I called to activate my phone using a boost card the man who answered was very very helpful. He took his time explaining exactly what he needed and how I could get the information so he could turn on my phone. He remained positive throughout the entire call and even made small talk while waiting for the for the results to go through. 10/10 service someone i want to handle my technical issues in the future.
They do not have the phones they sell in stock to ship out within a good time frame! It takes them at least a week to even ship, even though they took the money from my account! What the heck? Phone service is good. Their customer service people suck too, even supposed supervicer. What the heck. Phones bought and paid for in total or payment they have for them should be able to ship within 24 hours for a big company like them. Seems like they have to order it, then ship to the custer!

I requested for some lines to be taken off a few months ago and they never took them off and the payment automatically came out my account and I called and they said they were going to give me a refund because they never took the lines off and I paid for them. Now they're saying I can't get a refund because I paid for the lines already but I asked you asked to REMOVE the lines months ago… BULL$#*!

So I purchased a Boost Mobile phone with a $35 reboost card and I did a pattern to keep my phone locked for safety forgot it forgot what it was could not reset the phone every time I went into there it said no command so took the phone back for a refund and went through a whole different company and now they don't even want to refund me my $35 so everyone out there you are very wise not to use Boost Mobile they are horrible

My husband and I bought Boost Mobile iPhones and they sent us 5G SIM cards we talked through the set up with a Boost Mobile rep and got our new phones up and running... I thought everything was up and running until I was away from home (away from WiFi), I was on the road and needed maps to get directions and my cellular data would not work, tried texting my husband and couldn't send out a text, stopped at a gas station to buy a map... they don't cell maps at most gas stations because we have cellphones. I have been working with Boost tech support for two weeks now, and by the way, my husband and I are both disabled and needed to call 911 and that didn't even work, and tonight not one, but two tech support people hung up on me. I was not belligerent, not one swear word and if they lose your call they are supposed to call you back and not one did.
The same thing happened the other night too All I said to these folks was, please put yourself in my situation... I truly hope the CEO of this company sees this review and makes some changes to their customer service. This is not how you treat people that have always paid their bills on time faithfully. So, in the end, please do your research and good luck with your phone provider. Very disappointed
I was only with Boost a couple of months because they cheated me out of my 5g data by hiking up my usage.
I paid for the unlimited data plan. I soon found out that 'unlimited' meant 30 GB of 5G. However, they started slowing it at 20 GB.
My new month started yesterday on the June 15,2023. I went to the Boost app to pay but it showed that I had already used about 5 GB which was a lie. The next page on the app showed I had used about 10 GB. My phone showed only 792 MB had been used. Today,I called Boost customer service and the agent claimed I had used 5GB in less than 24 hours. I asked her to reset my usage because my phone showed only 792 MB. She refused. I asked for a supervisor but the CSR said none were available. I told her fraud was a crime. I asked for a supervisor to call me. CSR asked me if I had paid yet. I said, No. About an hour later, my service was suspended.
*When I added photo, I noticed it shows I only have 25 days left. Today is June 16,2023. My plan reset yesterday. There should be 29 days left.

I give this company ZERO stars they steal money from their customers on top of they lie. I switched from boost because they lied to me and I switched mine and my husband's phone we still had 26 days left and they refused to give me my money back that we did not use. They are NOT A TRUST WORTHY COMPANY. They are suppose to be their for the customers that keep them in business. If it wasn't for us they would not even be in business. Do not trust them they are out for their benefit and not their customers.

This Place is a JOKE! My phone was cut off so I wanted to make my payment, tried on my phone but since my internet was off it wouldn't let me, I had to go to the store. So I pay at the store and they charge my card twice. Once to get it back on with a Fee and then processed my payment from my phone that I tried to make first but I couldn't cause I need internet. This is the 4th of June and we talked to them on the 26th of May to shut off my phone and the person my wife spoke to said 24 to 48 hrs and my phone would be unlocked and I could be with ATT. Bul$#*! It has now been 9 days and some 216 days without my phone, you clowns have not done anything to help me and I am sick of you. If I owe you any money I will return the favor. Very frustrated I ordered a phone from boost Mobile on Black Friday I never received the phone although UPS claims it was delivered I was home all day and there was no delivery I asked for a refund on my money or a new phone replacement boost Mobile would not give me one until I file a police report I had a police officer here at my apartment and there's really nothing I can file on because I never received the package UPS is willing to take care of it but boost Mobile will not give them the info they need UPS accepted my claim that I never received it... Boost Mobile is really terrible I have been with them for years I bought all types of people to them I face the worst hardship in the world My phone was turned off I lost my job they shut off and suspend my service I couldn't get incoming calls I couldn't make calls out I called and ask for help I even asked for credit something I know they do they turned on three people phones that I know of and when I face my hardship they left me out in the cold I would never ever in my life and use boost again I've also told each and every family member and friend that I associated boost with we are going to stop using them and never use them again you hurt my feelings very bad boost signing off very hurt this satisfied customer
They put others lives in jeopardy cause they mess up the sim card in your phone to where it will not even call 911. I have a heart condition. They messed up my sim card cause they said I was using to much internet and I paid for unlimited and they said I was in violation of terms and conditions. A week prior I called and a supervisor told me I was in no danger of haveing my phone cut off they took the bill money and cut phone off I would not even be able to call 911 at all now they will not give me a refund on the three months I paid in advance like I always have for years with them. I had to go pay t mobile 540.00 for new service and phone and they still have not gave me my number I had like I got the info for I am pissed but if you do not want to die DO NOT GET THIS PHONE CARRIER AT ALL THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT RIPPING GOOD PEOPLE OFF AND PUTTING YOUR LIFE AT RISK

I hate boost mobile slow a$$ wifi, service is a$$ I wouldn't recommend, it's the weakest of them all don't spend your money on this bs I really hate y'all.
I've been with boost for 10 years now and I remember before was Virgin Mobile. I have no complain about the signal eventhough is not perfect but my main complain is unknowlegble customer service and terrible policy. Here is my experience:
I had 2 lines with them and my wife wanted to switch from at and t to boost because of affordability. Finally we got 3 lines with boost. I contacted them to put all three lines into one account as Family Plan and they did for $110 a month for all 3 lines. However after a year I was checking the website and I saw they are ripping me off because they offering same plan for existing customers for only $25 a month! So I contacted them but they said I first need to go to boost mobile store to separate the lines! A Day after I went to boost mobile store I'm Concord CA and they said you need to contact customer service and not come to store!
So I contacted customer service and they said due to technological issue we are unable to separate your lines and if you want to have a single line you have to get a new number line from us! I asked if this technological issue will be fixed one day and they said probably!
It's been one year now that every month I call them and still they don't want to separate my lines so I can get a better price plan because they prefer to keep ripping me off!
After this I warn people never go with boost, never trust boost as they are the worst. I am now changing provider and happy with the affordability and professionalism of the new provider.

I waited patiently till Tuesday and here we go I call hagin,,,they told me sorry you can't cancel your order but you can return,I responded but he order didn't process yet, the guy said, I asked him to talk with the manager he continued to explain and return manytimeshow he can't cancelmy order,snd I need to wait 20 minutes to talked with a manager so i said no problem and here we go I never talked with the manager,and i waswaitingfor 45 minutes on the line.just bad customer service I never do service with them,thank God I see it before opening account with them
Boost mobiles insurance ripped me off, my phone cracked it still worked so I would just leave it at home so I wouldn't get glass on my finger and so it wouldn't stop working, I was to busy at the time to have it replaced I knew I had insurance so it was no big deal, but when I tried to have it replaced they said that I was denied because it ran out minutes same day that happened I made my payment because of that there saying it was off when it broke, bull $#*! there fired
