I called to activate my phone using a boost card the man who answered was very very helpful. He took his time explaining exactly what he needed and how I could get the information so he could turn on my phone. He remained positive throughout the entire call and even made small talk while waiting for the for the results to go through. 10/10 service someone i want to handle my technical issues in the future.

They do not have the phones they sell in stock to ship out within a good time frame! It takes them at least a week to even ship, even though they took the money from my account! What the heck? Phone service is good. Their customer service people suck too, even supposed supervicer. What the heck. Phones bought and paid for in total or payment they have for them should be able to ship within 24 hours for a big company like them. Seems like they have to order it, then ship to the custer!

I was a Republic Wireless customer, bought out by Dish, then bought out by Boost. I provided the information Boost requested to set up my account. My telephone number and email were requested to access my account; neither worked on the computer or the phone app! I tried to call to talk to them, waited on hold forever, then the connection was so bad I couldn't understand them. Based on that experience, I told them I was canceling my service with them and moving to another provider. They repeatedly gave me misinformation making it extremely difficult to change carriers. I would never, ever do business with them. Pure Talk is a better option fellow Republic Wireless friends!

I ordered a new iPhone to have it shipped to me and UPS ended up not delivering it to me. So after a month of fighting boost mobile and UPS, they refuse to refund me the over $500 I payed. So I just get f over. Do yourself a favor and do t bother having them as your provider

I was a Virgin Mobile customer apparently they used the Sprint network ( I didn't know that for years) Rarely did I have any issues and Virgin had extras like chat rooms, free streaming music, song I.D. all kinds of stuff including a Virgin Mobile page all accessible on the phone. They sold us out and as a customer for 10 years was totally let down being inherited to Boost Mobile the only thing faster this network provides is making a payment that is user friendly. Data is good in one part of town and then in other areas is slow to none and I live in a small city. I've had all kinds of cell phones from the Motorola bag phone to the current Samsung Android since 1995 only using two carriers AT&T and Virgin Mobile. I was satisfied with Virgin over AT&T mostly for the savings however all the amenities Virgin offered grew on me along with great reliable data even on the old dinosaur cell phones I've owned. Im 65 years old now and a dissatisfied Boost Mobile customer.

BoostMobile is the worst company ever. They suspended my line because they say I have been making conference calls. I wanted to port my number out but, they have been lying to me for three weeks now nothing happen spoke to over 50 people all of them have been lying to me telling me I should not have any problem porting the number but, the other carriers every time they make a request they get an error message that says INACTIVE which is right because the phone can't port out unless the reactive it again but, they don't want to do that they want to keep the phone number that I had for over 20 years now. Meanwhile, I have been paying them every month for a phone that I can even use. I am so tired of it that I am ready to take all my other lines elsewhere. No one seems to know what they are talking about, all they do is lyes to you. No wonder that they have all these bad reviews.

Its only gonna get worse. From the slow data to the cheap phones to the not so autopay service. No after hours customer service. Customer service stated my service would be restored at midnight. Still no service am using some one else's hot spot to write this. They have my ebb.

Everytime I have an issue they try to tell me it's my phone or bank and everytime it is there system I spend hours of my time to find out it is a boost's issue. Latest is I'm trying to buy a new phone and they keep telling me my bank is declining the charge. I call my bank and they tell me they have not declinied anything, They said it had been approved and then Boost reversed the charges immediately all 5 times I tried. I'm using the same card they have on file to charge my monthly payments too, even sending it to the address they have on file. Have already spent at least 5 hours with this issue. I stuck with them for years hoping they would get better, I think they just lost a customer I've had enough.

I have been trying since Christmas to upgrade my phone. I have called several time and had several tickets put in as well as emailing this address for assistance with no response. I keep getting the error message attached and the price of the phone keeps climbing. I have been a customer for about a year I have 2 lines that I pay for and wanting a 3rd, but my Daughters phone has been saying no Sim for several months, after we pay the bill it works for a couple days then quits. I upgraded her yesterday from an iphone8 to an 11. She was supposed to get a credit for more than 1 month, but was only given 1 month. Normally we are so happy with boost, but if I cannot do something as simple as upgrading, talk, pay, or get a resolution in a timely manner, I need to just cancel my lines. I just wanted to reach out one more time before doing so, because things have been ok till now.
I have tried 4 differn cards, boost says its there system. The upgrade price online is 59.99$ or 71.58$ with protection at check out and in store the phone it's 150$.
Even after all that I called back was asked my issue 5 time for everyone to suggest thesame old same. I'm done with boost!

This has been the worst service ever this month. I have been contacting them since the 3rd of August and these people dont even tell you the truth at first they blame it on the tower then the next week they try to trouble shoot your phone and it still end up acting up I have two lines with them and I feel like I have been robbed of my money this month is my final month with them even if I have to pay a little extra each month for my bill

Phone never has service, customer service refuses to help, calls constantly drop, can't even call booster mobile for help with out call dropping. Customer service said service was canceled and I still keep getting charged! Zero stars

A lady from boost mobile name Rebecca rude af girl I understand your job is not easy bt it's your job to make sure a customer is happy periodt... for you to talk disrespectful it's not ok bt god is good nd your mot stopping anything this way I hope you have a blessed day

Boost mobile has got to be the worst phone company I think I've ever used. Not only do they not listen and very rude but when my phone had been suspended I paid my $50 bill and had to wait almost 2 days before they would cut it back on, when I would call to speak to a supervisor I was told no that they had no one in that department I could speak to, and to top it off they had my debit card and bank frozen. It finally took 2 days, 16 phone calls, and my husband calling and raising cane over it, before they had back on. I would not even give them a half star rating! No one should have to go through the mess I did just to get a phone cut back on, needless to say I have taken my business to Metro PCS. Through the whole experience I felt as if I was being scammed as they kept asking for additional payment when I had basically already paid them 2 times.

My daughter was in a car accident tonight and because of boost mobile who has awful cell phone service could not make a call to me or 911. Thankful for the person she was with who had a different cell phone service was able to call 911 and me. I'm getting a new phone and a new cell phone carrier. Thanks for nothing boost mobile. Your loosing 4 cutomers

I've been calling boost mobile for about two months now and I've been getting the same run around about a refund for a service that I did not get to utilize. Every time that I call it's a new excuse or reason as to why I can't get my refund but nothing about how they weren't helpful of me being able to use their services that I paid for

Ever since boost was bought by dish the website and payment center along with the app sucks… nothing ever works and its frustrating. It wasn't like this before now all of a sudden. You cant make payments you cant get a new phone and make payments on it im definitely thinking about switching to something more expensive just based on the fact that Boost Services have gone down the toilet there are no real perks to the service anymore im better off getting a walmart plan than a boost plan. Smh Dish Get it together if Yall didn't know what yall was doing you should have left boost alone. Your messing with peoples lives by messing with their phones shame on you..

They only thing you can do to make them honor their promises is to call incessantly and write down EVERYTHING, every time they lie, every time they try to pass the buck, every name, and keep calling until MAYBE you'll get at least an offer of compromise. It took me about eight months to get their attention when they owed me over $200 in overcharges! Keep calling! Make a weekend of it while you binge your favorite show. Welcome to the Boost Customer Service Jungle. :)

Tip for consumers:
Be consistent and keep calling. Don't believe the word "no" from them. They can give you what you want, they just don't want to.

I bought a iPhone se online from my.boostmobile.com when I needed a new phone. I ordered an iPhone se and ever since I got it no5ing by problems! Boost accused me of stealing the phone saying I didn't purchase it from them although I took screenshots and saved them when I bought it. My phone worked for on day after spending $300 on it. Boost was no help at all and refused to do anything for me!,, they said the immigration didn't match the phone they sent me! Stay away from this company! They took my money sent me a iPhone that wasn't working right and never helped me!,, I hate boost!

I tool my phone today so they could upgrade it to the new network. They messed my phone up. I cant make any calls and can only use messaging if i am connected to wifi. Now they say the it is going to be atleast 3 days before they can fix it. I am a heart patient in full heart failure and need my phone in case something happens. I ask the girl behind the counter what i was suppose to do without my phone for 3 days and she suggested i go to walmart and buy a new one.

Boost mobile does not value their customers. I have been with them for years and had a line that I couldn't use, they could see that the line had not been used and refused a refund and then was giving a free month if you pay your bill on time I pay on time every month never received a free month. Also I have a credit on my account and have had it for months but they have been taking the full payment off of my debit card. They just don't value their customers!

Yes, it is unlimited but when you reach your data cap spends are lowered to 2G. Which 2G is not fast enough to use your phone. With the 2G my phone always says no internet connection because it's too slow to do anything. Even play Amazon music. It's just music! Why did they remove 3G and leave behind that very slow 2nd G?!?!?! RIDICULOUS. Especially when 3G can sufficiently power our phones. I will be changing carriers next month!

After trying to setup online, and then one customer rep; and then 2 more today... 24 hours later, who knows when I'll get service back. I was transferring from AT&T, fees have gotten out of control, to a cheaper carrier. Well, as usual, buyer beware. Maybe and possibly I'll eventually get it, but Boost just expects you to be without service. AND, had I not called serveral times to check status, it would have NEVER been resolved. "Information was entered incorrectly" as their excuse; even though their rep entered the data the 2nd, 3rd time, and now a 4th time!

Tip for consumers:
Call and check and double check the order is in process. you'll wait 24 hours only to learn it never even started!

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Went into Fuquay-Varina location because my phone wasn't updating. They told me to go to McDonald's and use their wifi to get an update... Do yourself a favor and stay away from Boost Mobile!

On the phone with customer service for over 4 hrs, transferred to 11 agents. Last two supervisors said there was nothing they could do and couldnt escalate my case any further because my telephone number which i just got 5 days ago was deactivated in APRIL 2020. WTF! The supervisor, Anna, wouldnt even tell me which department she was the supervisor of. Her advice was to go back to the dealer and ask for a refund. My phone works and is active. I just want to swap devices but my PIN isnt accepted. Terrible customer support!

2nd time they did a "maintenance update" and I've been w/o service! I am a supervisor & I use my cell for work as well as personal. Then they only give you a $3 credit for 24hrs no phone?! Unacceptable! Currently looking for a new carrier!

Consumer Affairs need to speak with boost! All the random outages and maintenance issues are inconveniencing in the 20TH century world of technology

When you call customer about something. They need to know all this info before trying to help you. Then when you tell them what you are calling about they give you a bunch of run around BS and tell you need to call back or they just hang up on you. I highly recommend do not buy/sell a phone to someone you know cause when they call them to get it activated boost will give them some BS saying that they can't not use the phone. I am so glad we left this horrible company when did. I would not recommend this horrible company to anyone. If you have boost I would leave them or if you are thinking about getting I wouldn't because they will rip you off.
