I love Booksi! Before I became a member, I used to completely stress out when it came down to planning a vacation. All the different sites redirecting to different site through comparisons. Now, planning vacations, booking flights, hotels and travel accommodations have become a snap of the fingers! I was able to travel Greece and spend time in St Peterburg Fl! So happy I found Booksi!
Great saving love it thank you Booksi
This is the worse experience I have every had with a travel company...There are very many hidden costs and the customer service rules in on the website are wrong. It says a 7 day money back guarantee but when you call they say "oh that's not correct, it's by individual package"...STAY AWAY!

I booked several vacations because I was enticed by the price. I get a call from people purporting to be from booksi and try to harass me to pay for a bundle. I tell them I have paid for my vacation and they tell me that this is just registration fee. They are working in Cahoots because the first person to call pretended to be a secretary and then 'forwarded' the phone to the 'boss'. The whole collaboration aims at asking for more money because apparently, the vacations cost more. First off, how did they get all the information about the bookings if they don't work for Booksi? I am ready to sue for this but I am seeking clarification from booksi support. I am now hesitant to book any other vacation with this company even though I really need to travel. I will just hold the two I have for now and then wait and see how things go. I will update upon receiving feedback, which I highly doubt.

Hi Mary,
Thank you for reaching out to the Booksi Support Team, we really appreciate your feedback and we are looking into this as we are not in the habit of calling and harassing our customers.
We are more than happy to help you with the booking process and any other inquiry you may have. We want you to enjoy the vacation that you have purchased and we will take care of this ASAP.
Thanks again.
Embark on a 5-night journey, priced at a seemingly reasonable $345 - a tantalizing offer. But beware, as the plot thickens, an additional "resort" fee of $430 looms in the shadows, a detail left conveniently unmentioned during your purchase. As a discerning traveler, this prompts us to question - how many more hidden costs await our arrival?
The intrigue heightens as a barrage of probing questions come your way. Who is your travel companion? What are their earnings? What about your income? Own a property or renting? They even delve into your social security details for a credit check. All these intrusions are justified under the guise of qualifying for their timeshare, an underlying condition that involves attending a timeshare lecture during your so-called vacation.
When the audacity of these inquiries is questioned, the response assures that this is standard procedure to determine the best resort fit for you. Quite the laughable claim, isn't it?
Vent your frustrations in a review and instantly, the BOOKSI team springs into damage control. They propose a refund, but only AFTER you retract your review. I complied, and following this, one IVAN FEITO from customer service promised a "free vacation" as an apology for the absurd questioning.
His bewilderment at the line of questioning seemed genuine. "This is the first time I've heard something like this... Do you have their names?" he asked. Yet, the "free vacation" offered turned out to be a mirage - a code that failed to work, and a 10-day back-and-forth with Mr. Feito, who feigned ignorance at every turn.
When the code finally worked, the ghost of the $430 resort fee resurfaced. The term "free" seems to have been lost in translation. When the definition of "free" was questioned, the response came not from our good friend Mr. Feito but MARIA JOSE GALO, who ambiguously explained that there may be additional fees or taxes associated with the booking.
It appears the script has flipped from "This is not normal" to normalizing these "additional fees".
Quite the comedic performance, isn't it?
Perhaps, it's time for the BOOKSI team to consider a career change. The circus is always on the lookout for talented clowns.

I tried to book the Waikiki resort they advertised on Facebook but the was told they didn't have any rooms there. Further they tried to book me into a Lahaina resort and reduced the time to 4 nights and 5 days from the original five nights and six days. Furthermore, there was a additional $568 when I tried to book with a potential for further resort, fees or taxes or parking or something that they weren't very clear on of between 20 and $40 per day in the first discussion and then dropping down to between 10 and $20 per day in further discussions after my protest were heard. In the recorded call, they insisted that there "should not be" any additional charges, but they were unable to make that assurance. This is clearly a manipulative approach to a verbal contract. Beware of this crowd.

It would be nice if they avoided false advertising

I booked a 5 day stay with them only for them to tell me that there's nothing available for the dates that I needed a room. They tell you that you can book within 18 months of purchase but neglect to tell you that you need you that you need to book a month in advance. Refund? Forget about it, once they have your money they don't care. They offered no other options to try and get me a room. You're better off booking with Expedia or Priceline.

Search the on BBB first a total scam. If they even answer the phone which is how you have to actually schedule a place after you pick a resort that is never available. Also after you have paid for what you think is an all inclusive package to the ( time share salesman who is supposed to be in reservations) who tries to put you in another resort and you are like A walking piece of meat every second for
Booksi to lay more hooks in. Also when he offers you another available less appealing hotel they then tell you the hotel services fees and taxes also need to be paid. Mine were. 2x the cost of my reservation for 5 days at an all inclusive resort. $almost $500 extra after I purchased a reservation that did not exist because there was no availability. They scam and manipulate every factor of the booking and your stay I would be highly skeptical and do not pay attention to the positive reviews. The are all being managed by this company they have full time
Staff that do nothing but edit and remove reviews.

I just went to the airport to catch my flight to go to Cabo San Lucas for our anniversary. I was unaware that you have to have an international passport to fly I have a passport card which is good to travel to Mexico and Canada. I have used it for cruises so when I called them to see if I can get a refund the lady was very rude and said it was my fault that I didn't know you can't use a passport card to fly they never told me I needed an international passport and that they will not issue me a refund I am now out 800 plus my whole anniversary vacation is ruined I was really looking forward to going.

It's not right they take your money and not refund you when you can't go due to something out of your control. I had every intention to go on this vacation

I purchased a trip to Savannah, Ga. February 10,2023 and it was good for 18 months. I went to the booking area and I seen the dates of 21 April 2024 with a checkout of 25 April which was great. It said to call and I did. I was told by Khalif from Booksi that I couldn't get it. I told him the dates were open he said that's why I had to call. I've sent messages back and forth to an Ivan and I still can't get my trip to Savannah that I paid for. A person from Monster Reservations named Ashley Ponsi said she would keep a watch for the system to get fixed to help me. Since than a Kevin has called me a few times wanting to send me to everywhere but Savannah, Ga. I booked this trip because it was for Savannah and I had always wanted to go there. Kevin said if I would go to Hilton Head, SC than after that trip he could send me to Savannah and I told him if he could do it than why not go on and send me to where I paid for now. I have been told so many things that I don't know what's going on or if they even know. At this point I'm very disgusted with this whole thing! If they couldn't get me in for this trip why advertise the trip for Savannah to begin with, it was good for 18 months. Well it was suppose to be. It's my opinion that it false advertising. I would like my money back since my trip to Savannah,Ga. Is not being honored! This is no fault of mine!

They advertised a one-day sale on a hotel in Nashville TN, then required we disclose financial information when we tried to make the reservation. We then learned it was a timeshare. When we asked for a refund, they said they would only give us a 50% refund. TOTAL SCAM. I'm filing complaints everywhere! Warn your friends and run far and fast from these people!

AVOID THIS SCAM! You need to pay before selecting your travel dates and then they don't have the available dates you are wanting. You will also need to pay an additional service fees ($121) and ($150) deposits before your booking can be confirmed. If you try to cancel at that point, then you will be told the package you initially selected is not refundable.

Hi Wayne, Thank you for your feedback. Please know we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. A customer services representative will follow up with you soon.
Booked 5 days 4 nights in Gatlinburg and their computer accepted it. When trying to confirm (which you must do thru their call center) we were told by the lady we would get 4 days 3 nights because the hotel did not have anything else available. Advised her that was unacceptable and after a protracted time she agreed to cancel the reservation and refund. If they do not I will just call American Express in the 30 days allowable. We won't be back.

We appreciate your comments as this helps us work harder to clear this type of issue. Furthermore, your account has been refunded as expected.
We are contacting you at this moment to make sure that you receive a screenshot to verify this process.
Thank you for your patience in this matter.
Fraud I have never seen such a bait and switch three card Molly company greater than this one. First of all I paid $240.33 for a four night stay in a hotel in New Orleans needless to say I didn't get that! I think that is important to let people know that you may read good reviews but if you look into the reviews and Google the names of the reviewers you'll find that they are not real they are bots this company sell more dates then they have reservations space in the hotels. They should be investigated by the attorney generals office for fraud like the other companies that sell vacation resorts with inadequate space availability.
Tip for consumers:
Save your money and purchase your own hotel do not go through these online hotel vacation resort fraud based companies

I bought a stay at Grand Oasis but when I was trying to complete my reservation there were any room available. So, the agent sold me a staying on another hotel. I was very clear on may travelling dates and I was very specific because I travel with kids. So the agent sold me something so much more expensive on another hotel but he never told me the dates for the new reservation were different. He just told me all the details will be on the email.
I've been set up for a staying much more extensive than the first one and the agent never told me anything about one night less than the firs one.
It's so difficult to get someone on the phone and nobody is any help.
This is so wrong!
This is a scam big time.
The worst service ever!
I don't recommend it!

SCAM. I paid $399 plus tax for 5 star resort in Cancun, Mexico. It looks really good deal but there is hidden charges when I tried to book. They asking another $292 for the resort fees and taxes. Total cost is near $700 and they choose different hotel

Updated from 1 star to 5 stars upon resolved issue. Be aware of the terms of conditions on any desired location. If you are uncertain, call customer service and ask before proceeding with a purchase. Booksi's advertised destinations have very specific criteria that must be met in order to be eligible for a stay. I was not aware of any eligibility requirements beyond income level. Once I posted negative reviews, their customer service department reached out to me and fully refunded my purchase. Additionally, they offered me a savings card for my troubles.
*Edit: The savings card arrived by email and appears to be more trouble than useful. You cannot use the card in its entirety on one stay. Some hotels only offering $3.00 worth of use at a time. Heed my advice and just steer clear of this company and their affiliates: Monster, BookVIP. Way to make things right. Note the sarcasm.

It's been months since I was told they are going to send me a cruise voucher and I still don't have it. Every thing they have said has been false. Save yourself the headache! That goes for their partner Monster Group as well!

Do not fall for this! I bought this to use as a family vacation. They don't allow families and will not let you book together. They said they check your social media to make sure families don't go together so I canceled my package within 6 hours after booking by phone and email. They won't refund. I have been trying since the end of May to get my money back. I have wasted over 3 hours on the phone sent numerous emails. They say I didn't cancel soon enough. There own disclaimer says within 5 day full refund. These people are scandalous!

The booking company cancelled my trip less than one month before my confirmed reservation because "the hotel will be undergoing renovations." They refused to refund the money I had paid, and would only offer me a change in sites that included an additional $180 parking fee, or to cancel my booking and forfeit my $150 refundable deposit.
I feel this is a breach of contract since they are the ones who cannot provide the service I paid for.

Hi Amy,
The Booksi Support Team is here to help you with any questions or issues you may have.
We can see you just bought 3 packages, this is great news, if your question is on how to book your dates, we are resending your confirmation email right now.
Please reach out if you have any more questions.
I purchased this voucher back in April 2023 and tried to book for November 2023 (today is August 2023) and realized the following:
- I'd be expected to partake in a two (2) hours long presentation of the hotel group and their timeshares.
- They would run a credit check to "confirm what offers I'd qualify for".
- They could not confirm which of the three available hotels I'd be staying at.
- They could not book all four of my nights but only three, blaming the availability to not allow for it. I looked online at the hotel website and they could accept a full-price booking for these dates.
- I'd have to pay a $150 refundable deposit on my booking, and $99 "white glove" service fee + $40 per night tourist tax.
Not to mention I wasted almost an hour trying to make this reservation.
Date of experience: August 24, 2023
These people are a bunch of liars and scammers! Please for the love of God, don't fall for this bs! I bet my review won't even be posted because they are weeding out all the people trying to warn others! Class action lawsuit in the works!
Tip for consumers:
Don't fall for it!!!!
