I love Booksi! Before I became a member, I used to completely stress out when it came down to planning a vacation. All the different sites redirecting to different site through comparisons. Now, planning vacations, booking flights, hotels and travel accommodations have become a snap of the fingers! I was able to travel Greece and spend time in St Peterburg Fl! So happy I found Booksi!

Enjoyed stay at Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos. Staff was very pleasant, nice and accommodating. Location and amenities were good as was most of the food, especially the specialty restaurants.
Timeshare presentation was way too long and hours beyond the time I agreed to. Arrived at 9:30am and held hostage in the presentation until 2pm. I committed to 2hrs and not 4.5 hours
Promised RT airport transfers but only OW was provided. Booksi reps kept passing the buck giving me different numbers to call and different people to speak with

Senior Citizens duped into believing these promotional prices were due to this being a new booking company. Yet it turns out you have to go thru their hard core salesman trying to sell you a time share. If you don't go thru the presentation you pay full prices for the room you are in. After realizing what it was, I asked for a refund within 2 hours because my husband can't stand thru any presentation. I was treated rudely and basicly laughed at after their rep refused to provide supervisor or management assistance. It's NOT WHAT YOU THINK IT IS FOLKS. I actually tried booking the place I wanted to go, it showing availability but then gave me alternative, a much older run down place to stay rather than what I signed up for. They took my money, and there was only the one option. Very shady. I don't suggest this company to book travel. Go with someone more reputable. Save yourself the sales pitch!
UPDATE! Contacted back by this company and refunded 100%. If your up for the PRESENTATION it's legit. I've learned if you are really set on a particular place, you may have to book it out for a while, but they do give you a year to actually book! Tour, book early and you may be a winner. 😀

The information about the "Presentation" was NOT made obvious and was hidden under long terms of conditions. The Customer Service Reps need to be educated on how to assist the aged, who err by not reading these terms of agreement, rather than being disrespectful.

I'm here with an update & I was hoping it would be better. Unfortunately not.
Wyndham Grand.
Cons. The smell of sewage/mildew in the rooms were so strong that I had to leave the balcony door open while in the room.
Even after washing upon arriving home. The smell is still lingering in EVERYTHING including luggage.
Room should have had a view of the lagoon.
Room 1430 view was literally the roof(someone could easily step over the balcony into your room). No view at all. Actually pretty scary.
I did reach out to hotel staff about the smell/view & I was told it was nothing they could do & that Going through third/fourth parties would almost guarantee the worst rooms.
All inclusive alcohol is bottom shelf. You can upgrade for about $80 per day.
Food was actually pretty good.
Staff service was amazing.

It's all a SCAM. You have to pay for the package first then you'll be able to see dates which on the website it'll show that all dates are available. After you select dates you'll be advised to call to confirm & NOTHING will be available.
Then when you finally find a resort which will be CHEAPER with bad reviews. They won't give you a refund for the price difference. I had to cancel that booking & book a different package all over again. THEN you'll have to pay another 3rd party(monster reservations) another $4/500 just to secure the dates.
No one will be able to tell you why the fees are so expensive or what they are for.
This is a total rip off. Paying so much then having to attend a timeshare presentation is so not worth it.
I will not be using booksi/monster reservations or whoever they are again in the future.
Hopefully the resort is okay & there are no more HIDDEN FEES upon arrival.

Be warned. This is not a vacation, it's a timeshare nightmare scam. Once you purchase what you think is a vacation package, you cannot book it unless you agree to releasing a bunch of private information on a recorded line and then agree to sitting thru a timeshare presentation. I refused to give up all this personal information and asked for a refund and they are refusing to give me a refund. Would never use this company!

SCAM ALERT... they hooked me in with $500 for a trip to Savannah at the INDIGO hotel for $199/ 5 days 4 nights... when i went to book the Hotel in Savannah it wasn't available for my dates and they immediately sent me to Hilton Head Island and said I now owed $240 (IN ADDITION TO WHAT I ALREADY PAID) stating the after I sat through their TIME SHARE PRESENTATION (which was never discussed), I'd get $150 back and the remainder of the money would go toward a BONUS VACATION (which would only cost more) They stated that this information that was explained on the website, (which I never saw because I was immediately contacted by a representative and SMOOZED into the purchase)
There was NEVER a mention of RESORT FEES, TIME SHARE PRESENTATIONS, BONUS TRIPS, Cancellation Policy, REFUND POLICY, etc... now they refuse to give me my money back stating that I had passed the refund time (its been 4 days!).
AVOID THESE SCAM ARTIST at all cost... BOOKSI is ONLY a selling agency that turns it over to MONSTER TRAVEL to handle THEIR MESSES... DO NOT GET SUCKED IN!

The package I received from Booksi was significantly different and of lesser value than the one they advertised and for which I paid in advance. I purchased a 4 night package for a suite/ full kitchen at the Mountain Club at Loon which is slopeside at Loon Mountain Ski Area. I received a standard room at a Holiday Inn Express a few miles away at the other end of town. I contacted Booksi/ Monster Reservations numerous times over the course of 3 months trying to have them change my reservation to the advertised Mountain Club at Loon but was unsuccessful. I even offered to change my dates in order to get the Mountain Club at Loon suite but they still did not offer me the package that I paid for.

Purchased a package to Savannah, Ga. Booked my reservation online and once submitted it takes you to a page to call a phone number to finalize. In speaking with a rep, I was told the dates were not available and they tried to sell me another package which would have cost me additional monies. Mind you I only had 18 months(til November) to book my reservation but they are telling me there are no dates available for the rest of this year. They would not refund my money. Very dissatisfied. They just took my money then said the hotel needed to get paid which was 422.41 in addition to the 858.73. Then they said book it online so i did and then they said you need to confirm with us, so i did, then they said nope you cannot go then but you can go during this time and I said yes, next day they emailed me and said no to that date also so we did it again and guess what, they cancelled it again but when I asked for a refund they don't give refunds after 7 days and they drug it out that long.

Horrible experience. I booked my trip after seeing a $399 special. After I I pick my dates (and get charged right away) I get a message that it isn't complete yet, I need to call to verify. I call the reservations number they provided and spoke with an extremely rude and unprofessional female. She tells me I need to pay another $400+ for taxes and fees. I explained to her that I wasn't aware of that and she said it states that in the terms and conditions. I then tell her I want a refund and was told "NO". She would not give me a refund and still demanded $400. I spoke with support after that and was told a manager will call me. When I asked support to refund me I was told she can't do that. Bait and switch. Booked a package at the Wyndham San Diego Bayside (****), and was asked to make "one last phone call" to complete, where I was placed at the Worldmark San Diego Mission Valley (***) and price hiked by $200+ with no way to back out.
Update: Surprise extra fee refunded after I disputed the charge with my credit card provider. Receiving several calls, text messages and emails, offering incentive to remove this review (so they can trick the next person).

Aside from very limited available dates, they start charging extra fees to your account before you even get off the phone! (they did refund those extra fees) - tell you there's plenty of time to book, but you have to cancel within 7 days. Junk fees, time share fees - it goes on and on - cheaper to not use it and just forget about it, but I hate to see companies get away with this! And there is not a single review after 2021 on the website?

I bought this promotion off Facebook--$199 (plus tax) for 4 nights in Savannah at the Embassy Suites. Today when I booked my desired dates on the Booksi site, I received a message saying I had to call to make sure I was "100% booked" (whatever that means). I called and they told me that they do not have any contracts with hotels in Savannah and that I had to pay an additional $247.50 to be booked in hotel in a different city. I asked if this was a scam, and the call agent assured me it wasn't. She told me if anything went wrong with this reservation, she would give me her personal email to hold her responsible. (Very unprofessional). I then asked why there were so many negative reviews for Booksi online. She told me that reviewers "lie all the time". I'm not sure what motive a reviewer would have to lie. So here's yet one more negative review to add to the bunch. I would like a refund for the $199 (plus tax) immediately.
Update #1: I got a text message to call customer service with Monster after I posted this review. I called and was told by a surly man named Corey that there was nothing he could do. I asked to talk to his supervisor and he told me his supervisor would call tomorrow. But judging by his bored tone of voice, I'm not optimistic.

Advertise great deals then when I called about the property I reserved, I was told that it was not available. Then they tried to book me at less desirable properties. Booksi took my credit card before the dates were confirmed. Also, they did not disclose the fact that this deal was a time share sales pitch. And they did not disclose the fact that in order to get the deal I had already paid for, they would require another $300. This increased the price far more than I could pay. Overall this was a scam! Buyer beware.

I paid to book a vacation at Wisconsin Dells. When I went to book it said there were no rooms available even for years ahead of time. I called to see what was going on and the only thing they could offer me were to stay in two different places that were about 200 miles from the Dells. I paid around three hundred dollars a year ago for a trip. Was never able to book online as it showed full every time. I tried finally called them and they said oh you have to call us. Surprise surprise, everything still booked while a year later. I'm finally able to get through again.
Try to book the trip. The place I paid for they say is no longer available. And they tell me. I have to pay an additional two hundred and seventy three dollars to go on a trip to cover taxes and fees and security deposit, which was never disclosed prior. Also told I have to do a presentation which was also never disclosed. Lady insists it was disclosed yet. I checked my emails and everything else. And it sure is hell was not. Please do not buy from this deceitful company. You cannot talk to anybody from booksy either. They're unavailable you have to go through a third party who can't do anything.
