I called to activate my phone using a boost card the man who answered was very very helpful. He took his time explaining exactly what he needed and how I could get the information so he could turn on my phone. He remained positive throughout the entire call and even made small talk while waiting for the for the results to go through. 10/10 service someone i want to handle my technical issues in the future.

They do not have the phones they sell in stock to ship out within a good time frame! It takes them at least a week to even ship, even though they took the money from my account! What the heck? Phone service is good. Their customer service people suck too, even supposed supervicer. What the heck. Phones bought and paid for in total or payment they have for them should be able to ship within 24 hours for a big company like them. Seems like they have to order it, then ship to the custer!

This company is by far the worst cell service to ever exist. I'm assuming they no longer so exist. Since they haven't had service for weeks. Any money on your phone plan or money on your account is just gone. Can't even change your own phone number to a new provider since the number to call is now a BS recording that doesn't give you any options or help. I'm out $100 for this months plan and a $50 reboots card. Then I had to buy a new phone and plan on Metro. Smh. Tried giving them time and some leniency but after 2 weeks without service I had to move on. Not a word from them. Not even an explanation. Smh.

HOrrible customer service. Been with Boost for over 7years and it has gotten worse as the years go by.
Can not get your own phone information is BS.
And now that they are switching to Dish network it's worse. Phone started glitching like crazy and now can not access and they will not give me my information. BS!

I had no service at all the other day and have been having alot of service problems with boost lately. I call them and I'm hold for an hour for them to say restart your phone and call back to wait another hour so I did and finally get in touch and they hang up just for me to call back again to wist another hour for them to tell me nothing they can do about it. On top of that I can barely understand these Indian accents. Can't even talk to someone in the United States anymore its ridiculous. I would give negative stars if I could.

Boost mobile has tooken money out of my acct multiple times for the last two months they claim I haven't pd my bill when my bank acct says I paid it twice I hv been a boost customer for 12 plus years but I'll b damned if they are gonna screw my finances and not give me service. I would recommend you go elsewhere

I bought a brand new iPhone 12. On the second day of having it my phone became extremely glitchy, kept turning off and restarting over and over again. I called them explaining the situation. At first I was told I couldn't exchange it but I would have to return it then wait 3-4 weeks for my refund. I called back 2 days later and now I won't be getting my refund or an exchange. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

1-They have no idea what unlimited means so I sure wouldn't reccomend it. 2- Insurance? They don't know what that is either. 3- If they out you on hold, you may as well hang up and start over! 4- Ask to speak to a supervisor... good luck! I could keep going but I'm runnin out of space and I still unfortunately have a boost mobile phone until the end of the month! Good luck peeps!

Came to write a bad review but based on the hundreds that exist already, I don't have to lol!
Unethical, bad business, scamish, it should be unlawful for a company to keep your money when they know for a fact you cannot use their service, be extremely careful if you choose boost and make sure your phone can use boost before conducting business with them, not to mention they will slow your speeds within the first day of a new payment.which I actually looked passed that red flag, just to be downright honest...boost mobile as a company are slimy.piece of shiddd, and just downright despicable. Use them at your own risk. I had three plans with them.my mom my dad and I, I'll never conduct business with them again.and obviously they don't care duhh...none of these companies care because nobody holds them accountable, boost are just as shady as dollar general LOL.

I recently tried boost for a mobile hotspot because I'm in a rural area. The hotspot was fine but I needed more data so I bought an add on. Customer service said "it's a known issue and please give it 24 to 48 hours". Three weeks later my month reset and there was my add on. New month, same problem. I talked to no less than 6 people and I'm pretty sure they only work off of a script because they always say the same thing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOST. Luckily for them I dealt with nomad before so boost is only the 2nd worst Internet company I've ever dealt with

I went in & Bianca was so sweet and so understanding of my situation. She took the time
Out to help me and fix the issue i was having with the "SOS NO SIM". It was such a headache for me and she really took that off my back. Give my girl a raise or something (yuba city boost mobile location)

Boost is horrible, we pay the day before but ALWAYS have to call to get it back on always wasting a half hour, THEN it takes HOURS for them to get you reactivated! I can't wait to get rid of them!

Was a customer 10 yr plus. Ordered a new phone and ended up not needing it after all. Went to return 11 days later and was told it was past the 7 day return window. Phone was new and still unopened galaxy s10e. So they won't accept the return and now they won't unlock the phone so I can sell it. Total theft going on here. Avoid at all cost!

Thieves they will take your money and not give you the service that you paid for. Customer service is nothing but glorified button pushers and time wasters. They were unable to do anything including refunding my money and canceling my service

I went to Walmart and purchased a boost mobile phone and a 35 dollar monthly card. When I called boost mobile to set the phone up after them taking my address and zip code they asked for the numbers on the back of the 35 dollar monthly card and put it into my account. After that I was told that there are no boost mobile towers in my area. I was told by boost to use wifi and that they can't send my money back because I paid cash for the monthly card. Boost mobile scammed me out of 35 dollars! I have not had any mobile connection only wifi which is free! What a joke. Boost mobile is scammers!

Do not use boost mobile!

If you are going to boots mobile! To purchase a phone make sure your phone is unlock before you spent all your money on a phone that is locked I purchase a iPhone from Boost mobile I paid over $500.00 for the phone Found out the phone is locked for one year with them and I purchase the phone the salesman did not inform me or he didn't expressed the policy on purchasing a new phone it's not on the receipt when I called boots mobile. You can't unlock your phone into a year of being with us it does not even matter if you purchased a phone in full price I replied The salesman should've explained it to you OMG … Don't be a victim of false advertisement! I was and people should know Before you spend your hard earned money

I was in Orlando on business and dopped my ph in the toilet. I knew it was a matter of time before i couldn't use it. Rushed to the 4477 vine store where mike assisted me. He was patient as i am not a techy and the most pleasant person as i needed to get up and running since i was here on bussines. You saved me. Thank you Mike.

I had Boost for years until somehow they showed I purchased a phone thru them when I didn't. Every month they would shut my service off and I would call customer service, and they would turn it back on. I spent 2 hours in a Boost store and they couldn't get it fixed. Finally I went to Cricket, and lost the last 2 weeks of my service at Boost. Their customer service is somewhere they don't speak English. They might as well not have customer service, they resolve no issues and suck. Don't get Boost.

I tried to return a phone to them under 14 days because it couldn't play games but they said they have a 7-10 days return policy only. I talk to a supervisor and she couldn't help me out at all. She couldn't make any exception at all!?!? Now I'm stuck with a phone I cant use for gaming. My fault I waited so long I guess. And why are their plan listed as unlimited? Its only 35 GB. Im Such A Noob!

I bought a phone paid cash in full 6 months later due to very poor service, dropped called, unable to send pictures via text, unable to get/receive calls, system always down so your unable to pay your bill even in store, then they shut my phone off because I couldn't pay even in store because the system was down. Tried to change carriers and found out boost has the phone locked. Called to try and get it unlocked talked to multiple people over several days that said the phone was unlocked IT IS NOT! The last time I was told they don't have the tools to unlock the phone because of a security breach in February...I looked it up while on the phone with the rep because he said "you can look it up on Google" so I did, I then told him that was in 2019 NOT this year. Boost refuses to unlock the phone that was bought and paid for in full at a Boost store. The Boost store employee where I bought the phone also said they can not unlock the phone.

Bought a new phone. Went into website. Website is being changed over. Website can't help me. Called. And called. And called. And hour here. An hour and a half there. 45 minutes. Transfer after transfer. Hold. Different agent. What's your number they ask. Over and over ad nauseum. No one knows what they're doing. No one speaks clear English. And the problem isn't resolved.

Boost Mobile would not give me my $100 refund for services I did not use they stole from my kids. I canceled my plan and only use 15 minutes of talk time but the talk time was with boost when i was trying to cancel my service... I dont not at all recommend Boost Mobile!

I was told they put a glass cover on my phone to keep it from shattering my screen if I dropped it... I dropped it and took it back to boost to remove the screen and apparently try they never put one on. He asked me if I wanted a new phone... but I would have to pay for it! I won't continue woth this service and would not advise any one else to get it!

Only a boost mobile customer only because they Virgin Mobile $#*! down and clients passed to them… to the point there CS dept totally uninformed or just a bunch of liars. Ported out my # to another carrier without being informed/advised that I was 2 months short of owning the phone but told if I checked back then the phone could be unlocked… call back then - given a case # and timeline of 24-48 hours for phone to be unlocked - check in overall several days without any change only to be told on the third inquiry that the phone can't be unlocked? I was irate to say the least… they could have made it right if they wanted to but expected me to reactivate the phone so they could get 2 more months of charges from me? Bottom line read the unlock policy before you purchase but i would NEVER do business with them again for the CS experience alone!

I've been a valued family plan customer with Boost Mobile for at least five years now and "Customer Service" has most definitely gone down hill. My recent incident this year was when I added another phone line to my existing family plan. Customer service acted like I was crazy and didn't know what I was talking about with their advertised "3 LINES FOR $100" and proceeded to debate with me over the phone. I'm just like …Boost Mobile customer service, You don't know your own company's promos?! Afterwards, they screwed up my family plan and payment due date (never mind the fact of hours I invested on hold and debating with customer service before THEIR issues were resolved).

Also, good luck trying to reach technical support that speaks clear English and doesn't put you on hold to read from a manual!

Overall, customer service is the face of any company and Boost Mobile's face is DIRTY.

Tip for consumers:
7 day window ONLY for refunds.

Paid for a phone now I don't have the service I have to wait a whole year for the phone to unlock what a crock of crap I don't recommend boost at all it a real rip off beware unless u want to give away ur money for free

Beside that the signal is bad, this Company is a ripoff. I order a phone on line, they made a mistake and they don't giving me my money back. Customer service isn't working right. Plus I moved one of my lines to a different Company, and they never released the line, so I have to get a new number, I couldn't transfer my number. Don't make business with Boost, believe me is a headache.
