

Then they top it off with personal connection of a representative who goes over the vehicle with you to ensure everyone is on the same page with what damage might exist on the vehicle BEFORE you leave the parking lot. Great! Cars are always clean and ready and turn in is effortless. Couldn't ask for more! Thank you!

This company totally miss sold me on full protection and told me it would be all i needed to be fully covered. After picking up the car I was told this cover had no reflection on my hire and I had to get further cover from the car company.
After emailing I had to wait 2 weeks for a pathetic robotic response.
Long story short. Wasted money for a one day rental.
I don't recommend using this company.

I read everything for them, before renting, there were some bad ones, but the remaining 97 percent were positive. I realized that you need to work with them then. As a result, I am absolutely satisfied with everything

Very helpful at the front desk, kind and was able to help us immediately after we misunderstood information from their website. They checked the car immediately after dropping it back, and the deposit was returned quickly. Good experience

Absolutely great service from the staff. Super friendly when I can and picked up the car. I had a one way rental and was charged the incorrect mileage at drop off location, I called this location to resolve the issue and they were super helpful and quick about it

Booked with them and bought there insurance. Big Mistake! There insurance is not good in Costa Rica. Tried to cal them from Europcar facility's only to be on hold for 45 min TWICE! Eropcar here is a rip off they make you buy There Insurance and there cars are a Piece of Crap! Not what they show on there website.
