I called to activate my phone using a boost card the man who answered was very very helpful. He took his time explaining exactly what he needed and how I could get the information so he could turn on my phone. He remained positive throughout the entire call and even made small talk while waiting for the for the results to go through. 10/10 service someone i want to handle my technical issues in the future.
They do not have the phones they sell in stock to ship out within a good time frame! It takes them at least a week to even ship, even though they took the money from my account! What the heck? Phone service is good. Their customer service people suck too, even supposed supervicer. What the heck. Phones bought and paid for in total or payment they have for them should be able to ship within 24 hours for a big company like them. Seems like they have to order it, then ship to the custer!
If I could I would rate no stars. This is a robbery company! You pay for unlimited data and it's gone within a day! You can't watch any videos make any FaceTime calls or send iMessages. This company needs to be shut down. Not to mention most of your phone calls are dropped and/or with a loud beeping noise. This is a ridiculous company. They never try to accommodate or fix the issue all they want if your money and/or to add data.
When you pay for a phone, you should be able to switch companies when you want to Boost mobile released my number but will not unlock my phone this is not fair and can someone tell me who can I report them to. I would not refer boost mobile to a dog
This company is the worst lying, dishonest network I've had the displeasure of doing business with. It took me 4 months to realize I made a mistake leaving metro PCs. I switched because I wanted a new free phone. MetroPCS wasn't offering one at that time. I gave boost a try. Big mistake. Customer service is a disgusting joke. I m a senior citizen. I couldn't pay my bill online. I had to go to a boost mobile store to pay my bill every month. To make a long story short, don't waste your time with this crappy network.
When I first got boost I loved it and that was 10 years ago I still have it! But not for long. After having multiple phones and phone numbers over the years through boost. I have never been done this wrong by them before they suspended my phone for the second month after I paid them for my phone service! And haven't resolved the issues as of yet and it being 3 days after I called to resolve the issues. Oh I'll have a head person call you back with in 24 to 48 hours but yet still nothing I don't have phone service and yet I need it cus I have to have it for my job! So I will not go back to boost after this. Even if I get a year free I will not go back this is the last straw even after the other things they've done. Sincerely Sara

Do NOT use Boost Mobile! I am in the hospital with Covid-19 and they will not extend my phone bill for 4 days until I can get out and take care of it. Not to mention my kids will be home without a phone also! Worst phone service. They do not care about their customers!

Let me be clear, I do not own a boost mobile my son does. They tried to get me on it and I refused each time. I got my son on it and OMG he can't remember some stupid pin they ask for security reasons and they literally want to find out when was the last time he pooped. He couldn't tell them so he have to wait 24 hours for them to call him and get more details. AT&T for me all the way! Boost mobile SUCKS! Other questions are there they could ask like what the bank asked. When was the last payment made, how did you pay, last four digit of the card used, and how much you pay instead of asking what year and month you bought the phone are you kidding?!? Years ago and your to remember right! I will switching him to at&t it's much better hassle free! Nobody have time for this.
I've been a loyal customer for almost 10 plus years and they have no flexibility for anything because they are prepaid so is metro but they are flexible Also they are not letting me take my phone number to another carrier all because I'm switching I would not recommend service is terrible as well another reason for switching companies

I was chatting for over an hour with someone who never addressed my problem. Then called the 611 number and had to wait for an hour. I never had my service fixed. I would recommend not using this service.
So we've bought a boost mobile phone and a sim card with a 3 months plan. When we contacted the company about activating the sim card, after 30 minutes they said it should work. Well it didn't. After a day we contacted them again and they said that the sim card isn't compatible which doesn't make sense. So they sent another sim card and we activated it again and they, again, said it should work. Well it didn't AGAIN. Sooo we contacted them again, they said that one is also not compatible. They said they're gonna send another and it should arrive in 2 days, we waited 5 days and it still didn't arrive. At least we got a refund. I feel like whoever works in the company's customer service, they just say things to "complete the job" without actually doing stuff and actually helping you out. They try to basically get rid of you. Time wasted. Almost 2 weeks wasted with this sh. T company. If I could, I'd give it zero stars.

I went to sugarhouse boost store Angie helped me and was very helpful and informative on my options as opposed to I've been to several boost stores and have gotten nowhere I highly recommend Angie epbows if anybody has had the same issues just want to give a number 5 rating
The worst. I cancelled my account with them and they continued to steal money for me for following months and it's like asking for a kidney to get refunds! Everyone is dumb and looks like I'm taking Boost Mobil to court. Cya wankers in the court room!

I call the Help Desk and they couldn't help so they connect me to a tech that can't help either. I have been to the Boost Mobile store three times and she was very helpful but could not help me because she had to go through the same process that I did. Boost network issue. I would like a phone that works or my money back but they keep ignoring me and giving me the run around. I had one tech tell me he was going to escalate the problem and someone would contact me in 72 hours and once again nothing. No one has called me. It very frustrating to pay for a product when the company will not stand behind it. I have wasted so much time and days missed from work to get this issue resolved. I guess the next stop is small claims court.

Every since they changed there sim cards, you can't get service well. Before the change I had great service in my area, never an issue. Since the change I can't get service easy and that goes for 911 service that is suppose to be gotten no matter what. I have went to two different Boost stores and both tell me tuff luck nothing they can do. Have called and told them issue and all they say is sorry. How can you go from great service to poor to no service. Thankfully I have wifi, but that does not help for phone calls. Boost needs to get their crap together and fix the issue, like yesterday. I have been with Boost for at least 15 years and NEVER had issues till all the crap they did. Smh, poor company, poor management, poor service. My proof of purchase roflmao every month I pay my bill over phone.
I tried to switch over to mint mobile so I call customer service to unlock my phone they told me they unlocked it so when I tried to switch over mint could not because phone was locked three more times and 42 dollars more never got unlocked

I went to the store to ensure I would have service where I lived I was assured it was great there. Now I have a 400 dollar phone that doesn't do anything because the ere service is so bad I can't call or text most of the time. I have called about 20xs and all they say is sorry for the inconvenience but refuse to do anything. Tell me a superior supervisor will call me two times but never heard either time from them. This purchase was e worst one I have ever made. DO NOT USE BOOST! You will regret every second of your time with them.

They don't care if you don't have service and they don't care whether you can speak to your family. Their service is always down currently going on 30 hours and there is nothing you can do about. My husband got an email for a new thing Boost is offering. To finance a new phone and Boost Up. I called to ask if I could do that. I pay for 5 plans for my family and bought numerous phones over the past 15 years. I was with Virgin Mobile, who are now Boost. With them I paid $35 a month but reduced to $30 if you do automatic pay, which I do. Boost took over and my plan is $30, as they honored VM plan cost. I was told no I can't finance a new phone and Boost Up because I don't pay $35. If I go to a $35 plan I would still have to have good standing account for 12 months to be able to get the Boost Up deal. My auto pymts x 5 mean nothing x 15 years. All over $5. Absolutely ridiculous. I am looking into other carriers now that I am so angry.
I bought two phone online and one of them didn't work well it's screen doesn't work. I went to the store they gave me a phone number to contact the warranty but they sent me to the store and they just kept doing that back and forth. Very upsetting
I don't ever write a review but I had to on this. Do you like reps that can barely speak English and ask for you to constantly repeat yourself? Do you like a phone system that you can't navigate easily because they try to keep you from talking to a human? Do you like it when you spend hours on the phone trying to get a number ported in? Then Boost is the Company for you! I have never had such a unpleasable experience as I have with them. Leaving going elsewhere!
