I called to activate my phone using a boost card the man who answered was very very helpful. He took his time explaining exactly what he needed and how I could get the information so he could turn on my phone. He remained positive throughout the entire call and even made small talk while waiting for the for the results to go through. 10/10 service someone i want to handle my technical issues in the future.
They do not have the phones they sell in stock to ship out within a good time frame! It takes them at least a week to even ship, even though they took the money from my account! What the heck? Phone service is good. Their customer service people suck too, even supposed supervicer. What the heck. Phones bought and paid for in total or payment they have for them should be able to ship within 24 hours for a big company like them. Seems like they have to order it, then ship to the custer!
$50 monthly plan and within 2 weeks was already getting notifications of my KB s running out and my phone started getting WAY SLOWER! So I went (still within 2 weeks of a $50 monthly plan)and got a $60 dollar monthly (no reimbursement for the other half $25/$50 plan)(also unlimited)plan and now again within 2 weeks ran out a couple days ago and phone really ain't working right (definitely won't be getting another month plan with them!)
A lil while ago they contacted me with survey and when I gave my rating ( 1-10) I gave a 5 cause was feeling nice but they misunderstood the 5 goes to the other half "the makers/manufacturers of the phone get the max between 1-5... and boost 0-0. They charge $60 for a plan you can get for $50!
Tip for consumers:
Get another plan don't regret it like me....they/boost doesn't even have individual add KB prepaid cards, they only have new plans so when you run out of KB they really screw your phone up and just about make impossible to get on internet or listen to music all month so you will have to end up spending $100 or more a month so all can stay good cause they don't have KB cards and have to get another plan and the new service end date is still 1 month away....I DEFINITELY WON'T BE GETTING ANOTHER PL

Don't transfer your number to boost mobile. They refuse to give you a pin and transfer number. Even if you are willing to pay they make excuses. They claim your sim number doesn't match your phone. I'm just frustrated for my fiancé. I told him it was a bad idea to switch to boost. Service was awful his phone keeps cutting off. They give you the run around even if you go to the store.

I ost my phone under boost Mobile plan and forgot my pin so boost is telling me that my service has to stay active until it ends. This is the only option they provide in order to report my phone lost or to suspend my service. I'll never use boost again in my life. Bad service!
Me and my family had boost for a few years now but for the past 3 months we've been having problems with the connection because it has been really slow and what's worse is that when we call the costumer care some of the rudely hang up on us. They even reduced our data without notifying us. We had unlimited data but about 5 days later after paying our usual monthly payments we were told we used all our data so our data went from 4G LTE to 2G, which is slow as $#*!. And what sucks even more us the fact that there is no logical explanation behind why that was happening. In conclusion Boost Mobile has become trash. Plain trash.
As many of you may know boost mobile recently moved to their expanded network. Well their new expanded network is 10 times slower and I couldn't even listen to music or podcasts or even be on social media anymore because of how horrible the service was. Tried to contact boost on several occasions with no answer or just excuses. If you are having the same issues, I suggest you try visible they have a 14 day free trail download an e-sim see how well it works in our area. For $25 a month no data cap with decent service ( they use Verizon towers) I switched about a month ago and I am extremely satisfied with the switch. I hope this helps anyone who had the same issues as me and doesn't want to pay $70-100 a month with the big carriers.
I am not trust them they do not even take care of their employees. Worst company of all if you want to loose your time and your money go with them. They does not answer my calls and the treat to their employees is horrible. I started to work with them but they do not speak clear, always trying to trick people.
I've been a loyal customer for years. Never really had an issue UNTIL one of the boost employees took it upon himself to call me and my mother randomly. Not saying anything and just breathing heavily into the phone! Creepy right? To top it off. They partnered with dish network? For voicemail services? What!? Haven't been able to listen to my voicemails in months. Now I cannot make calls to others on the boost network. This phone company is THE WORST, literally.
If I could give it a negative 100 I would this is the worst cell company ever their customer service is awful they never answer any questions half the time they don't answer their phone and they steal from you I have been overcharged multiple times there is no refund or money back they basically keep your money heed my warning choose another company
My phone doesn't even work, no reception no internet if i leave within a mile of my house. Trying to transfer to a new carrier and they make it near impossible. They told me my number was being transferred and never bothered to answer my new phone company with a pin and never gave me the pin i needed when they emailed me that my number was being transferred. Terrible don't do it

Boost mobile the worst company i ever been with. Never again i been with them 4 years i got 8 lines they don't keep they word. If anyone thinking about switching stay where you at. Cause boost mobile is not the place
I've had Boost for almost 10 years. This year my husband tried to buy me a new phone from Boost for my birthday. I never received the phone. Boost claimed it was delivered and has blamed UPS. Tried to get a refund. It's been 3 months, and Boost still refuses to refund my money. I have called upwards of 7 times. Different information every time. The most recent agent told me to dispute the charge with my bank to get the money back. I did dispute the charge, and now my account is suspended and I have NO SERVICE (even though I already paid for a month of pre-pay service) unless I PAY THE FULL PRICE OF THE PHONE I DID NOT RECEIVE. Is there a timeline to resolve this? No. Is there anything they will do? No. Do yourself a favor and find a different pre-pay company that has fair business practices and customer service.
I have been a customer for 10 years. I upgraded my SIM as instructed and ran into a problem that rendered my phone unusable. I was told they would open a ticket, and would be resolved in 48-72 hours. Then 4 days later I was informed those were "working hours". Then I was told there was no ticket. 6 day in and still no phone, and no resolution. But hey the rep will continuously give you the scripted "we apologize for... Blah Blah Blah"; they all know that statement word for word.

I had Boost for over 3 years. Same prepaid plan for 3 years. I never once even came close to using up the 35 GB of high speed data. Yesterday I got notified that I have used all of my high speed data on my phone in just 6 days! 6 days after paying my bill, somehow all of my data has been used. I do not use my phone enough for this to be correct. I only use it for social media & web browsing which does not use that much data. I'd have to be streaming movies 24 hours a day in order to use that much data that quickly. I contacted Boost & they told me I'd have to pay my phone bill AGAIN to refresh the data allotment. There is no explanation or reason as to where all my data went. They just want more money. So if I were to pay them the $52.99 & then all of my data gets sucked up in a few days again, I'm just supposed to keep paying them without any explanation? Boost mobile are thieves & scammers!
I have been a boost mobile customer on and off for over 20 years where there service was available to me where i was living at the time before they where bought by sprint they where great after sprint still was not to bad for 3g and 4g service but since t mobile merger there customer service has just been so bad i left the carrier for a 5 g network bought brand new phone from website said unlocked called before ordering sales rep stated yes will come unlocked so i purchased phone. Got new phone it was locked and they refusue to unlock phone even with being loyal customer that line had been active over a year still refused when you pay for something and expect to be unlocked like quoted they should refund money or unlock device sad when dont honor what they tell you
Tip for consumers:

One of the worst customer service departments I have seen. Be very aware that you cannot trust them. Coverage they say will be outstanding may not work at all. They will ship you the phone and when the phone does not work they will send a new Sim. But be very careful. The time to get the sim will count against you for the 7 day return policy. And they you are stuck! You will have a phone a Bill and NO service. None, Zero,
And Nada. And then you have to beg to a talk to a Supervisor, he is rude, does not care and will tell you basically tough luck. He does not offer to help in any way. A real jerk. Even says that there is no on in Boost Mobile higher than himself so there is no one else to call. BEWARE! Terrible. Warning! Do NOT deal with them.
I have been with boost for over 5 years and at first the service is is wonderful. But now since there has been a migration and now I am having a hard time having access to my voicemail and and unable to text certain people. The staff who I talk to don't know whether they are a foot or horseback. Total imbeciles. I don't want to do business with them anymore.
They offered to mail it to me free in 7 days, otherwise I can go to a nearby store (next day or whenever, while I purposely shopped online not to have to go to a store) and pay $9.99 for a card. Customer service is evasive and gaslighting me, trying to make me be grateful for extending this one-time, management-approved offer to "make it right to me" because they understand my frustration with wanting to have a working phone, paying to have that within 24 hours, having to wait more time, having to go to the store, while being stuck with an overnight shipping fee. STAY AWAY people
Tip for consumers:
they sent me phone without SIM card, I needed it immediately so I overnighted, they graciously offered that I either go to a nearby store or they will mail me a free SIM card in the next 7 days. Oh, and added how they understand my inconvenience and the need for having a working phone

I have used boost mobile for many years and never had problems. But in the year 2023 when they changed the app and probably sold the company to someone else, there's been network glitch after network glitch. Network has been awfully slow. This is crazy. Eventhough it says u limited data for $50 u can ran out of data this is crazy. They need to fix this.
I have 4 days without telephone lines and they only tell me that they cannot do anything but the payment if they make it on time they tell me that three hours they return the service after 24 hours after 72 hours and now that another 24 hours but they are not sure and how ridiculous it tells me to use social networks to communicate if I don't have wifi either
Turned my phone off at 5p.m., asked if they could give me until midnight when my paycheck hit and they said no. Really! Only a few hours is what I needed, but what about all the times I had to call because I couldn't send or receive text messages and retrieve voice-mails, not once did they extend any type of credit to me. This company is BS! Go with a real mobile phone company, I know I am!

My teenagers line was terminated from the family plan for "unacceptable usage". Support couldn't give me a reason beyond that. My guess is his use of the hotspot. I Pay for the service and he didn't blast through the data plan, which Again.I Pay for. So now we have an expensive paperweight and no way to keep in contact while he is at his extra curricular activities. Thankfully his employer has a landline. This is ridiculous.
Tip for consumers:
Try another cell phone provider
I had boost mobile for years. All of a sudden my phone doesn't work or let me make calls or texts. They say download boost one app. Doesnt let you make an account unless you call them for an hour. Once you get boost one, they won't even let you pay your bill 1 day late. No one can call or text like the old boost used to do. Boost one sucks and they should not have switched.
We have been with Boost for years and now are looking for a new
Carrier. My husband was out if work for about a month due to an injury at work. I was unsure how long he would be home and collecting workers comp so I made my June payment on May 30. A week or 2 later I received an alert that payment was due so not thinking I made a payment. When I realized I made an overpayment I called them. They immediately refunded the $60 overpayment. And I next received $30 which was listed confusingly as a Boost return payment of $30. And it looked as if it was a debit not a credit. I have been on the phone with them for 3 days. My husband spoke to a woman who he could barely understand and all she kept saying was "disregard the alert if you made payment" the bottom line is they still owe me $30! And I shouldn't have to keep fighting with them over it
One star is too much. I give them ZERO. The data stopped working on my phone. Tried everything I could find on the web to troubleshoot and everything their customer service recommended. Except for one: dude had a nerve to try to SELL me more data, haha.
It's been a month now and they're saying they will send me a new SD card. Doubtful that it will work.
Called Samsung (I have a Samsung phone) and they said many people complained about the same problem. How come they don't have a solution yet then? Are they a phone company or scam service? Mostly the latter.
Other than the data, their messaging only works for words, don't even try to send an attachment.
Also, I never signed up for boost, they bought Virgin Mobile, a service I never had problems with. Searching for any class action lawsuit out there to join, as the company is plainly ripping people off.

Liars and charlatans. They will lie to you and change their story as soon as you argue with them. They will not unlock my phone despite telling me it both IS and IS NOT eligible to be unlocked. As well as telling me that they both HAVE and HAVE NOT unlocked the phone. I have called many times and they've told me both things every time. They tell me they'll call me back, they never do. The worst company and worst service imaginable. They should be sued into oblivion.
