I called to activate my phone using a boost card the man who answered was very very helpful. He took his time explaining exactly what he needed and how I could get the information so he could turn on my phone. He remained positive throughout the entire call and even made small talk while waiting for the for the results to go through. 10/10 service someone i want to handle my technical issues in the future.
They do not have the phones they sell in stock to ship out within a good time frame! It takes them at least a week to even ship, even though they took the money from my account! What the heck? Phone service is good. Their customer service people suck too, even supposed supervicer. What the heck. Phones bought and paid for in total or payment they have for them should be able to ship within 24 hours for a big company like them. Seems like they have to order it, then ship to the custer!
I stopped receiving calls after flying across the country. For a month I was talking to customer service to get the issue fixed. After going through the same troubleshooting 6 times, I finally said enough. I told customer service I want to cancel. They canceled alright. Lost my number thay I had for a dozen years and they said I can't even use the rest of the months service I paid for to test. $#*! company.
I been with boost for a few years now. No phone I had since I been with them last more than a year. I ordered a phone and had a expedited shipping to get it in time and I still had to wait almost a week Custermer service is rude hung up on me several times never called back Transferred to the wrong person and was not able to help me. The custermer and phone service is horrible cuts in our I have the most gigabytes they offer and still work when it wants.

I switched my services to them and I went a whole week without service. They kept telling me to give it 24 hours and the services should be activated. After 4 days of no service I contacted them again and all they could say was, "Keep waiting. The services should be on soon." Finally I got fed up and went with another company and got activated within 30 minutes. I took the phone back to Boost and asked for a refund and they wouldn't take the phone back or refund me for a phone they couldn't get to activate. They even tried another phone and it didn't work either. $131 down the drain. Never again will I think about dealing with Boost. They are pure junk. There's no way to talk to management because they know they rip a lot of people off. Lesson learned. Always read reviews.
All the way around the service sucks. After I bought a phone recently the phone stopped working in the speakerphone. Next the internet started not working. But not only that then when I went to go switch my service I could not switch my service they would not unlock my phone. I have been with them for 10 years I purchased three phones1 from them and I believe that there is well there was no damn upgrade that's for sure. So technically and foremost they can suck my big toe. As well as this is a fake $#*! piece of crap service. I remind you do not get boost mobile. You will lose in the end.

I'm really mad because this girl name Daniela she's working at boost mobile in bensenville. Illinois.it's calling my husband almost every day. When I answer the call shes not answer me... I move to a other agency... and she was checking my calls and was turning off my cell. So the point is no respect. We this Cain of idiots working in this places... I we like to talk we how owned this place... I don't like the service's.
Let me just start saying first boost mobile is great company they running of sprint towers and the service is very reliable the pros about boost is the pricing I. Been a customer with them since they started 15 years ago they were saleing the Motorola Roxy phone with the push to talk feature it was running of Nextel towers boost used to have the latest phones but now 15 years later the phones selection is very limited compare to other companies and the only reason I stick with them is only because of they pricing but on the near future if they will not get the latest phones I will have no. Choice but to move to a different service provider
Seems ever since March of 2022 no signal what so ever dropping calls 1 bar signal have to use Wi-Fi at home to get on internet what happens if I need to make an emergency call customer service gives runaround time to get a new cell service not worth 20 dollars a month let alone 50
Apparently, "legal lying" is the thing now with unlimited data. When I asked for a refund I was hung up on twice...when asking for a transfer pin and acct number I had a lady irritatingly asking me a million questions like we were besties and going through scripts that had nothing to do with the info I had asked for!
I signed up with Boost mobile 6 years ago and we had 5 lines with the family plan and when they switched to 5G we replaced my wife's phone. Boost did not give it to us nor did they have any thing to do with tge purchase.We are now switching service because we have almost no service. They have locked my wife's phone and will not release it for 12 months and she has had t h e phone for 3 months. There quoting there policy not to unlock even though they have 0 dollars invested in her phone. They have stolen my wife's phone.Dp not do use Boost.

Stay away from Boost Mobile! I bought a phone from them, paid cash, and they will not unlock my phone saying that I haven't been a customer for 12 months so they can't unlock it! First of all I didn't sign a contract stating that and second of all it's my phone and I can't do what I want with it? For 2 days I've been trying to get it unlocked! But if I go to a Boost store and pay $100 cash then it can be unlocked! Sounds like some shady $#*! to me! Service is horrible and I live up the street from the tower, every call I make is dropped and nobody can figure out the problem! DO NOT become a BOOST MOBILE CUSTOMER ( Victim) I wish I could give 0 stars!
I have been with boost for 4yrs & now I am having such an issue with getting a phone connected on my plan. I have called about this issue for the last 11 days still no result talked to 23 representative they ask the same questions everytime I call and tell me to do the same thing over & over again & nothing works. Still no service on the phone. They say they will call you back & no call for 24hrs to 48hrs. Kept having me get a different phone & tell me it is compatible & giving a runaround. Not good customer service.

Using or speaking to customer service was frustrating. I was on the call for over an hour.
Before the 1st rep, I was on hold for 30 minutes. The 1st rep got my information, then transferred me, which put me on hold for 15 minutes. The 2nd rep answered gave me a little information and transferred me again. I was placed on hold again and no one picked up my call. Over a hour of waiting and nothing was accomplished.
Boost Mobile made me lose my phone number I've had for the last 12 years. They are rude, contradicting and untrained bullies. I called Boost to try activate a Sim and bring over my existing number and was told to call my current provider and disconnect the number first. I thought this sounded wrong but the operator repeated the instruction and confirmed I SHOULD cancel with my current provider first. So I did as l was told and then called Boost back where another operator answered and told me I SHOULDN'T have cancelled my number and they now can't bring it over. I explained that their colleague just told me to do this and was then met with "do you have proof?", "sorry can't do anything now", "that's too bad".
I ordered new service online. $25/month unlimited with annual contract (prepaid). Bought compatible telephone. When received SIM card unable to activate online (their systems were fully down for one month and their sole phone number didn't work). Eventually directed to local Boost Mobile store.
They couldn't activate the phone, claiming the phone doesn't work in their system, the SIM I received from Boost Mobile doesn't work, and the annual plan isn't available, only $50/month available. Thus, they sold me a new phone and signed me up for the more expensive monthly plan. Thus, it costs me a new phone and an extra $300 for annual service.
Then after being informed of their violation of the FTC, four weeks later they refuse to correct their overcharges (still claim eight weeks after their systems were hacked on February 26, they can't activating my original phone and give me a refund.
They are a good candidate for class action suit.

Was told I could not reboost at store with Walgreens re up pin already purchase was given another 1800 or 1888 number to talk to customer care that was diffrentd than on reboost card from wag.if you just need talk text for $67.00 month this plan is for you.

I have never in my has such POOR customer service in my life. I work in Customer Service I would never treat my customers the way I have been treated. I will never refer anyone to you friends/ family and will continue to spread the word on all social media outlets how poorly your "customer service" is!

I've been with boost for 15+ years and loved it up til now. I realized today because I was making my payments early they were changing my payment dates and I wasn't receiving my full months I was paying for. Now my phone will be cut off tomorrow because I don't have my payment til Thursday so I will be finding a new company and I will be letting everyone know what be this is
I bought 2 galaxy 10e phones from boost mobile and they couldn't even activate them bc of no 5G service for this area. Took 2 months to any money back and they made me pay for shipping to get the money back! Dropped them like the calls on their poor service! I wouldn't recommend boost mobile for anyone else. It costed me $30 in shipping fees but I got the $100 back for the wrong phones they sent me. Just glad to be rid of them and their sorry service!

I bought a Boost Mobile Sim and opted to port my phone number over to the new Sim, on their web site it says it's "easy" and takes "4 to 24 hours" to complete, I've currently been waiting 34 days and still no result other than they have ported the number enough that I could no longer use it with the old provider but not enough that I could actually make calls with the new sim and now I am left with a phone that can't text or make calls. Everytime I go to someone for help with this issue they tell me it will take 24 to 48 hours to complete. I'm stuck in a never ending 24 to 48 hour cycle.
I get a different reason for the issue everytime I speak to someone and some of them are outright lies.
I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money and they have refused.
I've never had such bad "service" or more incompetent staff interactions in my life.
DO NOT USE BOOST MOBILE.
They couldn't activate a new number or port an existing number saying that they sent the wrong sim. Then they wouldn't cancel the port in request and my number is stuck with the old carrier in the port out request.

I opened NINE new lines with them and since day one its been nothing but issues. Incompetent agents putting the wrong phone numbers. The same phone number on multiple accounts, their system has locked my phone for a total of 7 days. They had no idea why or how and I haven't been compensated for the time that I wasn't getting service. All of the agents lie. You get a different story from each one. 25+ hours on the phone and they don't care at all about the inconvenience and hassle they cause. Rude and uneducated agents who relish the act of wasting your time and patronizing you. One by one I will be transferring my lines out. I don't care if I have to pay more. My time is more valuable. Also, the service absolutely SUCKS. The data wastes SO inaccurately fast. Never used more than 5gb a month with the other carrier and now 5gb in less than a week. Absolute SCAM.

Why did I go with this rubbish company... I am literally in the middle of brisbane. Just ported my number and from 210mbps on Vodafone I am now getting 2-5mbps on boost... I can't even get someone to answer the phone. 28days I'm porting back to Vodafone. Imagine claiming to be on the awesome telstra network and you get under 5mbps in a major metro. Why did I buy this rubbish really... Stay away from this company... The app doesn't work. Contacting support doesn't work... And you internet will be the same as what it was 20 years ago... So angry!
Just got a new phone with Boostmobile. The mobile data LTE has gotten horrible. My last LG phone had good LTE. My network options got reduced to 2G/3G and I'm getting "no internet" and can't get to sites unless I turn my wifi on. But my wifi has a 15GB data cap and I am blowing thru that quickly. I don't understand why Boost would do this. Care Services is useless telling you to reset network but that blows away wifi password. Thinking of turning this phone back in and going to Verizon
I paid for my plan on the 7th as always. The 9th my phone was off. Then I was told to pay the plan over again or do without a phone for 5 days. I want my refund because next month I'm going to a different company. The people are rude. The company like to steal your money and tell you to deal with it. They are the worse company around.
