I called to activate my phone using a boost card the man who answered was very very helpful. He took his time explaining exactly what he needed and how I could get the information so he could turn on my phone. He remained positive throughout the entire call and even made small talk while waiting for the for the results to go through. 10/10 service someone i want to handle my technical issues in the future.
They do not have the phones they sell in stock to ship out within a good time frame! It takes them at least a week to even ship, even though they took the money from my account! What the heck? Phone service is good. Their customer service people suck too, even supposed supervicer. What the heck. Phones bought and paid for in total or payment they have for them should be able to ship within 24 hours for a big company like them. Seems like they have to order it, then ship to the custer!

On May 27th 2023 I paid my phone bill but rather than taking 1 full payment Boost Mobile took 3 full payments. So I notified Boost and they agreed to refund the 2 extra payments they took admitting it was their mistake. On June 5th 2023 the refund for the 2 extra payments finally showed as pending returns in my checking account. They finally cleared on the 8th of June. On June 15th Boost Mobile suspended my service stating they needed payment, which I clearly already paid. Since the 15th of June I have contacted Boost Mobile customer service every day, sometimes multiple times per day and have been on hold each time while a representative of Boost Mobile who can barely speak English tries to come up with a new excuse for my service suspension. Every phone call I've made I've received a different excuse for the suspension yet all end demanding another payment. My bank statement clearly shows that my bill has been paid yet Boost Mobile constantly has a new excuse and demands another payment. This is the most frustrating thing I have ever been through with phone service. Boost Mobile is absolutely the worst provider out there.

I was with boost mobile for over 15 years with a monthly plan and all of a sudden in the middle of the month they decided to suspend my phone service for no reason they couldn't give me a reason to why they did it except they weren't suspending my service but yet they will release my phone and phone number to a different phone provider wow boost I wanted a refund for the month I paid for and they told me no it's like getting suspended from work your without pay wow boost just stole money from me and shut my service off for no reason PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM BOOST AND GO WITH VERSION THEY HAVE A BETTER PLAN FOR $40 PLUS YOU CAN USE YOUR OWN PHONE AND YOUR OLD PHONE NUMBER TRUST ME VERIZON IS ALOT BETTER

Why EVERYTIME I call boost mobile nobody speaks English or has a clear tone over the phone. It's like they strive on hiring non speaking English idiots!
Boost said their new 5G network with t-mobile will not work on my samsung s10e and for some reason they are not able to unlock it. 14 months later I requested my current to be unlocked from march 9 2023 to now April 8 2023. Each rep would have a different story. It got excalated to their matter specialist depth 4 times. Each time wait 48 to 72 hrs with no progress. The other 4 times never happened (never got excalated). One day one would say, oh your phone is totally unlocked on our end. The next day, oh its still locked and we're really really really sorry. The last one said call samsung and have them unlock it. I called and samsung can't unlock it because it's locked to boost network. Samsung says boost dont want to unlock it because they will lose customers so they lie to their customers. I don't recommend boostmobile to anyone for dishonesty and lies and also scamming their customers. Everyone need to take their business money to any other carrier other than boostmobile. This my last month with this dishonest rip off company.

I was a Virgin Mobile customer for years (aprox 10) when Virgin was farmed out to Boost, apparently now the Dish Network runs Boost. Big mistake, the Dish Network can not supply reliable or even basic 5G service and offer a variety of excuses why it won't work, clouds, mountains, space & time, you name it so I pay for 5G but only use 2G & 3G for any reliable service. I was forced to buy a 5G phone for a service they can not provide. I also have an Unlimited Data plan that usually runs out of data a week before my plan expires so it is limited, even though I pay for Unlimited Data but this not only happened with the Dish Network but with Sprint as well. I miss the original Virgin Mobile and all the service & everything it provided (Way too much to mention) Virgin Mobile was fantastic but I was let down by Sprint & now the Dish Network supposedly having 5G service.
Don't ever order a phone boost infinite online. The software doesn't work as it should. Enter my phone number so I could my number. Then I was going to enter my wife's number but the app moved to fast and no f__king back bottom. Call boost and they told me there was nothing they could do. Then on another call still trying to resolve phone number issue, then a … helper told me if we paid off my wife's new phone we could easily exchange phone number. LIE, LIE,LIE! I tried going boost mobile and that was like working chimpanzees. Agents KNOW NOTHING and DO NOTHING. They don't sh_t. I decided to go back to Verizon and they are in the process of switching back. It kind of suck when you call for customer service and they lie, change their stories and totally, TOTALLY incompetent, rude and might well stupid looking. I don't think boost (Bust Infinite). The worst is they lying, uninformed and unprofessional. I would buy nickel candy from BUST INFINITE. BE WARNED, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOOLS.

I switched back to Verizon and because long time customer they gave me perf a BETTER THAN BOOST INFINITE.
Back in November 2021 I tried to pay my bill with the automated system and it said It didn't go through the first two times so I hung up and called back and It went through this time. After a few days I I checked my account and it showed that the boost payment actually went through two times. Once I realize that it actually went through I disputed one of the charges And got one of the charges back. Now here comes January 2022 and they decide to cut my services off for November towards the end of the month right before February bill wait, Let me rephrase that! Af ter the 60 days was up for me to dispute the other charge my services off stating that they did not get a payment in November. So I called them and told them that I had my bank stating which shows that it was paid twice and I got reimbursed for one of the payments. Lady wasn't comprehending so I went into the store the store told me I was supposed to call customer service which already had did. So after leaving the store I called them back they're still stating they only see one payment which was reversed in January which was a lie because the dispute was done completely in November. But anyways I offered to upload my bank statement somehow to prove that he got taken out twice and I only disputed the one I was basically told I would have to re-pay it and that it doesn't matter if I had a big statement it didn't show on there and that I paid it. So I ask what am I supposed to do to get my money back dispute the other $91 charge? She responded yes and pay the $91, as I was still talking she told me goodbye and hung up in my face.

At the star of memorial day weekend I lost phone service on 2 lines. After about 1 day I called customer service who spent over 1 hour troubleshooting before they determined that my lines, that were paid in full for the next 2 months, had "expired". They said they submitted a request to have them restarted and I should have service back within 72 hours! And if they aren't restarted to just call them back. WHAT? Communication, Navigation, 911, General info, entertainment, 3rd part authentication all gone over the holiday weekend? After 2 days and still no service I called back to try to get an answer why. I was on the phone another 2 hours going through all the same troubleshooting steps and waiting on hold for a supervisor who was just as useless. Nobody can tell me anything other than you have to wait to get your service back. If nobody knows why it happened, will it happen again?
Other than this problem it took hours on the phone to get my Access Point Name sorted out when I first got my phone. And another time I got notification that my plan was being canceled because I didn't pay EVEN THOUGH I WAS ON AUTOPAY.
When it works the coverage is decent and the price is cheap but AVOID like the plague.
Boost Mobile is by far the jankiest mobile carrier thus far they offer you a janky boost one app that never works proper they offer you a $200 gift card when you sign up make your first three payments on time but all of a sudden when it comes to your last payment the app crashes and you can't make a payment so they want you to go into the store to make the payment on time I was in a car accident bedridden hit by a semi truck couldn't get to the store but tried repeatedly to make the payment on time through the app but to no avail so I will be leaving boost Mobile with sir janky app and their janky service if I can leave zero Stars I would
