I called to activate my phone using a boost card the man who answered was very very helpful. He took his time explaining exactly what he needed and how I could get the information so he could turn on my phone. He remained positive throughout the entire call and even made small talk while waiting for the for the results to go through. 10/10 service someone i want to handle my technical issues in the future.
They do not have the phones they sell in stock to ship out within a good time frame! It takes them at least a week to even ship, even though they took the money from my account! What the heck? Phone service is good. Their customer service people suck too, even supposed supervicer. What the heck. Phones bought and paid for in total or payment they have for them should be able to ship within 24 hours for a big company like them. Seems like they have to order it, then ship to the custer!
So bad! So So so bad! Now. They say they are working to restore their customer service number! Hahahahaha
Please...drop Boost today!
Boost has gone to the $#*! worse service ever since they changed carriers don't buy a phone youll regret it
Can't text internatiinal message blocking is active. Might as well call it dish now not boost mobile
Tip for consumers:
Boost Mobile offers nice monthly service plans, but since dish is now a part of this service company the service is not how it use to be. Since i first started using boost mobile in april of 2014 the service was really great. Unlimited web data was really unlimited not 35GB. And to text international with your plan was great too. Now it's very difficult to do that after you add $10 IC to your monthly plan. Glad i'm switching to another service carrier after this month. Don't want dish service he

Was changing to Boost Mobile from a crappy competitor BUT both are horrendous!
Wanted to purchase the new LG Stylo 6 and Boost offered coupons and a discount BUT.
When it came to the final transaction AKA payment Boost MObile sent instant notification that an error occurred because my credit card company rejected the transaction BUT I should try another credit card.
I did and same error occurred on the second credit card.
I contacted both credit card companies and one card company has no record of any transaction and the FIRST credit card used showed an approved transaction.
I contacted Boost Mobile and learned The Notification was FAKE. Boost Mobile cancelled the sale (supposedly) was told it takes 3 to 5 days for a credit card transaction occur but both credit card companies diisagreed with that statement.
Boost Mobie rejected the Memorial 2020 20% discount so that was the cancellation.
After to talking with four people at Boost Mobile, the old run you ragged with transfer routine, something is wrong with the internal sale plan or Boost Mobile wants to keep that 20% on this smartphone!
I would file complaints and still might BUT to continue business with Boost Mobile would be insane!
IM NOT LIKING THIS SEVICE NOMORE YALL ARE VERY RUDE TO LOYAL CUSTOMER IVE BEEN WITH BOOST MOBILE ABOUT 10 to 20 years and NOW YALL SERVICES ARE Terrible and I hate here
Went to boost mobile in christiansburg va and Ankur was early to open the store and very helpful in taking care of us. great experience
Since boost decided to force all of us to use the Boost one app to pay our bills I haven't been able to pay it. Nothing on that stupid app works. Went to a local Boost Mobile store to try to pay the bill. Store was closed when it should have been open. A misspelled handwritten sign was taped to the window, a bug-eyed man peeked out the door and finally unlocked it. He stood at the counter twitching and shaking and sweating. Clearly we interrupted him back there sucking on his meth pipe. He was nasty and sarcastic, accused me of using the wrong app, told me I was on a different plan and shouldn't have been using it. Then he told me I was hacked. Then he started yelling. And cussing. Ran to the corner of the store sucking his thumb and flipping us the bird repeatedly. I finally gave up and left the store. He followed us out the door cussing and screaming some more. Went back inside. Then came back out cussing and screaming again. Then he locked the door and turned off the lights of the store. Because of this we had to drive an hour to the next Boost Mobile store to pay my bill, which took only 10 minutes to pay. I was NOT hacked. This man does not belong working anywhere with the public, let alone running a store where he has access to people's sensitive information. The store is located in Bedford, Pennsylvania. That man needs to be gone! Between the horrible app that we are forced to use and that insane thing running the store, my 15 years with Boost Mobile are coming to an end. Boost offers no way to talk to an actual representative of the company or to email them. Any customer service calls are farmed out to people who barely speak English. Purposely no way to contact anyone in actual charge. Never had any problems with this company...until now.
I purchased a celero g+ phone, online, I was already a customer for 5 years, the phone never arrived and I even placed a complaint with BBB, still haven't received my money back, they are theives!
I will just write what happened and you can make your own decisions about whether or not you want to enter into any agreements with this company. They have the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Frankly, that's embarrassing for a company this size.
My father and I walked into a store to switch our plans from T-mobile (another crappy company) to Boost Mobile as new customers. I asked about the plans. She offered two lines unlimted TTD for $80. My dad is 86 and isn't going to pay $40 for a line when he doesn't text or stream. He just uses the phone. He doesn't even listen to voicemails. She offered me a $50 unlimited TTD line and him a $15 limited line. After activating our phones with new SIM cards ($70) she told us to go home and download the Boost App. A half an hour later, we got home and downloaded the app. An ad popped up for a $25 unlimited TTD line FOR NEW CUSTOMERS. I called the store and they said we weren't new customers anymore because we activated the lines at the store. I said that's because the plan wasn't offered. They said there's nothing we can do because we're not new customers! I called Boost support on the phone and have spoken with multiple agents and "resolution managers" and "supervisers" and wasted HOURS of my life doing so. Bottom line, no one has the authority to fix THEIR mistake. It's a case of sorry about my luck. If a company cannot fix their mistakes (or are unwilling to do so), do you really want to do business with them?!?!?!?! Basically, Boost Mobile screwed us. The girl at the store said she's pretty sure she offered the plan...like I'm going to say $25? Nah, I'd rather pay $50 for the same service. (not to mention the $25 plan also waives the $70 SIM card and activation fees!) I'm not attaching proof of purchase because of my credit card.
Tip for consumers:
Just beware aware that customer service is basically non existent if you choose this as your phone service. Can you live with that?

I purchased two Samsung a23 5G cell phones, when I received them they did not have SIM cards so I decided to return them, they gave me an RA number that I posted on the box that the phones came in, I had to pay for shipping back via UPS, so after waiting for the package to return to the Boost Mobile return processing center, I was refunded for one phone, after calling many times I was told that because there was only one RA number that's why I only got a refund for one phone, I asked them did they receive both phones and I was assured that yes both phones were received and that I would have to wait 14 business days for them to process the second phone, so I did wait and when I finally called back I was told that the second phone wasn't received, I told them they were both in the same box and that on the tracking information you could see where an actual person signed for the Box, so anyone who has dealt with Boost Mobile customer service knows they're full of s*** so I basically have been a victim of Boost Mobile thievery... it seems to me that they have their company set up so that no one is accountable, do not use boost mobile.

Aug 2,2020 I tried to upgrade my phone using my boostup rewards. And when I checked on August 3, my order had been cancelled without notifying me that it was cancelled because my mailing address didn't match my credit card address so I had them updated my mailing address and had them reprocess the order the second time, and I was told that I would be receiving an email with a link to e-sign and finalized my contract. August 5th I received the email but when I clicked on the link it couldn't find the page, so i call boost again and spiked to a rep, btw I could barely understand the rep because they was from another country also all I could hear on the background was dogs barking and a baby. The rep told me that he would reset the link and send it to me again but it could take 24hrs for me to receive the email well when I received the email same thing the could not be found. So I call again this time the rep told me I could go on my boost account and do the e sign, so I did that and after I have done that I called boost to make sure everything is good to go and the rep assured me that all is good and that I would be getting the phone via regular shipping, after I got off the phone I logged on to my boost account to check order status and it was cancelled oh I spent over 3 hours one day calling boost. So on August 8 I had to reprocess the order again and since I couldnt check status I called and the rep gave me 100% assurance that all is good and that my phone will be shipped. So could the next morning and they have told me that it had been cancelled, and they don't know why. I have checked with my credit card company and everything was good on their end. So, I'm giving up on boost and going with another carrier. The reps are incompetent and liars. Dont go with boost! Oh I wanted to give 0 star.
Easily the most DISHONEST Cell Phone Business in Existence. When DISH bought out Boost Mobile, they raped the customer.

We were Virgin Mobile customers and got sold to Boost. We needed to upgrade our phones, so went on line to Boost Mobile site and clicked on the phone that retailed for $700, BUT WAS ADVERTISED FOR HALF PRICE. Our card got charged for the full $700 retail price.
They did a bait and switch on pricing. Long story short, we called their customer service line and got some guy in the Philippines. We presented the problem, he offered no solution and tried to tell us that we should have known better (really?), and then denied us when we asked to speak to his supervisor. Apparently, he hired himself, I guess?
After this useless conversation in which we did get heated, but never got ugly, suddenly my husband's phone number got changed to a new number. That happened within hours of our conversation. Gee - I wonder who could have done that?
When we called BOOST mobile back... again... regarding his phone number switch, the next Philippino person told us that their records say that my husband requested the number change. No. He did NOT. They switched it back, fortunately. We left BOOST mobile about 3 days after the first useless conversation.
Well, round two ensued.
Our Boost cell charges were auto payments on our credit card. So that means BOOST mobile had access to our credit card... which means that first little Philippino putz had access, too. I woke up today to fraudulent pending charges on our card. Fortunately, they were PENDING, not actual. Three large amounts all from businesses we do not recognize and we did not utilize.
We called our credit card company - USAA - and got a very nice woman in LOUISIANA! Their call center is USA based. Woohoo!
Charges flagged and reported as fraudulent, we are not liable, cards cancelled, and new ones issued. Done.
Thankfully, we do not do much auto charges in our budget, so I only have to make a couple of calls and no problems. So the Philippino putz thought he'd mess with us, but he really didn't. We aren't affected except for a few minutes here and there. But he ensured I would spend time today writing honest reviews and sharing our experiences with others so they don't use Boost.
Moral of the story? NEVER USE BOOST MOBILE!
Tip for consumers:
Do your homework - read reviews like this one. I don't like to slam businesses, but when they're this grossly horrible, I have to let others know. Use any other cell service. Do NOT use Boost!

You guys are the worst company ever I have been calling to fix my problem why I can't text every on my contacts they said they have to verify my information which they did and then they said we have to do a troubleshooting which they did and then they said okay try now it did not work they said we're going to ask you later to the IT department the IT department respond was the tower in your area having a problem it will be fixed within 24 to 72 hr.
After 3 days I traveled to Wisconsin which is 4 hr far from my house ( where the bad Tower is bas) full of BS. Still not working I called back still they have to take you to verification process I told them the story that even in Wisconsin I couldn't text they asked me to provide the address where I was so they can check the tower (B.S) I told the representative I will not provide you with my mom address, she said ok let's do troubleshooting allover again.
When I go today again they have to go through verification troubleshooting don't forget every time I call I have to spend hour and 15 minutes minimum after the troubleshooting did not work and then they told me oh you need to change your phone because Motorola company having problem with messages which is not true because my brother he has much roller and he's using different phone provider and still working so when I say you guys are the worst phone company I mean what I say and if I have zero I would have put zero for you but unfortunately there is no zero I have five lines with you guys each line I'm going to give you one review I'm going to give you a score one so hopefully it will get worse than what you guys are now I'm going to bring it down to one maybe one star this is all BS.
I have been with Boost Mobile for 20 years and I got me a new LG k51 phone from boost mobile.com I love the phone but I hate the services from Boost Mobile I pay $50 a month for unlimited data talk and text when I paid my bill October 2nd 2020 12 Days Later I have no data they take all of my data away and I pay for unlimited data talk and text when you reach ******* megabytes reduce your speed to 0 so I have no data for three weeks until I get my disability check on November 3rd so every month when you pay your bill you're thinking that you're getting unlimited data you're not they will reduce your speed of data to zero that means you can't get into your Gmail account your bank account or any other apps that you have on your phone until you pay your next bill to get your data back for another 12 days and then they reduce your speed to 0 I recommend that nobody gets Boost Mobile if you are like me you watch movies on your phone listen to music on your phone you can't get into your Gmail account your bank account and other apps i am going with t mobile next month november 3rd 2020 i have been fighting with boost mobile customer service they are hopeless
Actually there should be 0 on the customer review rating. Uncaring company most of the agents i spoke to made an effort to help but the BOOST MOBILE process failed completely. There is a 10 day limit on purchases. The last date I had to return items was October 9. I called Boost on October 1, 2, 3, 6 and 10th. Asking for refunds on 3rd and 6th on a phone and a payment plan. I had tried to port a number from another cell company but BOOST MOBILE was unable to do the port. I asked for a refund on the 3rd, and the 6th and was told that every thing had been done and was being processed. But nothing had been processed. After calling on the 10 I found out the 10 days on returns was up as of the 9th. After explaining why my phone ($200) had not been returned and asked for a refund on the payment plan ($40) the BOOST MOBILE supervisor simply said no. So BOOST MOBILE did not send me any info on how to return the phone - as I was told would be done. This company realy doesn't care about customers. DON'T USE THIS BOOST MOBILE. Just to add I have filed a complaint with the FTC. And I will follow up with a compaint with Public Service Commission and Attorney General of Georgia.

Stay away from BOOST MOBILE.

I have been a customer since 2010 ( 10 years). Horrible customer service going through T mobile...
Boost is the worst phone company ever even worst then cricket and that is saying a lot.
They do things like change your number without your authorization.
All they do is constantly apologize for basically nothing, cuz they never fix anything or do anything to solve the problem.
You always have dropped calls or never get your calls or if you do get them you get them hours later or days later.
I had my previous number for about 6 years they took it upon themselves to go ahead and change my number without even asking me or me authorizing it.
Which in turn cause problems with me being locked out of my Microsoft I had to change my number with all my doctors.
They don't really seem to care about their customers at all any sense of the matter. They figure why should they there's always somebody right behind us dummies that will fall for the same BS. Then they pose to give you the best deal which is really not a deal they're actually ripping you off for service you really don't get, if anybody out there is interested in doing something about this horrible company we did some research. Morgan & Morgan is one of the attorneys that handles what we call cell phone fraud, because that's actually what they're doing is ripping their customers off for a horrible service that they so proudly stand behind. I used to be a customer of cricket and thought they were horrible they are actually probably 100% better than boost could ever be not that I would ever go back to them but just saying. They also have my address wrong I'm 57 years old they had my birthday as July 16th the 2002, which would make me approximately 20 which would be nice and all but that just goes to show you how they do business. I would not recommend this phone company in any way shape or form. No wonder they have a no wonder they have a star rating of 1.38 I can see why. We have since then changed carriers I do not plan on paying this company not one cent not one penny. Which they actually did shut my phone off one minute after midnight goes to show you where their minds are, they're quick to want their money but they are horrible at giving your money back so again if anybody would like to speak with an attorney that handles this type of situation remember Morgan and Morgan.
These pictures are what I'm posting of what they said my number did not exist it will show my birthday that they said I was born and so forth.
Pay attention!Boost mobile suspended my service, but they refused to refund my money back!
DO NOT DO IT. I strongly suggest you avoid using BOOST MOBILE or DISH NETWORK (one in the same now) at all costs. Here's why:
For almost a year of having BOOST, the brand new phone I got from them dropped phone calls and texts from the very beginning. BOOST never was able to fix that problem, and didn't offer any other suggestions.
Recently, without any prior warning, BOOST started switching/updating their network, and I didn't have any cell phone service at all for almost a week. I missed a job phone interview because of that, and I couldn't get ahold of any customer service to help restore my service, (they have limited hours, and limited reps). Once I did get c.s. On the line, all I got were apologies that my phone service wasn't on, but they had no idea when it would be! I was given four very different excuses, including they were hacked... so just excuses, lies, and more excuses.
Over a month ago, BOOST changed my plan from a family plan to a solo plan, and started charging me more, without any consent or notice. They said it was a system glitch, but they never fixed it. The other person on my family plan also got switched to a solo account and started getting charged more, and they never fixed that either. We decided to switch to a new phone carrier this week after many calls to customer service and a trip to a BOOST store. They denied us our pin #s and even tried hiding our account numbers from us. BOOST also locks all of their phones, so you have to buy a new one if you ever leave their service (that is so wasteful and unethical).
Oftentimes, there is no customer service to get ahold of either, and IF you catch them, they are trained to repeat that you have to go into a store to get any of your information or get help with an issue. Guess what, the store can't help you either, and it's probably "your fault that your phone is down". BOOST used to be great, but they are absolutely the worst now, and they are no longer inexpensive. DO NOT BUY INTO BOOST OR DISH
Very very very poor internet connection. I'm exhausted calling them to resolve this issue. DON'T GO WITH BOOST MOBILE.
Well I've used boost mobile for the past 8 years… I moved to a new place to live in September 2022. This is shortly after they switched to T mobile towers. There was no service at my new place… I was currently paying on an I phone with my boost mobile plan as well. I was halfway done with the payments. I wanted to bundle my phone service with my cable company spectrum, at least for better service at the new home. So I called boost and ask them could I take my phone with me. They said yes ok that I would have to pay out my iPhone balance witch was $315 dollars. So I go into our savings for the money( at very least for better phone service) and I pay the phone out for a total of about $650 for the iPhone. So I go into Spectrum store expecting my phone that I completely paid for to be unlocked and ready to move with me to whatever phone company of my choice which is spectrum. (At least for better service) which is my phone and my choice either way). Spectrum tells me that my phone is still locked. I called boost mobile and tell them that my phone is paid for but you have not unlocked it. I can tell right away that the lady was waiting on my call as if there were notes on my account already of my intentions. Because she was immediately saying hold on let me check to see if you eligible to be unlocked. I told her that when I called the other day they said to just pay the phone out to be unlocked. She kept talking over me saying "let me see if your eligible" I say " why wouldn't I be"? I bought the phone. She was rude and it sounded like she was playing a joke on me by saying hold on let me get a manager to help you. Sounds like she was laughing at me. I'd wait while the music played for 5 min and she'd get back on the phone saying please wait in a sarcastic tone as if it was funny. This went on for about 25 minutes. I'm humiliated in the spectrum store of about 20 people waiting in line. I had just paid that money to boost mobile thinking that my phone would be unlocked and I could switch to spectrum to bundle and have service at my home and boost just took my money and laughed and I seriously couldn't use them anymore. So this is awful. Be careful if you're buying a phone from them because they switched up on me real fast by coming up or telling me after I made the full payment that I had to wait a year before I could take my phone away from their service.
Tip for consumers:
Check out their service towers because I know they use T-Mobile and it’s not the best service. I know from experience as a trucker…so be careful as well if you sign up for one of their device installments.
