I called to activate my phone using a boost card the man who answered was very very helpful. He took his time explaining exactly what he needed and how I could get the information so he could turn on my phone. He remained positive throughout the entire call and even made small talk while waiting for the for the results to go through. 10/10 service someone i want to handle my technical issues in the future.
They do not have the phones they sell in stock to ship out within a good time frame! It takes them at least a week to even ship, even though they took the money from my account! What the heck? Phone service is good. Their customer service people suck too, even supposed supervicer. What the heck. Phones bought and paid for in total or payment they have for them should be able to ship within 24 hours for a big company like them. Seems like they have to order it, then ship to the custer!
They have no idea what's going on and can't understand you I could not understand what they were saying. Customer service is a joke if I could have left 0 stars I would have. This is why i would never recommend boost mobile to anyone.

I spoke with Boost mobile customer service support about unlocking my old phone to start my new service with another provider that is compatible with my LG Stylo 6. I was told 5 times from 5 different representative that my phone was unlocked. And I get with other they that it's still locked. So today asked to speak a supervisor and my phone call was disconnected. I think they have the worst customer service support and I will not be a Boost mobile customer again.
I bought my iPhone out right and informed the store I wanted a mth to mth plan cause I was going to another carrier. They never sale I would be held hostage for a yr with boost until my phone was unlocked. Now I'm stuck with terrible service can't even have a clear FaceTime. Runs outta data fast and terrible reception. If I knew I would have never came to boost I hate this. Free my phone so I can leave and be happy again. Stuck with an exclamation.and a triangle during FaceTime. Never will I spend money with boost again. A 1 is too high for this. You shouldn't be force to stay with a company when you own your phone

I bought an iphone SE on contract with boost and began a plan December 29,2020. Last month, Nov. 2021, I tried to switch to AT&T due to poor service. I called boost and they said they were unable to unlock my phone for 12 months. It has been 11. They also said since I began to switch to AT&T, my account had been canceled and in order for my phone to be unlock I would have to start a new plan with them and it would take another 12 months to unlock the phone, again. When I only should have had to wait another month. They canceled my plan MID-MONTH while I still have two weeks left, then told me my phones locked unless i start a new plan and it will take a year to unlock again. What in the actual f***? I paid for one month with them, until my AT&T iphone 13 comes in. They won't get another dollar from me...

Customer service is poor and they change your plan without asking. Don't waste your money here. The internet is slow slow slow and they always make excuses about what you don't get, that you are paying for and they try to sell you more because their service is not working properly.
I have been waiting over a week for phone service and keep getting a run around. They sent out a sims card and it didn't work than they tell me they are sending me another one and I should have it in Two days. But When I call from my son's phone they tell me it's five days for another sims card so I have been without a phone for over a week now. I should of never switched from Straight talk. Would Not Recommend this to anyone now I have to go out and purchase another phone with new number Would not Recommend boost infinite.

If you like getting ripped off and having your phone not work, then boost is for you. Your service will not work even though you paid your bill and they have no customer service line or even chat, so you literally have to go physically go to a boost store to cancel their trash service and switch to a carrier that actually gives you some service for your money.
Done with boost. They updated my phone with a new SIM card. Terrible! No service in many areas! I was told metro PC bought boost with no towers in many areas! I drive for my job and can't use a gps on my phone because of this! I will be going to a new provider! DONE
My phone only has one bar they are Very unprofessional not just one but all I went to never fixed my service with a new phone I purchased in store. Called customer service all they is put you on hold Boost Sucks!
Over the past 3 months the signal and service has become progressively worse, so bad in fact that I'll be switching providers. So much malware on the phone now that they include in their stupid pop up ads that it crawls at a turtle's pace, hell even the password lock lags now. Dropped calls, no calls and two days later a voicemail appears... receive texts 5 hrs after the fact... the list goes on and on
This is the worst phone service I've ever had even worse than the government phones this phone service is garbage I have to always use Wi-Fi and then they suspend your account without even warning you and saying your bills due garbage garbage garbage!+!
I would even give Boost Mobile a damn star. Since I had this service I've been charged twice each month for my monthly bill. I called and called for them to reimburse me my money, and just like the trifling no good service they are, they didn't return it. They shouldn't be compared to anybody because they don't deserve it. If you can go somewhere else I suggest you do so, I wouldn't recommend them to a dog.
They are the biggest bunch liers. Bought 180 phone plus insurance. They don't tell you the I surance isn't good for first 30 60 days. There customer service is rude. They don't try to help solve problem. They all need to go stop being so inconsiderate. I will never deal them every I won't recommended them to anyone.
Finding Boost's customer service is time consuming. Even the chat is useless. My wireless service is bad. I have called 3 times and nothing has improved. Finally, I asked to cancel and to unlocked my phone to find out there is a "contract" when you buy a new phone. I paid in full. No installments so it should be simple to cancel whenever I want because this is a prepaid service with no contracts. I filed a complaint with the BBB and we are now playing phone tags. Terrible company. I want my phone to be unlocked to switch to a better provider. Don't do business with Boost Mobile.

They lie, gaslight and straight u give a hard time with a tone of sorry you feel that way. No whats sorry is that they really dont help and always a language barrier. Boost Mobile you need to do better. FYI i only gave 1 star because no star arent allowed. But honestly they need to have a negative star mode
I have been dealing with them for 2 days now and still don't have any service and phone not activated. I have been on the phone with them for 2 hours and 8 'minutes and issue still not resolved….Can't get the to the supervisor because the rep continuously lies about transferring me. I will be asking for a refund and going to another provider!
I have been with Boost for many years. In the past year or so, I have had a ton of issues. Customer service is no help. They tell me to fix it on their website and the stores are shut out of of the loop.
I hit my limit and want out. I tried to go to their competitor. I quickly found out my phone was locked. I called the customer center and was told it was locked and because they are in transition, there was no hope of getting MY PROPERTY back from them. I have to buy a new phone to get away from the company. I have an electronic glitch on my phone and can't risk losing a program on the phone with a new device. I have no voice-mail ability but rhey can send me messages about upgrading it for more money per month. I can't wait to dump Boost.

I thought I would switch to boost for a cheaper cell service and when I check ti see if it was avaliable in my area it showed good service coverage. When I was starting my service it kept saying poor service coverage. So I bought 2 sims cards for nothing. Very disappointed.
The company makes a direct withdrawal from my account every month therefore I don't have paper records of my payments, I need proof of the last two payments I made to present them to court, The representative just told me that my lawyer have to subpoena the company so I can have a copy of the las two receipt, like if I don't have the right to have a receipt as customer for every single payment I make. Even if they take the money out of my bank account, they should send a receipt to my email but maybe that is to much to ask for. They should at least be able to provide a copy of the receipt when a customer needs it. At the end I just go a message saying ooops something when wrong try again later.
I paid for a phone that was never delivered, I jumped through all the hoops boost mobile sent me through and now they have my money, ups delivery has paid them for lost phone so they have that as well and I still have no phone. Boost $600 now, me no phone.

When have you ever seen those two phones a Moto g stylus 128 GB of storage for $9.99 and then they have a Samsung that is an outrageous price for $9.99 and unlimited plan I pay $60 for my plan the highest one now they have that one for $25 a month for life. Boost is going under anybody who buys those phones are locked in there they are scrambling getting as much money as they possibly can pennies nickels dimes they don't care that's why all their phones are under beware shut up
We went to a Boost mobile store to inquire about plans. When we asked if we could use our current phone we were told "no problem." We inquired about the plans, then said we were interested in one particular plan. The rep then took some information and quoted us a price well above the plan price we had asked about In addition, she told us that we would need to purchase a phone from Boost - even though she had told us earlier that we could use our own phone. We told her we were not interested. Later I discovered that she had set up a Boost account, "trapped" our current number, and the company told us we would need to pay $67 to get the number back. After 7 hours on the phone with a variety of reps, and constant pleas to talk to a manager, the account was finally taken down. But because we refused to pay $67 for something we never used and never agreed to, we were unable to recover our phone number. They are thieves.
