I called to activate my phone using a boost card the man who answered was very very helpful. He took his time explaining exactly what he needed and how I could get the information so he could turn on my phone. He remained positive throughout the entire call and even made small talk while waiting for the for the results to go through. 10/10 service someone i want to handle my technical issues in the future.
They do not have the phones they sell in stock to ship out within a good time frame! It takes them at least a week to even ship, even though they took the money from my account! What the heck? Phone service is good. Their customer service people suck too, even supposed supervicer. What the heck. Phones bought and paid for in total or payment they have for them should be able to ship within 24 hours for a big company like them. Seems like they have to order it, then ship to the custer!
I was told by boost that I will be able to get a free phone, I got an email and a text about the free phone I went to 7 diffirent stores in my area and beyond wasting time and money and gas none of the stores would grant me the phone and I called and some woman said for the problems you are having I will send you the phone, but never got it, called customer service and explained the problem and they do not care it was a store issue not their problem. I am shopping for another cell service company
They throttle your data down super slow it was a good company before dish wireless took over I used to be able to game with Xbox but not since it was bought out

Boost suspended my account without warning for a chargeback and they double charged me in the first place. Paid the $35 charge back the same day they suspended my account and have yet to have my account restored after speaking with multiple agents who told me my account would be restored within 24 hrs. It is now going on the 3rd day and I have yet to have my service restored
I bought a LG stylo 6 from boost mobile less then 3 months ago. The phone drop calls. I talk to someone for over 3 hrs. Trying to get a resolution. The phone was tested numerous time. They finally said i need to call LG. I will probably have to send the phone in for about 2 wks. I ask is someone going to give me a loaner phone during the time i don't have my phone? Bottom line i need to ask LG. I've been with boost mobile for awhile. I never missed a payment. This is how they treat their loyal client. I will never buy another phone from them again.
I had Covid and needed an extension for 3 days they wouldn't give it to me. Then I got a new job and my first paycheck was 1 day after my bill I asked for an extension they still wouldn't give me so im done with Boost.

I paid $50 to Boost for the next month of service (auto withdrawal...been paying for years). I originally had Virgin Mobile but was switched to Boost when they sold. I switched to Mint a couple of days after paying Boost but, up to that time, had never called them. I didn't have a a PIN so after many calls they gave me my PIN so the transfer to Mint could be processed. I was told I would be refunded for the time not used after the switch. Two months later and still no refund. I called them and was told I need a PIN (which I can't remember) and there was nothing they could do without the PIN. I didn't have a problem with the service but I'm furious that they couldn't find my PIN again and just blew me off.
I pay for unlimited data and still data slow guess it's time to change services again if this problem is not corrected by my next billi g date... I will go to metro and the name is Wilfredo and this ain't the first time this is the reason I left for 7 years
The phones we purchased are not working properly and the internet takes very long and Valerie wants us to pay more to exchange phones when the phones she gave us werent working correctly. I will never ever recommend anyone to Boost. Waiting foe month to be ovee sp wecan switch back to previous carrier.
I have been with Boost Mobile for 15 years they started out real good now they're horrible run away from boost their customer service is horrible their cell phones are horrible and I put up with this aggravation for about 3 years now so I'm the one that's the fool continuously one problem after another I'm just one of those people that don't like jumping around to different companies. I was hoping the service would improve but no. And now I get the new A21 2 weeks back and its worse than my already suck $#*! A20. My kids cheap cool pad phones work better than the expensive boost mobile phones. Boost is dying and it shows by the service they provide. The best phone that worked and kept me with boost was the J7 and J7perx. If they still had that one I would take a chance but I'm soooooooooooooo done with boost.

Do not ever go through Boost Mobile their service is horrible you get no service anywhere in town and when you try and switch companies you're not allowed to bring your phone unless you've been with Boost Mobile for a year

Before this new system with boostmobil started all u had to look forward to dealing with boostmobil was that you can still get incoming calls when your phone went off. Now that they stopped that the full service is TERRIBLE I think boostmobil is worst then Cricket wireless an Metro pcs. Boostmobil has became the worst phone service ever an they should be discontinued an put out of business they whole company itself is terrible.
If you are due each month on the 18th, "Boost" will shut you off on the 17th. They will send you reminder txt's that your payment is due on the 18th, but will turn your service off a day before. When you call 611 customer care, They state that they cannot fix the system. When you ask for a manager or supervisor, they say they cannot find one. When you have receipts and txt's that prove you are due on the 18th they still won't acknowledge it fix the problem on their end. The worst infrastructure and service on the planet. Boost is fired.

I called and talked to a representative, I told her I wanted the 15$ a month plan for 3 lines. She guided me to go buy SIM cards from a field store and to call back to activate them. I did that and called back, the new representative said i shouldnt have done that and was misguided. I went to return the SIM cards which i bought for 50$ and the store has a no return policy which i understand. I tried calling customer support and they were not able to help me.
So in summary i was misguided to pay an extra 50$ for two sim cards which i didnt need and was not able to refund.

I called to get my account number they start offering me free deals when I turn them down after 2 years of being on Boost and never doing automatic payment somebody at the corporate office signed me up for automatic payment and took the money out of my account then when I called and complained they put the money back on my card and then immediately took it out again for automatic payment this is the worst company I've dealt with in years
All I can say is I'm done with this company customer service sucks real bad and now a data cap really I never got any kind of warning and I'm a over the road truck driver. I've paid my last bill with this company I'm out so warning to anyone considering signing up for boost/sprint/dish DON'T!
Boostmobile is the worst cell service. The sent us an email congradularing us on the upgrade they gave us then they had the nerve to suspend service for the $3 cost of they upgrade we didn't ask for.
In the end, I had to change my payment options because I couldn't find a "terminate my account" option. It was almost impossible to speak to an actual person when I called Boost, and when I did, his connection was terrible and his accent was hard to understand.

I switched to boost with my husband on a family plan could not get a refund because we still "used" our phone.We were unable to make call or texts and we contacted boost MULTIPLE times and NOONE was able to fix the issue. We payed our bill to renew our service but decided that enough was enough so we wanted to change our plans a few days after our PAYED service. No calls or texts and HORRIBLE cell service. Do not recommend in the slightest to get boost for a phone plan. How can you not get your money back? We had our phones on and even our wifi could not support the horrible service boost had to offer.
Bought a phone through boostmobile.com. They sent me a phone that I couldn't connect bc another number was attached and wouldn't refund me! Then I switched to Verizon and before I could port my number they cancelled my account even though I was paid for another month. So I lost my number that I've had for over 10 years! Don't be scammed by this untrustworthy unethical company!

First off my bill is not due till Nov 4th I have been using boost one app on Oct 19 I used boost coin to pay bill early they went into my credit card account and took another monthly payment THINKING OF PRESSING CHARGES
Boost mobile locked my phone with no reason, I payed the phone in full I didn't own no money to them they told me they unlocked the phone but the phone stil in locked. I didn't signed any turm conditions they think i signed 3 years contract? No no
Because i left them, They are trying to Freeze me up. Don't trust them even there service is very poor! They are laying to the consumer!

The phone coverage is spotty at best, almost no service outside my city! Any traveling? Forget it! No service! Also I purchased a brand new galaxy phone, paid cash for it. Ten months later I switched to at&t. Boost mobile refused to unlock my phone to take with me! A device I paid cash in full for! And they were over charging me for the services I received. I will never reccomend this rip off company to anyone! GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I WOULD RATHER USE TRAC PHONE!
