I called to activate my phone using a boost card the man who answered was very very helpful. He took his time explaining exactly what he needed and how I could get the information so he could turn on my phone. He remained positive throughout the entire call and even made small talk while waiting for the for the results to go through. 10/10 service someone i want to handle my technical issues in the future.

They do not have the phones they sell in stock to ship out within a good time frame! It takes them at least a week to even ship, even though they took the money from my account! What the heck? Phone service is good. Their customer service people suck too, even supposed supervicer. What the heck. Phones bought and paid for in total or payment they have for them should be able to ship within 24 hours for a big company like them. Seems like they have to order it, then ship to the custer!

Data speed slow at best. Customer service horrible after 15 years with boost they shore have went downhill since this new company bought boost. Customer service said had to buy more data after having to rewind videos over n over burning up even more data they refused any kind of help except WE CAN SELL YOU MORE HIGH SPEED DATA PACKS. That are slow at best. I'm done with boost...

I have been a loyal customer for about fifteen years with Boost Mobile.Im seventy three years old and disabled.Currently homeless.Last week I received a threatening message from Boost Mobile saying I have violated some term and conditions.I was startled and astonished!I'm went to my local Boost Mobile store and asked what this horrible message was.The salesperson told me don't worry.I trued using my phone and the next thing three hours later.My account was suspended!Ny phone is my lifeline and Boost Mobile is endangering my life and health.Im still waiting for a decision from Dish Network!I have never been treated so cruel and inhumane.I never missed a payment or was late in fifteen years!This is what they falsely accuse me of and punish me for!I'm supposed to have unlimited talk and text and ten GB of data.I actually used my phone less this month.I already paid this month!Boost Mobile needs to realize they are dealing with human beings not objects and algorithms! They have endangered my life and my health by this totally unnecessary suspension!

I literally have no service when I don't have wifi. I can call and text but I cannot Google or use TikTok when I'm out and about. Idk why I pay unlimited data when I don't even have data when I'm at the store.

I like that the monthly payments are low, but there are many places where I have no coverage or minimal coverage, and other people with different carriers do have coverage. Also, today, my phone hasn't been working for the past 5 hours and counting. The emails don't send or get received. Text messages don't send or get received. Phone calls don't work or get received. GPS doesn't work. The ONLY phone call I can make is to a Boost Mobile number, and a representative said sorry our "whole system is down" and that no one can answer any questions about my account. What?! He said to call back tomorrow. So I'm supposed to go without a working phone all this time? I tried to log into the Boost Mobile website by following the prompt to enter my phone number and it says it does not match their records. What?! I've had the same phone number for over 20 years, and I've been a Boost Mobile customer with this phone number for many years. There should be some way for them to tell me what's going on.

Tip for consumers:
It's great that the cost is lower compared with others I had before, and I've been abl eto manage fine for hte past few years, but I do wish there were wider coverage. And I believe there should be preventative measures or better responsess for an urgent situation in which I have no way to use the phone at all without any explanation from Boost Mobile (no missed payment notification, no warning they were shutting down my account or anything). I think they have some areas for improvement.

Customer support scripted service is no help with Technical problems. I have 2 lines paid monthly service always on time and this last pymt may 14th 2021 on time and know on may 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th I have no data service. Call several times with. Support. Chat omline with support. Constantly getting lies told to me. Its the sim card, its the tower, pls upgrade to a new phone. Well Boost Im going to a new cell phone provider today. I hope you go out of Business.

Payed over 200$for phone and services with BOOST MOBILE UNLIMITED DATA, TEXT, TALK 65$ a month HALF WAY IN THE MONTH MY SERVICES WERE CUT IN HALF (said I used my LIMIT ON DATA) WANTED ME TO PAY MY BILL IN ORDER TO GET FULL SERVICE BACK,,,, TOTAL RIP OFF, THEN I WANTED THEM TO UNLOCK THE PHONE SO COULD GO ELES WHERE (NEW CARRIER) I HAVE TO HAVE THE ACCOUNT ACTIVATE FOR A YEAR BEFORE THEY CAN DO THAT SO I BOUGHT A PHONE THAT DOESN'T EVEN BELONG TO ME. THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN BOOST MOBILE!

Worst company to deal with. Cut my service off due to some error with customers who signed up this year before a certain date; many other customers experiencing issues with connection. No explanantions. No ability to make/receive phone calls or texts for days. Worst customer service. Everyone had a different response and they gave me the real run-around. Representative at one of the locations stated that the customer service team doesn't get paid well and are from other countries. He explained that they didn't know what they were talking about when they made me go in-person to a location and refused to provide me with the information that I needed to cancel my account and switch to a different carrier. Once I switched carriers, they delayed the transfer because their support system is so poor, I had to receive a temporary phone number from my new carrier until they transferred my information. Horrible experience while being a customer and horrible experience while I was removing myself as a customer. Run far away from this company.

Tip for consumers:
No refund issued to my account after the service didn't work. I had to dispute it with my credit card company.

There is no such thing as free data with Boost Mobile! My data is gone in 2 weeks and I barley use it apparently the data is used for my text and calling. How ridiculous! Do not go with BOOST MOBILE! FALSE ADVERTISING. Will never ever *******@boostmobile

Your my boost app is worthless. Getting ahold of an actual operator is impossible. $35.00,10 gigs. Other phone companies give fifteen gigs for the same price.

50 & 60 dollar unlimited plans STILL LIMITED. Doesn't really give you unlimited nothing, hotspot still runs out and data is really slow.
Even the 35 dollar plan the Internet actually STOPS WORKING COMPLETELY!
Boost mobile sucks like af and wouldn't recommend it to anyone

I called had my daughter cell phone up graded to sixty dollar plan I paid all the amount owed three days later these people took forty two dollars off my card I called them to refund my money they wouldn't at all they gave a credit till 8/26/2023 is next bill with the credit so now I paid them 6/26/2023 for upgrade she still has the forty dallor plan as of 7/12/2023 boost is like Ez malls there all scams and crooks bad service go somewhere else do not go to boost baddd service

I rate Boost Mobile a negative zero (-0). Boost Mobile is by far the worst company in U.S. history to purchase a cellular phone from. "Every word I write is my opinion of Boost Mobile and their staff." Please do not patronize Boost Mobile at ******* Tara Blvd., Ste. F." When I first purchased a phone from Boost Mobile the guy was too relaxed to transfer data from one phone to another phone. He recommended I visit Best Buy and they can transfer the data, which I did for a fee. On 06/06/23, a woman associate was unprofessional, lack competency, failed to make simple/wise decisions, bad customer service, insensitive, bad hair/wardrobe, inconsiderate, untrustworthy, and desperately needs to take a course/seminar on how to relate and interact with customers, lack communication skills and intelligence, unreliable to transfer data from one phone to another phone. I wouldn't recommend her or Boost Mobile to purchase a cellular phone from. There are numerous reputable companies that provide/possess great interpersonal skills, deals, intelligence, knowledge, communication skills, excellent customer service and take good care of their customers. Repeat, please take your business elsewhere. I wish Boost Mobile much success. God Bless.

In my opinion, they are scammers, untrustworthy, and thieves. The associate failed to download any information from one phone to another phone. I couldn't check my email for messages. They are full of nonsense and Iack everyday common sense. I see why customers leave and complain about receiving bad customer service and the lack of communication skills. I wish Boost Mobile well. But I can vision them going out of business, another company buying them out and losing customers.

Boost Mobile worst service ever, dropped calls, calls don't go through, and when they do go through it loses signal and the other party you are calling hangs up because they think you are not on the phone anymore. What a rip off, this service should be FREE, they really shouldn't even be open doing business. DON'T BUY ANY BOOST MOBILE PHONES!

Last year, i paid extra for using my phone, while i am in canada. Alas, never got that service. They hung up my call after 45 minutes waiting!
Now i bought samsung galaxy s10, on line boost deals.
The adress was incomplete, and my purchase is returned!
Today i spent an hour on phone with boost customer service, to get my phone back. She said it is done! I thanked her. BUT BOOST CALLED ME BACK TELLING, MY PHONE GOES BACK TO SENDER, AND AFTER THAT THEY WILL REFUND THE MONEY!
I HAVE MORE TO SAY ABOUT BOOST, BUT, FORGET IT. THEY ARE HOLELESS.

I purchased an iPhone 12 just a few weeks ago and was told that I could import my old cell # from another carrier within the month of purchase, well that's a lie! I was also told that all I had to do was purchase another SIM card because the one I purchased with the phone was only for that number, that's a lie. No importing and SIM card was a waste of money - BECAUSE THEY LOCKED MY PHONE - WHICH PREVENTS A PERSON FROM HAVING ASSESS TO YOUR PHONE - NO IMPORTING - TO BOOT - I OWN THE PHONE, I BOUGHT IT. SO THEY WILL BE IN LITIGATION!

Virgin Mobile sold my 11 year account to Sprint, who sold it to Boost. I had two identical phones, both worked at the same time when I was with Virgin Mobile. Only one worked by the time they sold my account to Boost. My working phones screen was having intermittent problems and I wanted to port my number to the other phone. I went into Boost and the employee said "no problem." After an hour in the store I walked out with TWO PHONES THAT DIDN'T WORK. SHE BRICKED THEM. Boost mobile has no contact that I could find but I would love to sue them.

Where to start? I had been a customer for 5+ years. I had bought and paid for a phone thru them and early this year it refused to charge. We had an extra phone, the same exact model, my bf bought from Straight Talk. The phone was unlocked and Boost reps lied and refused to activate. The phone is activated right now thru another carrier. Boost lied over and over saying it was not unlocked and I was pushed into a situation of purchasing a new phone thru Boost in order to keep my #. This new phone I am currently writing this from, is bought and paid for and should belong to me. But I need to keep paying these thieves thru the rest of the year until my phone can be unlocked and I can move to another carrier. Since my phone at the time was completely dead, we used my bf phone to call boost customer service, he was also on the line telling them that his phone was unlocked. We had given them his number as a call back number (remember my line was dead) and for 3 days he received prank phone calls from India. Not the usual scams where they are trying to get something from you. These were very 'unprofessional' sounding pranks where they were just doing this to taunt us. You want to know how scammers are getting phone numbers? I'd check employment records of all the outsourced mobile carriers customer service centers first!

I went to one of the Boost mobile stores and they sold me on a lot empty promises. The coverage is horrible I can hardly get through a call with out some type interruption weather its a dropped call or just dead spots. I cant call from my house and I live in Bloomington Mn. It has been 3 months of horrible service I could not take it any more. I have been looking for a different carrier and found one that will work period. But Boost mobile will not release my phone that I paid big bucks for. They say you don't have a contract with them and you can leave any time you want. But after paying 375 dollars for phones that work very well they will not release them so I can use them with another carrier. When there service doesn't meet there promises and you need the service you were promised at least the ability to make uninterrupted calls. They should allow you to leave with your phone. After about 6 hours on my home phone with there customer services team because my cell phone doesn't work. They said you need to use there service for 12 months before they will release the phones. I will now have to purchase new phones with a carrier that will work for me and throw out the phones from boost mobile. Be very care full that you don't make the same mistake I did and spend 375 dollars on phones that you can only use for 3 months.

I had boost for a little, it was nothing but a headache. Their app is terrible, how to pay is terrible. I paid my month's bill on October 1st 2021 then put another month on my account so I had it to pay for December 1st that money disappeared and I had to pay another 57 dollars when my phone was shut off. Now today my account is suspended because I disputed the money I put in my account because of having to pay again. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

I have been using boost mobile for the last 10 years Since last year I tried to switch for a better plan carrier they don't want me to go they are not willing to remove the PORT, I don't have the right to use my phone number to another carrier because of this I fell I am Slave for boost mobile, can someone give me a helping hand America

I have had boost mobile for 7 years and was extremely satisfied with their service UNTIL NOW. Their customer service has been down for 3 weeks first of all who does that? It came time to add money so I bought a re boost card as I have for the past 7 years. Well how bout customer service is down automated line also down. I could go to boost online except I forgot my pin so I couldn't add money that way. Bottom line I have been without phone service for 7 days and they have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WHATSOEVER TO HELP ME.
