I love Booksi! Before I became a member, I used to completely stress out when it came down to planning a vacation. All the different sites redirecting to different site through comparisons. Now, planning vacations, booking flights, hotels and travel accommodations have become a snap of the fingers! I was able to travel Greece and spend time in St Peterburg Fl! So happy I found Booksi!

After purchasing a package and making a reservation from available dates, they asked to call them and confirm. Apparently given number is of monster reservation group, they ended up telling me those dates are not available and after some more digging into my personal details about income and occupation, they asked me to pay $150 and that $298 will be charged more as resort fee. Not only my original option Paris las vegas is not available, none of the hotels in whole of the las vegas is available and started to give me options for other cities and states! What kind of nonsense is that! I am going to review them on every platform until they give me my refund.

Booked a place that was described to me as a 5 star hotel, denied the protection because I trusted the person. Called back not even 3 days later and basically told to kick rocks. Scam company, save your money and go somewhere else. Told "no manager" to talk to either. Awful.

I was put in a rundown unsafe hotel that had a walkway to the beach but it was blocked for construction, I waded through grass. The fixtures in my room were old, paint chipped lamps, maintenance was in my room until after 11 o'clock because my door would not lock in the morning I needed maintenance to open the door to my patio. It was all around the most horrible experience I've ever had. I travel a lot nationally and internationally and how they could have subjected me to this inferior hotel literally it needs to be torn down, I am so sorry that I bought four vacation packages. I just don't want to be subjected to this anymore.
I thought when I saw the advertisement that it was a good deal, but I literally paid almost twice as much for the same vacation that I could’ve just bought out right without the hassle of going through a timeshare presentation. It was not worth the money.

I was not told that this is a time share presentation. I then booked online and now told that the dates are not valid until I speak with a representative. I was then told that I had to give my husband's information too and he has to be involved with this presentation. This was supposed to be a girl's trip that will not be happening. I also want to let people know that the hotel's have limited availability and usually only on weekdays. Don't waste your money!

If I could rate this place a zero I would. They are a bunch of scam artists. They said I could book a place and had 18 months to use and then when I went to use it they said oh, no you have to pay a $1,000 difference because the resort fees went up. I was never advised of this and if I was I would have never done it. Also, nowhere does it say you need to do a timeshare presentation. Then, I re-booked for another place and I told then I already owned. The lady told me oh no big deal, so I purchased that. When I went to book, they wouldn't allow it. This place is working on nothing but false truths and lies. Do not BOOK through them

I tried to get a refund but was told none were available, EVER! Every date I would give them that worked with my work schedule would never work for them! They never had weekend check ins available either. They then wanted to switch me to a different city- cities I'd been to and had no desire to revisit. I only bought the trip because it was Nashville and supposedly $59. My credit card was actually charged $97! As other reviewers are saying...BEWARE OF HIDDEN CHARGES! Also a 3rd party that works with BOOKSI called me literally everyday harassing me trying to get me to upgrade to more days! I kept having to block numbers and finally had to get mean and say DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN! I also asked for a supervisor when trying to book my trip in Nashville and was told none was available and that someone would call me back about a refund...of course that never happened either. So therefore unless I get a refund... I will blast them all over every social media platform I come across as crooked. I did my part to try to book the trip for $59. I was not only charged more than the promotion of $59 but they cannot meet my scheduling needs so therefore I should be entitled to a refund.

I would not be surprised if the reviews they feature on the site are forced to be made at the mandatory timeshare pitch so that you don't get kicked out of your accommodations. I wanted to just do a quick birthday trip, so I bought the package. Then had to call in to confirm, got roped into the VIP package. Then when I did book the trip a couple of days later, I was hit with Fees $300! And told I had to sit through a presentation. I booked a vacation with this company last night. It was $59+ tax ($78.83) for 4 days, 3 nights in New Orleans. The money came out instantly. I got the message to call to confirm within 15 minutes. I called the number and waited over 25 minutes.
I found another number to call and they picked up right away. I explained that I needed to confirm. My dates weren't available, which I understood because it's next week. So Corey searches to find another destination in my area that is available. Nashville comes up, I was fine with that. I asked a few more questions for clarification so he claimed he had to do another scan. Nashville was no longer available but he sees Branson. To sum this up, I ended up paying an extra $150+tax ($163.50) for a "refundable" deposit.
After reading all of the negative reviews and seeing that I would have to pay an additional $280+ for resort fees, I decided to call and cancel this morning. I never received confirmation of the booking, dates, booking number, nothing. After trying to get me to choose another destination/date, the agent canceled it. I asked if I would receive a confirmation email, she told me it was already sent. (I still haven't received it). I asked about the refund, she proceeds to tell me they had me on a recorded line agreeing to terms and conditions. I reminded her that their policy promises a 100% refund if cancellation occurs within 3 days. She said that the $150+tax refundable deposit isn't refundable (?) so she put it as a credit on my account. That's useless because I don't ever plan on using the company to book anything ever again. She claimed that she processed a refund for the $59+tax and I should receive an email confirmation (still haven't received it).
Please stay away from this company! Check other websites for all of the negative reviews! In the end, it doesn't look like you'll end up saving any money. The price that you see is only a small fraction of what you'll end up paying. I hope I'm able to get my money back.
Update: I spoke to someone at the company this morning (9/4) after getting an email and phone call for this review. When you call in to book your dates, they want you to pay a refundable deposit. However, that deposit is only refundable if you pay $234 for the White Glove Service. So I was told that they could only refund the initial cost of $59+tax. Basically, I just gave them $163 because I didn't give them extra money to get a refundable deposit, refunded. I received confirmation, so hopefully I'll be refunded.
Please stay away from this company! There are reputable companies that you can use to travel cheap, without being scammed (Hilton Grand)!

The fees involved are based on the amount quoted for the offer plus the taxes and fees added to the cart before payments are made. The only additional fees for the accommodation which may or may not apply based on each individual deal is the “Resort Fees” which are charged at the time of booking dates. These fees vary depending on the individual hotel deal. To see if there are any resort fees applied to the hotel you are interested in please view the terms and conditions at the bottom of the deals information.

This is the worst company, please do not use their services. They are scammers, they invade your privacy by asking you your total household income, marital status, if you're a house owner etc. They advertise one price however when you call them to book the dates their charges for taxes and "resort fees" are double the price of the room. Never in my life have I heard about resort fees being over 100 usd a day. They probably calculate the resort fees and taxes based on each persons household income.
They are scammers and a rip off their customer service team is terrible as well. When I was arguing for a refund their team went on to block my number.
This is the worst company do not fall for this scam.
