I called to activate my phone using a boost card the man who answered was very very helpful. He took his time explaining exactly what he needed and how I could get the information so he could turn on my phone. He remained positive throughout the entire call and even made small talk while waiting for the for the results to go through. 10/10 service someone i want to handle my technical issues in the future.
They do not have the phones they sell in stock to ship out within a good time frame! It takes them at least a week to even ship, even though they took the money from my account! What the heck? Phone service is good. Their customer service people suck too, even supposed supervicer. What the heck. Phones bought and paid for in total or payment they have for them should be able to ship within 24 hours for a big company like them. Seems like they have to order it, then ship to the custer!

I recently got a family upgrade to three for $100 promo
Unfortunately I got the 3/$200 deal instead
Well $100 from my original plan update of $65
Plus an additional plan 2 lines for $100
Months went on of me paying $200 a month until I caught it.
I called boost today the representative was pretty helpful and even put them all on one line as initially on promo but when I asked about the extra $100 dollars a month and what could be done in credited r something wow another lost to society bs I'm frustrated never written a review 5yrs to credits hell y'all should credit a free month in gratitude anyway well metro T-Mobile sprint Verizon prime co whatever next here I come
After paying for my phone on day that it was due company still denied connecting the phone. Please ladies and gentlemen look into Verizon or other companies. Company meeds to get shut down.

I decide to give Boost a try a month ago and was told that if I did not need the 15 G that the $35 plan included,
I could change to a less expensive plan after a month. SURPRISE! When I attempted to switch to a lower cost plan after a month, I was told that the only plan I could switch to was A HIGHER PRICED ONE! I called the Penn Hills office and was told that the other rep. Made a mistake. Too bad, but there is nothing he can do.
My advice to anyone considering Boost: Before you sign up, be sure and get whatever they tell you in writing. Otherwise, you might get an surprise later like I did.
3 days and my main Gigabytes are used up leaving me with all my Hotspot,,! Slow an 5 gs what ever. Waiting for this payment to expire an I'm joining a carrier way better than this. SMH
A part from the bad service, people who work in this company never listen properly to your problem and are only good in saying " sorry for what just happened " every two seconds without even ytrying to solve your problems. By buying an annual plan i thought i will get recharged every month as I'm used to to every other operator i tried before but it's not like this, the data they provide you are supposed to be enough for the whole year, so once you finish them you won't get a data anymore for the rest of the year. Not explained properly on the plan before you purchase it. I was with kogan for 2 years and i literally saved a lot of money and had the right amount of data every month as i was supposed to. I wanted to try something new and support an australian business once again but, i get ripped off constantly by doing this and i'm learning a lesson now.
Coverage also lack many times when there is a construction work nearby you or when you enter in a shopping center.
Completely disappointed on everything what this company offers... i could have spent my 300 dollars in a better way.
Boost has been blowing up my phone and my family's phones for 6 months with the 3G crap. Knowing that my phone is 4G I have assumed this didnt apply to me until my outgoing calls were redirected on 03/17/22 to an automated message from Boost about how my phone will be obsolete by the end of March. I had even read documetation saying any phone manufactured before10/2019 would be affected. I couldnt call out on my phone for 3 days, it kept going to the automated message. So I bought new ones thinking I had no choice instead of realizing that Boost is just inept and willfully fraudulent and decietful in their business practices.
Boost is the absolute WORST phone plan you can get! I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years! And the minute my phone shuts off & never turns back on, I call them because I needed my account # to transfer my service to another phone & the hoops & hurdles they expected me to jump through for a 9 digit number were RIDICULOUS. The woman on the phone literally told me to go INSIDE of boost mobile for the account number AS I STOOD there INSIDE and the woman inside told me to CALL as I literally stood there on the PHONE! Both told me there was nothing they could do! You do not need the account number to pay your bill, nor change your number, nor end services. So the point of having to go through such extreme security measures just to retrieve a number that you literally DO NOT need make absolutely NO sense! SAY NO TO BOOST!

I have been with boost for YEARS with multiple lines.Oneday I woke up and my service was suspended and I couldn't use no my phone or get me service back because of "EXCESSIVE" text messages on a 60$ unlimited plan. Make it make sense... Fk boos
My account is activated. I can send and get calls and msgs, but the phone spams with an "activate now" msg every 30-60 min. Its horridly annyoing. Ive factory reset, sim reset, nothing works. It goes off at all hours of the day with notifications to activate, even at like 3am. I checked my account, the phone is registered. I call support, theyre useless off country idiots that dont understand the issue or dont care. The response I get is "It takes 2-6 weeks". Are you serious? Its been two months.
Ive had to replace my phone 3 times in 2 1/2 years,2 out of the 3 were defective and this time after paying for it they have the nerve to tell me the sim is gonna cost an extra $25 and blocked me from using my current sim.But when I raise hell with them they tell me they will send me a free one but dont have expedited service so it will take an additional week,I am partially disabled and have medical problems and feel this is outright attewmpted Extortion by Boost to attempt to charge for something that should have came free with the replacement device.Im disgusted by their actions and will start looking for another carrier.DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM,ITS NOT WORTH IT.

These guys are CRIMINALS. Bought service online and they sent me the wrong SIM even though I have a Boost Mobile phone. When I called there the criminals said they had sent the "black SIM card kit" and they were supposed to send me the "orange SIM card kit" and of course never did after several weeks. I called these criminals several times to cancel. I check my credit card statement and these criminals billed me yet again and plan to do so illegally every month even though they were told and had knowledge
Of me not having service. They have scammed me and many others I know in the past. Calls have been made repeatedly to them only to be put on long hold times then hung up on. On Oct 2 2022 at aprrx 6pm the 14th call to Boost Mobile was made after more than 36 min on hold I hung up. All emails they used were returned to sender. Criminal charges will be filed with the State, FTC and FBI.

The WiFi suck to be honest. Don't ever pick boost and their WiFi usually tend to turn off every once in a while making you lost connection then it would turn back on like wtf.
I've been with Boost mobile since 2016. I had become according to the a legacy member, with that they offered a 14 grace period. Which means they would give me a 14 grace before actually cutting off my phone. My sister phone was suspended before cutting calling prayer lines. In which she had unlimited calls and she had been calling for years. They waited until she paid her bill 4 days later cut her off. When I called to inquire about it. 4 days later they cut my phone off saying I was randomly picked as one of many members who going to be moved to the regular group. That's too much of a coincidence to me. I let them know that I'll be paying the cell phone, checking companies around to see the best place and I am out. Not to mention I'm going to see what can be done about this so call unlimited calling that's really not unlimited. How can you tell ppl who they can and cannot call? I thought data was data, what's the difference between using data to watch videos or making a hr prayer line call?
I have been with boost for over 10 yrs and these changes are ridiculous I will be moving service asap now yu pay yur bill and still data not restored for a whole other 24 hrs that's bull bye boost!

I had Boost Mobile since 2021 when I went to add my daughter to my family plan I was told it would be 25 to do so. They put her on an individual plan 35 without my permission. Sent me a new Sims card which disabled my phone for 3 days and now flat out refuse to to switch my daughter to the right plan. I have spent 4 days and 12 plus people trying to resolve the issue. She has only had service July 2nd through the 10 and she is on an old plan they put her on which does not exist. Boost refuses to fix anything, has transfered and hung up on me, flat out lied about calling back or being a supervisor. Since we bought her phone through Boost and it's paid off they are holding it hostage for 12 months because they lock it. So basically they are stealing my money with their lies. Do yourself a favor and go with a more reputable company. They even have a clause in their agreement you can't take them to court with a class action lawsuit. Boost Mobile lies just to take your money and will not fix anything. Do not use this company buyer beware.

Had Virgin Mobile with all three of my phones. Loved it! Wonderful service, purchasing phones were a breeze and for $45.00 per month was great. I always purchased my phones outright. The minute the switch was made I began to have problems with Boost Mobile. From my Blackberry to my Samsung Galaxy's everything operated efficiently. Boost Mobile was a completely different experience. Could not send images to family and friends; 15 minutes each time waiting wondering why they were not being sent. Start getting MMS messages that I couldn't view. Wifi service... OMG! I never had issues before with Virgin and the number of dropped calls are too numerous to count. In the past 24 hours, I went to Best Buy to purchase a new phone with a completely different service. I was on the phone to simply get my account number from Boost. That conversation took 90 minutes! That does not include the seven dropped calls, by the way. Yes, I too had issues understanding the rep. Finally, I received my account number. But was like pulling teeth to get it. What even bothered me more were the other customers waiting to be serviced at Best Buy because they had the same problem as I.

I've been with Boost for years. Today, I woke up with a text to call or go online to pay, when I've had autopay for over a year now. Tried to log in numerous times, but it won't even allow you to submit your password. When I called customer service, the woman asked for all of my card info when they should have it on file! I told them I'd verify the last 4 digits of the card, but that's it. After that, she asked for my card info again to submit a "yearly payment for less hassle." I refused, because I obviously signed up for prepaid month to month for a reason. Finally, I just hung up and called the local store. Apparently, Boost sold their accounts to a new company with a different system, and they've already been hacked this month! "No one's bank accounts should have been affected, but there's only so much we can do." I called customer service again to ask for my account number and transfer pin, to which they offered 25% off next bill, 50% off next bill, next month free, and even $25 off my monthly $35. After I refused all of that, they gave me my requested numbers. Boost's new company is going to scam everyone and I bet they'll close down soon. Time to switch!
Bought a Samsung A32 less than a month. Fingerprint sensor stopped working. Took phone to Boost management said I had to call Samsung. Samsung sent me to Break we fix store(I didn't break phone) they told me they couldn't fix the Fingerprint sensor. Went back to Boost I was told to call Samsung again they told me to get a replacement phone from Boost so I can send in this Samsung A32 to be fixed. I was told by Boost they don't have any replacement phones. I left, came home called Samsung and Boost and still after 7 hours and spending gas driving around Pittsburgh I still haven't gotten any answers to get a phone. The worst customer service between 2 cell phone companies I've ever been in my life. Beginning on June first, i'm going to find another cell phone company and phone I'm 70 year Army Veteran I guarantee I will make sure all my family, friends, and fellow Veterans won't make a mistake and buy a phone from Boost Mobile.

I'm not sure what's wrong with boost Mobile system but my service has been out for weeks and I have not spoke with a representative can't login the saying my number or email don't exist They're saying that my number is not an active number It will reset my password I have been out of my phone for weeks. This is very freaking upsetting not to mention y'all trying to make me make an early payment with no service for March turn my dam service back tf on if y'all hacked say that so I can go else tf where unless in Wi-Fi I can't sail out or receive calls from my loved ones this is a major fuc$ing problem
Been with boost mobile for over five years. Bought new phones in 2020. Decided to get new carrier because they decided to stop giving me unlimited texts because I was on the $5 off for autopay and they discontinued it. They sent me a message at time that my contract would not change but obviously did. The intention was to get me to purchase a high data plan. They would not let me text without using data anymore. My husband had started his boost contract after this change, same plan as mine and he has no problem. So we called them for our account numbers which extricating that from them was not easy. They were even told we were changing carriers. They never told us we would have to have them unlock our phones. I thought they would be unlocked automatically after one year. Was not until we were transferring to new carrier that we found out they were still locked. Called and not only did they say we had to make separate calls for each phone number, but that it would take 2 days to unlock them. What a sleepy operation they got going. We now have inoperable phones. Do not go with boost mobile. Horrible company.

Please steer away if you have any sense, I would advise to run away if you can. Absolutely incapable customer service (I really don't understand the point of them in the first place, all they do is enter numbers you give them and Parrott scripts even if you talk to a "supervisor" who decides to hang up on you when she realizes she can't do anything). Did you ever have a customer service representative (apparently a supervisor with 10 years of "experience") hang up on you without even really trying to help?
My issue for what it matters is with the fact their site told me my phone is "eligible" to be activated on the network. Apparently this is not the same as "it will work"... I made a mistake of paying for a full year of service in advance... (for a discount...) based on that piece of misinformation. I am simply stupefied that no one there is able to override the system and just link the IMEIs. Apparently it took them 4 months to get S21 phones to work...
I am guessing whoever made their system is long gone and the current people are criminally incapable. It is a recipe for disaster. Use at your own peril.
