I called to activate my phone using a boost card the man who answered was very very helpful. He took his time explaining exactly what he needed and how I could get the information so he could turn on my phone. He remained positive throughout the entire call and even made small talk while waiting for the for the results to go through. 10/10 service someone i want to handle my technical issues in the future.
They do not have the phones they sell in stock to ship out within a good time frame! It takes them at least a week to even ship, even though they took the money from my account! What the heck? Phone service is good. Their customer service people suck too, even supposed supervicer. What the heck. Phones bought and paid for in total or payment they have for them should be able to ship within 24 hours for a big company like them. Seems like they have to order it, then ship to the custer!
They charge more on the card and they don't credit you! They stole from me $50. No one should touch this service
Boost Promises one thing and when it's time to fulfill the Promise, it's when you find that it was All a Lie to get Your Money. I'm Switching BACK to CRICKET!
I've been a customer for years and when I go into a store for help or to make a payment I get extra charges or bad service
Tip for consumers:
Take off the service charge since I didn't have enough cash for it. Only enough for my phone payment

I have been a boost mobile customer for many years. Buying several phones for children, spouse, my self and even parents. I have had one problem not recieving a online order of a galax6y 8 plus phone that cost me 375.00 for a prewoned phone. It did NOT come to my house, i called boost and they refused to replace or refund my money, telling me to go file police reprot? The police didnt take my phone, they did not recieve my 375.00 why is it MY responsiblity to file a report? Where is boost responsiblity? This is outrageous. I am physically not able to walk to police station I do not have a car and they want me to do thier work? How can i get my money back or a phone to replace my lost package? I do nto have alot of money, I can not affford to buy another phone. And why should I? Boost fraudantly kept my 375.00 and did not give me a phone, if it was sent, i sure didnt get it.
This is the worst phone company, My internet don't work and I can't receive calls, and Customer service sucks
Raven was patient and very informative. Problem was solved with no hassle. Astonishing social skills!
Don't lose your pin # or you will have to remember what you ate 10 years ago, who you were with and what were the political events at that time.
Boost mobile company is so bad! Almost 2 weeks without internet! I prepaid for unlimited data, but they cut it.
Tip for consumers:
It will be helpful to know that hell really exist and bad people going there!
I have no cellular network several times a day. This is unacceptable. Boost is lousy. I will never go to this provider again.
Tip for consumers:
Don't go to Boost Mobile. Run while you can still walk. They do not care about their customers or the service they provide.
Boost service used to be pretty alright. I've been with them for about 6 years now, and through that time have always had auto pay enabled. Was quite a shock to wake up 3 weeks ago to my phone lines disabled due to lack of payment. Just to find out that a new website had been constructed and needed my payment information re put in on the new site (with no email, text or push notification to this). Original reason for going with Boost was as an introvert, i prefer being able to self service when available. Now with the new website, you cannot even do that. No more option to change your number, activate a new phone yourself, nothing except pay your bill or shop for more crap. Bit the bullet and called to transfer a new phone onto my line since my daughter broke her old phone... Longest hour of my life that ended in the rep telling me to use random items to try and basically force her iphone side storage open (all while admitting they are not liable if using a random sharp item not created to be shoved into an iphone hole causes damage). After 45 minutes, rep said it was good to go, put me on hold and then disconnected. Got the feelings things were not in fact good to go, called back and sure enough? The "retention" specialist was like welp, ya she didn't do any of the stuff she said she was doing while keeping you on the phone that long. Sucks, but ya you need to basically risk breaking your phone to get them swapped (despite having used this as a back up phone a dozen times over the years and never had to swap anything out of it). Icing on the cake? Was talking to the store rep about why all of a sudden its like our data is being throttled, to the point i cannot even open an app outside of wifi. Was told that due to the recent acquisition? The terms of agreement have been altered and the unlimited data that we have grown very accustomed to with Boost? Is a thing of the past, and they have choked the life out of boost customers to try and get additional data pack purchases added to lines. Wouldn't advise coming to a company that has the most deceptive predatory practices against its consumers, and quite a shame a good company now is trash.

I ported over from Cricket to Boost Mobile not even a month ago. My internet never worked only was able to access 2/4 hotspots that was giving to me & my family plan. I called numerous of times & troubleshoot the issue. Just got off the phone today they said "I used my data & hot spot" when it never worked from the start. How? Not only that I did not sign up for slow internet I could've stayed with their competitors who has unlimited no slow speeds for the same exact price! Are you kidding me? That was not explained to me in the store. I was told oh yeah we are better same thing you get with cricket is what we give that's why they don't want you to switch. Ok so I'm gullible & switch plus needed a new phone end up paying over 400$ to buy 2 phones & switch over 2 phones. Fast fw, today I spoke with a total of 4 people for 1 hour. The supervisor Gel transferred me to an account specialist who was clueless as to why lol I guess she didn't want to resolve a new customer issue. I then retrieved my pin & account number from the rep, I asked to be transferred to a Different supervisor. She gets on the line "oh I see you got your pin you didn't tell the rep your concerns can you tell me" I'm like lady are you guys not notating the account I've been transferred 4 times. This supervisor Name is Michelle. So I proceed to keep talking to her about my experience she says oh the last supervisor explained this to you. I said hold up I thought you had no clue? She stared oh she is right here. & let me make this quick so I don't waist your time lol. Basically you waisted your money even tho o complained from day one my data does not work but now is used up its nothing she can do. So yeah if you wanna give away money, unanswered questions, & lack of customer service go on down to Boost Mobile. I am porting over today I will not!
I have been a loyal customer of Boost Mobile since 2010. I have had a hacker on my cell phones and computers for six months 24/7 and have been the unfortunate victim of this sociopaths cyberstalking and cyberbullying who has taken total control of my 3 cell phones, 3 computers continuously. I am aware of the victim's identity and have some proof of his cybercrimes. I have had a report with the Sarasota's Sheriff's Department, yet they told me I HAVE TO GET DOCUMENTATION FROM BOOST MOBILE REGARDING THIS HACKER ON MY CELL PHONE BEFORE THEY WILL HAVE DETECTIVES INVESTIGATE. I CALLED BOOST 5 TIMES AND KEEP GETTING DISCONNECTED. HOWEVER, I ASKED THEM TO CALL ME BACK IF THAT HAPPENED AND THEY DID NOT! Also one representative said she couldn't help me!
Boost mobile does not care about its customers. After paying my $35 bill my service was not working 3 days after paying my bill and when I contacted Boost about this issue about 1 week into the issue they said towers were being worked on. Upon calling boost 1 day prior to my next bill being due I was told they could credit my account only $5 and I still did not have an estimate on when my service would work as its supposed to. As a result boost expected me to pay the equivalent of $10 per day for service and be OK with that. That works out to an average of $304 per month with the way this past month of service worked. It would've been literally cheaper to go through any other service provider and have a contract with a $1000 phone. In the past I've bought phones through Verizon for example as well as AT&T that the phone costed $1000 that the payments were wrapped up in my bill plus my service fee came out to a fraction of what boost mobile essentially charged me for per day for service and then with no estimated time for my service to be corrected and boost only willing to credit me $5 somehow boost expected me to be ok with that. I will 100% be transferring service providers and be notifying people to steer clear of boost mobile since boost is willing to take your money but isn't willing to ensure that the money they take is spent accordingly. If I pay for a month of service I expect that I get my month of service or money back equivalent to the service lost. You don't get paid for a month just to provide service for 3 days out of 30 ie. 10% of what was paid for. An appropriate refund would have been $32.50 as that is 90% refund. You provide 10% service you receive 10% pay not 10% service for almost 90% pay.
I purchased a Boost cellphone through hsn. I'm very satisfied with Boost. Unlimited for $45. I have great service. I love prepaid. No hidden fees.
My main gripe is they say unlimited data but they constantly are reminding you with harassing emails / text messages that your going over your data.
This $#*!ing place turned my mother phone because they she be on the too $#*!ing long. This is $#*!ing unlimited $#*! who $#*! does that
I'm a current customer of Boost and have been for many years with multiple phones. I've seen a drastic decline in my service since Sprint sold to Terrible Mobile. The Word Unlimited is used a lot in mobile phone service but you really Never get it! I use to get 35gb phone data and 30gb hotspot data but Not anymore. I was Told I would get Better service if I got the New SIM card provided by Terrible mobile to use in my boost phones and I HAD to do it to keep service with Boost. I'm here to tell All that is Not the case. I've received Many offers to move to Terrible Mobile ie; free phones, activation and discount price but have chosen to stay with Boost because it just a hassle to switch. I've voiced my concerns to Customer Service (which is based in India I believe) and they don't really understand and don't know a lot of the time how to respond to a English speaking person. I'm Very Unhappy with Boost/Terrible Mobile and will be moved to Another provider Soon! I Do Not recommend Boost/Terrible Mobile to Anyone! If you actually Use your Data daily it will Mysteriously disappear Faster than when Sprint owned Boost, using my Data the exact way I did with Sprint/Boost Mobile! Buyer Beware!
I do not know what happened when they switched me boost to boost one. I don't recommend then at all.

This is a fraud with insurance! This is a scam I've been paying insurance for 3 years every month, I finally broken my phone. I need a replacement and they're refuse to help me! The gentleman was insisting that I give him a specific date when I broke the phone I couldn't remember! So I said any day just to give him a date. But I called previously two weeks ago to get a replacement phone! I didn't have the money at the time to pay for the replacement phone so I waited until I had the money! Then called back! They're using excuse, that I gave them the wrong date? So now I'm not eligible to get a replacement phone wow! Can you believe this even though I pay insurance every month on these phones they're telling me I cannot get a phone this is stealing people's money what is the point of having insurance if we can't use it? What does it matter about the time and date that I broke the phone you guys are receiving in my insurance money every month regardless, the pandemic must really have these companies in a tough situation if they got a steal people's insurance money for their phones! I feel like I've been treated like I'm lying like I'm a thief like I'm pulling some type of scam when I'm paying for insurance, what do I need to lie for? I'm paying for it anyway! Stop treating people like they're stealing when they're actually paying for their stuff! You're stealing from us and you guys need to stop it! I'm a single father with two kids I pay my taxes! Want to pay my little money and get my phone actually I should get a free phone for paying insurance for as long as I have! You guys should be ashamed of yourself, this is low down and dirty this is filthy this is grimy this is petty!
Tip for consumers:
I wouldn't do it because they treat everybody like criminals even though I pay insurance on the phone every month cash they treat me as if I'm doing fraud or online or something this is crazy I'm a single father with two kids and I pay my taxes like everyone else this is not right but no one will listen because I'm a minority and a poverty neighborhood this is how I usually goes they take from us and they kill us or lock us up either way we don't matter or we out the way that's not right!

No absolutely not only a person have been done wrong with sit up here and take the time out to do this this is wrong I hope somebody from corporate or their company see this and fix these problems this is not the way you treat Americans or anybody for that matter
I ordered a phone feb 22nd. Decided the next day that I didn't want it, because I wanted a different phone. I Called and was told by a slow rep that I couldn't cancel the order and that I had to wait until the phone was delivered to me in order for me to send it back for a full refund. Phone was suppose to be delivered feb 28th but instead boost sent a request to ups to return the phone back to them the day it was to be delivered to me. I received notification that boost requested that the phone be returned instead of delivered. Called boost and spoke to a goofy slow rep who said I had to wait until they receive the phone back and once the phone was received I would then get a refund. The phone was delivered back to boost March 1st. I called and multiple slow goofy reps stated that I had to now wait "7-14" business days for a refund. They also confirmed that they had received the phone March 1st. It's now March 26th. I called yesterday and all of a sudden now the slow goofy rep said that they never received the phone even though I have tracked the order and know that the phone was received by someone named "REY" at the dock. Then I spoke to another slow goofy rep who said it hasn't been 7-14 business days yet and that I need to continue to wait for a refund. Lol. It's funny because I did research before even deciding to go with this weird company but I wanted to get my own experience instead of listening to all the other terrible reviews. I wish I would have listened and saved my money. SMH.
I bought a Celero 5g back in November and it's never worked quite right I made a claim about it and I've just gotten the run around and my claim denied and now since I dropped my insurance the dumbest thing I have to have ACTIVE INSURANCE TO MAKE A REPORT AOUT A MANUFACTURE WARRANTY THAT IVE BEEN TOLD SEBERAL DIFFERENT LENGTHS OF TIME THAT IT ENDS ALL BY BOOST every number I've been given for "wingtech Celero" is either fake nonexsistant or a completely different company my phone has became basically unusable now and is literally causing issues with my marriage go to any other company but boost

If I could rate this lower I would. It started when some hacker hacked into my bank account and stole my life savings. He took everything and I couldn't afford to pay my bill until I got my situation sorted with the bank. I called boost to request an extension on my payment and they said they were not allowing extensions at this time. I explained to them my situation and asked if there was ANYTHING that they could do to help as my money had been stolen. They said no, and advised they'd be shutting off my service if I couldn't make my full payment by the due date. I was upset enough as it is, but this really pushed me over the line. Their lack of empathy and willingness to even try and help was just deplorable to me. So I decided to switch to TMobile. When getting my plan with TMobile they told me I need my account number and a number transfer pin in order to port my old phone number, neither of which I had. So I called boost and got absolutely nowhere. They claimed they couldn't find me in their system and wanted the IMEI and ICCC among other various things despite finding me not even 2 days prior with just my pin when I called for the extension. I must've called about 50 numbers and been transferred who knows how many times. I got nowhere. Eventually I go into the store and I explain to the employee the situation, thinking being face to face with someone would surely be more helpful than what's happened so far. He didn't even bother to try and look me up in his system, just points to a phone number on the wall and says "have you tried giving them a call?" Yes, and about 50 others! He did give me another number to call and this agent was FINALLY able to give me the information I needed in order to port my number, but the process for this was utterly ridiculous. They don't care about their customers in the slightest, getting a hold of anyone helpful is almost impossible, in store employees don't even try to help claiming there isn't anything they can do without even trying, and their system is a mess. I regret being with them for 10+ years, and so far I am enjoying T-mobile. I won't be going back, and I advise others to do the same.
