I called to activate my phone using a boost card the man who answered was very very helpful. He took his time explaining exactly what he needed and how I could get the information so he could turn on my phone. He remained positive throughout the entire call and even made small talk while waiting for the for the results to go through. 10/10 service someone i want to handle my technical issues in the future.
They do not have the phones they sell in stock to ship out within a good time frame! It takes them at least a week to even ship, even though they took the money from my account! What the heck? Phone service is good. Their customer service people suck too, even supposed supervicer. What the heck. Phones bought and paid for in total or payment they have for them should be able to ship within 24 hours for a big company like them. Seems like they have to order it, then ship to the custer!
Trust me when i say this, get cricket or attat or any other service. These Guys are garbage. Please heed this warning. They will cost yoy money not fix your phone and lie to you about it. DO NOT BUY THEIR GARBAGE.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service and transferring my phone over. I spent over 3 weeks trying to get my phone up and working on the Boost service, which never actually happened. The customer service was useless and barely spoke English, which I tried to be nice about, but they couldn't even understand what I needed 4 of the 6 times I called in. They could do absolutely nothing to help me. In the end, I asked for a refund, which took another 2 hours to go through. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM BOOST! I would recommend Mint Mobile over them - cheaper, great service, and understanding and kind customer service.

Recently my phone was shut off.according to the untrained techs answering theyre phones...it was because I requested suspension of services.No,I did not. I have over 35 calls logged in regarding this issue.th e account is paid in full plus 50$credit.Twice I was overbilled.charged for a family plan for $164 and again for $120. My bill is 35$ month. My bank retieved the $120 amount and the $164 amount was credited to my account. I have been told by seeral employees it was all because of a cyber attack...then I was told on 4 occassionsI would have services back in 1 hour...This occured over a span of six days. Today an awful woman told me it was my fault because I had my bank reverse the last 120$ payment. I violated the rules...excuse me...you cant just keep dipping into my account giving me credit...for services I did not request...I call that theft. I would never recommend them to anyone

During the spring of 2023, I believe it was around April, I tried to add my grandson to my account, which already had two lines for several years. I visited a store in Milford Delaware and they had difficulty adding another line to my account. There was a promotion at the time that said the additional line would cost $30 per month for the same plan that I had to purchase. Their excuse was that Boost was transitioning to a new system. After many visits to the store, I was told that they had to create a new account for the additional line, at $50 per month. Since my grandson needed a phone, I agreed. For several months I have been paying an additional $20 for his line.
Today, December 2,2023, I decided to stop at the BOOST store to see if I could add the additional line to my account. Hopefully, they had enough time to complete the transition. I was told that the only way to do that was to change the number for the additional line. NO WAY! That number was transferred when I opened the account, and it would create havoc to change it.
It appears that I'm being punished for their company being unable to add the line when I initially tried to add the additional line. Actually, I'm currently responsible for two separate accounts and paying $20 more monthly for a line that you promoted at $30.
With all the technology available today in cellular service, they should be able to add the line to my account without changing the number. Good business practice would also credit me for the approximately 7 months of the additional costs incurred.

Spoke to "customer service" on Saturday about my bill. I have been frozen from my bank account for charges I didn't make. Spoke with some guy who led me to believe I would be able to get an extension of a few days until I get my new card and all I had to do was call on Monday to complete the process. I called on Monday and it took them nearly an hour to tell me that an extension was not going to happen. Have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years. The one I talked to on Saturday told me it was because I was a loyal customer that the extension was possible. They lied. I was doing all this at work, had to use my half hour break and and then some only to be lied to. My boss ended up hearing part of the conversation. My boss knows I need mine and my wife's phone. My wife is medically disabled and uses her phone almost daily to speak with her doctors. She gave me a personal loan so I could pay the bill. I am grateful to my boss and disgusted by the abrupt treatment and callousness of "customer service". Absolutely will not be recommending ANYONE to boost. Quite the opposite. As soon as I can I will be moving my family ( there are 4 of us on a family plan) to another phone service who treats their customers with more respect and honesty.
I was quoted a price, then they ported my phone number over to their network, then I was told a price almost three times the monthly price quoted several moments earlier. When I stated that I did not want to go through with the purchase they explained that since my number was already ported over I would lose my number if I did not complete the purchase. So I completed the purchase and then ported the number back to my original phone (different network) then tried to return their phone (30 minutes later) and was told NO Refunds. Since Boost has switched to the one app, 8 can no longer make payments. I make a payment 9n the app it puts a hold on my money, but the bill doesn't get paid and my phone gets shut off every month for n9n payment, then I have to jump through hoops trying to get my money back and my service. 15 years with Boost, I'm FINISHED

I tried to get a phone unlocked from boost mobile and they would not unlock it remind you they are prepaid they told me I had to have my phone activated for a year before they would unlock it. I upgraded my phone with another phone through boost mobile and transfer my phone number to the new phone. I would not recommend boost mobile to anyone because all they want is your money they drop calls internet goes in and out. I am telling you don't get a boost mobile phone or service they suck and Today I had to argue with customer service to get my account number. I can see if it were a contract phone but a prepaid phone that I paid cash for be real. I purchase a sim card from boots mobile. I just found my credit card was charged for 1 month's service. The sim card is still within the wrap and I don't activate the card. When I login I found the my credit card used to purchase the sim card was subscribe to auto pay. This is a big scam:
1. I don't subscribe to auto pay and I don't get notification I will be subscribed to auto pay.
2. How the sim card activate by somebody else even the physical card in on my hand and it is not opened from the package yet? Unbelievable.
I called and a case was filed. Next day I just got email to notify case closed. And ridiculous, the phone number provided in the email for further assistant is from Dish network. When I call Boost Mobile, eventually I was transferred to the Dish network, and the guys tell me they can't help with Boost Mobile's case because they are Dish network. What a fancy story!
So far I don't see any refund as promised. When I tried to login my account and it was locked! I can just file a dispute with my CC company. Don't purchase any go sim card from this company. Your card will be stolen and you pay service for others, and you can call nobody for help!

I had 2 lines with boost mobile. A and B. Phone A broke and I purchased a new iphone to replace it. Boost told me my phone was not compatible with their network. They then transferred line B to my new phone instead of line A. Now I have a new phone working with the wrong number and an existing phone with no service. They maintained that my new iphone was not compatible with the network despite it being active with the wrong number on their network.
I asked them to close my account and I would move the numbers to a different carrier. I activated my incompatible iphone with another carrier. The following week I received a new SIM card from boost and was automatically billed for another month of service for phone B which had been disconnected the week before. I called to request a refund and was told to wait 5 days for the request to be processed and 3-5 days for the refund. I waited 13 days and call to check the status. I was told my account was still active and after explaining that phone A was ported to another carrier and phone B was disconnected by Boost 2 weeks prior they again asked that I wait 5 days for the request to be processed and 3-5 days for the refund. So my son has a phone that was working correctly until boost move his number to my phone. I have 4 SIM cards from Boost with no service on any of them and they have not refunded the payment they took for a phone number they disconnected 2 weeks ago.

Trying to swap out an old Boost phone for a new Boost phone. Website said I couldn't swap my new Boost mobile phone. Absolute nightmare! If you need help with anything good luck getting through to a human being. The call service is completely computerized and will keep trying to sell you a new phone or service. After an hour and a half I finally managed to get someone on chat. He then proceeded to also sell me a new phone and upgrade to my service. I just needed some tech help! So incredibly frustrating! Tech determined I had to buy a new SIM card. I needed it fast so I paid extra to have it overnight delivery. Here I sit the 2:30 pm the next day and the SIM hasn't even left the building yet! I contacted them after another 30 minutes of phone hell, and managed to get someone from India explaining that I ordered too late the previous day. Anything after 12 noon won't be shipped over night. Nothing on the website states this! Meanwhile I could've already ordered from Amazon and had the thing delivered by now! I told them I wanted a refund on the expedited shipping cost. They refused. Called again to cancel the order and was told the delay in shipping was due to weather. OK So they're clearly lying! And then refused to cancel the order. I guess they'll have to take that up with my bank, because I cancelled the charge to my card. Just do NOT do business with this company!
