I called to activate my phone using a boost card the man who answered was very very helpful. He took his time explaining exactly what he needed and how I could get the information so he could turn on my phone. He remained positive throughout the entire call and even made small talk while waiting for the for the results to go through. 10/10 service someone i want to handle my technical issues in the future.
They do not have the phones they sell in stock to ship out within a good time frame! It takes them at least a week to even ship, even though they took the money from my account! What the heck? Phone service is good. Their customer service people suck too, even supposed supervicer. What the heck. Phones bought and paid for in total or payment they have for them should be able to ship within 24 hours for a big company like them. Seems like they have to order it, then ship to the custer!
Made a payment of $30 on Dec 1st at 1:14 am said never received but was confirmed as completed. They disconnected my service went to store in Roxborough Pa where bought phone the girl told me can't help call 611 then called their service reps said oh will be reinstated in 24-72 hr.s and then claimed I owed $58.00 they are the worst carrier and now I have the BBB involved so they can deal with their fly by Night bull$#*! they were down for 2 months awhile back and couldn't access any of my information.I wouldn't ever go back to them again they suck and all their reps are programmed to do is say oh I'm so sorry you are having this problem. That's all they understand to say.
I've been with Boost Mobile for almost a year now and I've come to realize that they suck on all levels like I never have service in my on home it's ridiculous especially and I pay my bill way before it's due every month…. I had to find a phone to switch my services to when my phone was not working even with me having insurance because they wanted me to come out my pocket for ridiculous amounts of money…. Yes I mean my phone bill low but other than that boost Mobile service is horrible and you can't even talk to an American that speak actual English when calling customer service…. They have no discounts all their stores are ghetto and have rude $#*! workers just over it at this point
I rarely have service and am never able to call out, send texts, or really even use my phone. They lock your phone and make you stay on their service for 12 month even though you've paid for your phone outright. I have now been with them for 12 months all phones are paid off and have been waiting 4 days for the phone to be unlocked so that I can switch to a service where I can actually make a phone call. If you're considering getting boost service run away as fast as you can. Service is absolute trash. By the way, if you need to get through to customer service you need to choose 5 for more options, 0 for customer service, 3 for technical support, and 3 again to speak with an agent. That is the only way to get through, any other options lead you back to the main menu and there is no way to reach a live rep. It's pretty bad when you have to trick the system to speak with someone about your terrible service. I gave one star because I had to, my honest rating would be 0.
Why is it so hard to make a payment with Boost Mobile? Their Boost App is garbage and doesn't work, the codes that they text to you show up a half hour later, and by then they're no longer valid. Seriously, this company is a joke. I only chose it for the price and now, Mint Mobile is cheaper so I'm dumping Boost. Good riddance to bad trash.
Before switching to Boost Mobile I checked their coverage map and it said that the service would be excellent where I'm located. It is Terrible! And the phone I purchased through them is not available for data roaming... which I didn't find out till I spoke with a representative regarding my data issue. So now I either have to sell the phone and start fresh or keep Boost for 12 months in order for the phone to be unlocked.
All this company is good for is overcharging for Sim cards, canceling your service, and siphoning as much money as they can with the least amount of effort. The customer service is terrible and you're stuck talking to a robot for 100% of the call which never resolves any issues that are more than making more payments. I seriously do not know how this company is still open given such a terrible track record of customer service.
This company is the worst cell phone internet company I have ever dealt with in my life I paid for additional data that I never received was told every day that it would be another 24 hours without the data for them to put it on my account,they never did. Then was told that it would take another 72 hours to get a refund for the money that I paid for the extra data that I never received. The customer service is horrible The people you speak to care less what the issues you are having All they do is type in chat that it will be fixed within 24 hours over and over and over. Run from this company do not think about using this company if you want anything reputable to happen! Just a bunch of crooks!

I was with virgin mobile and was moved to boost without any choice. Suddenly I am paying way more often than I was before for both phones. Turns out they were charging me for a LOT of texts that I didn't send. They did not offer me any solution for this issue. Granted, it may have been someone using my number, but it is a really strange coincidence that both of my phone numbers were suddenly stolen. They didn't even offer to change my number, they just offered to sell me a MUCH more expensive plan. I dumped them.
My main line was credited 50 because of a promo boost is offering when u port 2 numbers over I pay 30 for one line but the main line is free they lied telling me my bank reversed it clearly the did not reverse anything i paid 160.00 but my bank reversed 1.50 ×2 clearly boost is lying I will definitely be leaving boost next month I've only been with boost a month worst choice I've made was coming back to boost
Been w Boost for 3 years now, everything was golden until Boost got new ownership. Now everything is literal $#*!. Literal. Cut my service off a week before plan is due, and yet they can't seem to do nothing about it. This is not the first time that happened since the new ownership. Boost use to be Gr8, now I cannot recommend them, and I won't. Disappointing, inconvenient, annoying server that loves to cut your service off a week early before it actually due. I would never use again. Do better.

I've had Boost Mobile Service for many years. My login required a Pin Code (4-digit). Now I'm required to have an 8-character password. I was never notified of the change, provided a mechanism to change over, so now I can't login to change the password. I tried the store employee and she knew nothing, even about Phones. I tried the website for customer service, and got a chat with artificial non-intelligence. So I called customer support for answers but got none. I'm leaving gone from Boost. James Crawford. I have been loyal customer for over 3 years never late on payments. I called several times to schedule an automatic withdrawal for 1 week later due to car issues I had to pay for. I spoke to several people who said it's not possible. The agents did not seem to know what they were saying. I ask to speak to a supervisor and he said they don't do extensions. Every company has extensions due to life unexpected issues. They were rude unprofessional and uncaring of my unexpected car issue. I will be looking for a different provider

This company is terrible and when you call to try and get help they are rude and unprofessional i asked for a supervisor to help me the guy started playing on the phone. They over charged me and can't tell me what it's for im recording my call with them now
Was with Boost 10 years. They sold and changed their towers (supposedly building new ones}. I lost service as did most of area. They told me I needed to buy a new phone and I did. Still no reception. Then they told me about the change that caused the problem with no relief in sight for months. I had to go to a different carrier. The new company could not use the new phone I just purchased because Boost puts a lock on their phones for 1 year. Boost will not remove the lock. I am going to take them to small claims court. Their customer support is non-existent.
Me and my girlfriend overpaid $480 they say sorry that somebody lied to you but you have no insurance that you paid for So We're giving away another 300 today or something Service does work good as long as you don't mind being raped
I had to get a new phone, I went to the store in Bedford Ohio, This guy was super awesome. Besides great customer service. He really knows what he's doing. My family convinced me to get a IPhone which I did He put all my information from my android on my new iphone. I mean he was really good. They also have a lot of phones to choose from,I would totally recommend them
I have been with boost mobile over 10 years and this the first time I ever got this piss off and this frustrated. I don't know what is going on with this new system mess they doing but, it's going to cause them to loss a lot of customers and I'm and one. They system been down for two days now I can't even pay my bill. It's ridiculous and I'm over it I gave them 10 years I'm done with boost Mobile.
Been over 12 days without any signal bars. I've called every day and still don't know what's going on. Customer service has put me on hold for over an hour. I had to disconnect since no one was there to help. I'm changing phone service. I've been with boost for years and this happened. I was told I would get credit to my account. Boost took my payment but credit was never applied to my account.
Boost Mobile is going to the dogs. Half the time when trying to make calls, my phone says "No Cellular Service". I cannot even get through to 911 and I have medical conditions. Something needs to be done.
Boost mobile is the absolute worse mobile phone service provider out there. Cell phone signal is very bad, and they do not offer an unlimited hotspot plan like others do. I have more dropped calls than connected calls, and text messages do not send well. Please do not throw your hard earned money away on this provider.

I've had multiple bad experiences with this company. I'd highly advise staying away from them. The customer service hangs up on you. You order a phone on line and it doesn't come even when you pay extra money for shipping. You cancel your order it takes over 2+ months to get your money back. They can't understand you. They lie to you just for your money and the insurance they offer you is just as big of a scam. You go to a store you will pay over 200$ more for a phone and they charge you 25$ to activate it. Beyond the worst phone company to have. I highly advise you to go somewhere else. I was a six year customer. It only gets a 1 star cause the review won't let you do a zero.

I had 5 lines family plan for many years. I just switched 3 lines to T-Mobile. Left 2 lines as family plan with boost. It should be 50 per month. But they billed me 80 per month even though they're advertising 25 per line. On top of that I moved 3 lines middle of the billing cycle. I should have received some credit back but they refused to refund anything and they wanted to charge me 80 per month. Bad customer service.

I've been a customer of Boost mobile for over 10 years. Generally they're kind even if you can't understand them. I asked for a supervisor and it took forever to get one. Finally when I did get a supervisor she was so RUDE and to top it off she could barely speak English. I'm looking for another provider as I write this review and suggest that Boost mobile bring there customer service back to the United States where people can speak English with clarity.
I've never been more disgusted and disappointed with a phone company in my life I'm disconnecting after one month I've had nothing but phone calls from every state in the Union and boost numbers indicating that boost is selling our information to people that are their customers.

I have had an unlimited talk/data plan for many years and I have been happy up until they were bought by Dish. Dish changed my plan from unlimited without telling me first. If you sign up for Boost I promise you will be very unhappy and disappointed! I encourage all current Boost customers to cancel and switch to a better carrier! Worst company ever!
