I called to activate my phone using a boost card the man who answered was very very helpful. He took his time explaining exactly what he needed and how I could get the information so he could turn on my phone. He remained positive throughout the entire call and even made small talk while waiting for the for the results to go through. 10/10 service someone i want to handle my technical issues in the future.
They do not have the phones they sell in stock to ship out within a good time frame! It takes them at least a week to even ship, even though they took the money from my account! What the heck? Phone service is good. Their customer service people suck too, even supposed supervicer. What the heck. Phones bought and paid for in total or payment they have for them should be able to ship within 24 hours for a big company like them. Seems like they have to order it, then ship to the custer!
I purchased a SIM card online and tried to activate the card and it didn't work. I called boost mobile to get a refund and was told that the card they sent me was out dated the reason why it wouldn't work and I couldn't get a refund. So people please beware of boost mobile scheme of stealing your money.
Tip for consumers:
Not sure because I asked all the questions before I purchased the SIM card and they a sured me that my phone was compatible and the SIM card would work in my phone. But it didn't and I was refunded a refund.

I was completely satisfied with VirginMobile until it was purchased by Boost. Boost was acceptable until suddenly I had no service, about a month ago. I thought that maybe it was my old phone that was the problem, so I purchased another from Boost. Boost has been absolutely unable to provide me with basic phone service, although it is not hesitating to charge me for monthly service which includes absolutely no connectivity with anything. Beware, stay away from this company. I would give the company much less that one star for service, it it were possible...
This is about the worker in the Victory Drive store. Kahlise, she is not giving good customer service. She rolls her eyes at you when you come in the store. Answers abruptly. Just cold. And she had company at work. While she ignoring customers
After trying to activate the phone many times thru the internet, then I spend over six to eight hours on the phone trying to activated, after going from one transfer of call to another, all end up in nothing, first I try to keep the same number I had for many years, but because I could find the information of the account I couldn't transfer the number, then I gave up and wanted to accept a new number, on my frustration trying to call, weeks went by and months, now that I try to get a new number they toll me that is been too long and that I can't activate the account and that I lost the $100. Find out spending so many hours on the phone with them that this offer apparently is not event Boost Mobile, they keep on transferring me from one Department to another. At the end, no phone account and no money back. Don't risk your money, there support service is awful, hard to be able to speak to a human being, and most of the time to understand their English.
Tip for consumers:
Don't risk your money!

Made the mistake of giving boost mobile my card information. Can not take my card info off the website so I will have to get a new card so they don't take money off it again. Have not given me a refund. No good reason why the refund shouldn't be given right away. I found no way to remove my card info from the website and my card was charged they are robbing people
I have been using Boost Mobile for years. I have been paying 7 dollars month insuranc for many years ~ which I thought was reasonable. Last week I needed to file a claim which was approved. I sent in my 185.50 deductible to get a coupon for 106 dollars without my deductible being reimbursed because that is what my phone was worth! The insurance is a scam. I have spent 4 hours on phone today between boost ~ the insurance co ~ and my credit card refusing the charge … will be looking for a new carrier now
S*** service with the $#*!tiest customer service wait on hold over a hour to be transferred 5 times from people that. Aren't even in America to be put on hold and f****** hung up on? Are you f****** kidding fix your s***** computer system and hire people in America?wast of time...
They wasted 3 hrs of my day today, 1 hr yesterday and said the reason they can't help me is because I did not complain before my internet was used up. I had not been using my internet so I did not have a complaint. When I tried to use it I was never able to load a page. But it shows I used 5gb in 12 hrs. When I said ok let's address the other 2 phones that you said has not used any data. They will not load a page either. They were unwilling to do anything. Then she said you can always go I to a boost store. When you go into a store for help they tell you they can't help you. You receive internet hotspot that is to slow to load a page and goes through the gb without being able to receive any usable internet.
Trust me, you don't want this company in your life. They started the new app(BoostOne), told me I HAD to log into it, I stupidly believed them. Logged in and magically my debit card information was already submitted before I even created an account. I contacted them, they agreed that it was highly illegal for them to save my personal information like that, asked them to remove it as I don't do autopay, they kept saying they removed it, and that I just needed to refresh my page for it to show that they removed my card. I was waiting for a whole hour and they kept giving me the run-around. I ended up having to put an old card on file that didn't actually work anymore just to remove my actual card information. Do not trust them with your personal information, huge mistake.

Yeah so I ordered my phone 15 days ago and since then I have yet to get my phone turned on I called 4 customer services and they get me half way I guess. Then they hang up on me. I don't not recommend boost mobile at all to anyone who likes good service if it was the crappiest service that you are looking for I recommend boost mobile cause they absolutely suck so bad and are horrible people. I do not wish anyone to get boost cause they are bad phone services and I now curse you boost
They cut their 10.00 dollar a month phone service told me its for the customers that have a new phone for the new 5g legal aid told me i don't haft to get a new phone just because boost Mobile upgraded their system they have to supply the phone civil court Allah
I can't activate, can't log in, can't be helped via telephone, and now there is only a message when I call that says sorry can't help you go to the website. But I can't do anything when I'm in get there. I in can't even cancel. Have had the sims for a month. And they had the nerve to try to charge me yesterday for another month. I think their big push with the sales is just to get as much money as they can before they close. Which basically means trying to steal as much money as they can before they shut down. That ought to equate to jail time if so. Theives and liars at worst and incompetent at best. Run away!
So boost switched all its customers to a new service with no heads up. I can not login in on the boost website said I must sign in else where. Then it asked for a password I don't have nor ever created. Now when I'm trying to change my plan I can't because my phone has been off for not even 24hrs unless I know the password that I never created. Just a nightmare. I have a reboots card for $35 u would think boost would credit me the rest since there new service causing old customers a headache. So here I am 1hr plus dealing with customer service still with no service.
I was a boost customer for years. Loved there service but I moved to somewhere in the country that didn't have good boost service and after the pandemic I fell on hard times and I needed one of my old phones unlocked so I could use a government sim card that I had just received. They wouldnt let me unlock my phone. Something so little a phone that no one is ever gonna use again and they couldn't unlock it so that I could have service in these hard times. If I could give no stars I would. It's disgusting how sick and greedy companies are
I made a payment on my account the day the payment was due which was Saturday. Today I get a message saying my phone is off. I call to see whats going on and if I can atleast get an extension now since can't pay until Wednesday they said no I'll have to call a local store and ask for one. Then I said we'll i can't call my local store can you atleast transfer me since all my calls get forwarded to customer service they said no. I said can I talk to a manager and they said no. Worse service ever they don't care about noone but theirselves.
Just bought a Celero 5g, the store didn't have a case or screen protector for this phone at the time of purchase. The phone looks nice and smooth; and the color is better than that. But my screen is cracked now and no location or service request can fix it. Boost, why sell a phone without a location or replacement parts for such phone. Now I have to buy a new phone and it won't be a Celero. Boost you owe me a phone.
They refuse to give account number in order to change carrier, after they pick up the call and I explained the reason of the call they put me in hold for hours at the time and no one answers. Filed a complaint with BBB and will file another with consumer affairs in the state of New Jersey
I tried the 2 weeks free trial starting at the beginning of the month and paid $6 for the sim. When trial ran out on the 13th I paid in full for the next month. At the end of the month (two weeks after I paid for a full month) the service was disconnected, that's 17 days I received for paying for a full month.
When I contacted them all I could get from the unhelpful agent was that my payment is due at the end of the month even though I had receipts that I had paid in full on the 13th.
Do not use boost mobile. They will offer you a good deal then if you have autopay setup, they will take the money from your credit card when it isn't due.
Tip for consumers:
Be wary of free trial offers.
I tried to change my plan to different phone plan but I've been told by online chat to go to the store and the store told me to do it over the phone so I called them and they said they can't do it over the phone I have to cast online. I was tired and I gave up I tried to change it myself but it doesn't wok
Purchase a prepaid card for Boost Mobile for $80 couldn't read the numbers on the back sent them emails of everything customer service reps only credit me eight dollars and $72 is missing a try to give me 40 to Call it even. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau I recorded their phone calls that's when they hung up on me
My Galaxy 8 plus recently quit working and as a result I bought an A 11 at boost, love it the service is great the phone bigger and clearer. I paid a fraction of the cost I paid for the 8 plus and I am so enamored of this A 11. Thanks boost!
They took my money, and I received nothing but a technical heart ache for the Christmas season.
Thank you heartless Boost mobile
You want proof look in your psychic internet.
I have been a boost customer for years now and always had pretty good service. I started using the Alcatel mobile hotspot that boost has and it was $50 a month for 35G. I am on the ACP so the state pays $30 for the original 12G and I pay $20 for the extra data. Well when they switched and did their "migration" the whole plan changed. Now for $50 I only get 12G of hotspot, but they never informed me of this, I just had to figure it out myself. Since they can't fix the issue I asked for a reimbursement of just the money that I paid for June and July which is when the change started. They have informed me that since I used the 12G that they can't reimburse that money. Keep in mind that they would just be getting the $ right back since I have 2 phone lines with them also.
Tip for consumers:
This "migration" has caused a lot of problems and they don't seem willing to fix them

I recently ordered a phone through the Boost Mobile app. When I called in to get a phone plan they were extremely rude and hung up on me multiple times. So whenever I decided Not to go with their company I wanted to return the phone and they at first said no problem and that I will get a return label by email. When I didn't receive it. I called back they said it would take a week to get to me. So I waited again, then after that I called when I still didn't receive the label, then they said that I wouldn't be able to return the phone because it was pass 7 days. This company is complete crape dont go with them
Tip for consumers:
Boost mobile is the worst phone company out there. They don't care about there clients. They will only lie to you about getting a return intill the time runs out.

I had the BoostUp upgrade plan. I went to order a new phone. The website says to call to order a phone. I call, and it says to go to the website to purchase a phone. It's nearly impossible to get a live agent. When i did, I got all different answers. Difference in cost, the phones I checked on were no longer available, etc. After a couple days of frustration, I switched to Metro, and got a great phone for free.
