I called to activate my phone using a boost card the man who answered was very very helpful. He took his time explaining exactly what he needed and how I could get the information so he could turn on my phone. He remained positive throughout the entire call and even made small talk while waiting for the for the results to go through. 10/10 service someone i want to handle my technical issues in the future.
They do not have the phones they sell in stock to ship out within a good time frame! It takes them at least a week to even ship, even though they took the money from my account! What the heck? Phone service is good. Their customer service people suck too, even supposed supervicer. What the heck. Phones bought and paid for in total or payment they have for them should be able to ship within 24 hours for a big company like them. Seems like they have to order it, then ship to the custer!
No customer service reps have supervisors and they are not trained so they are useless as 4 different reps told me 4 different stories. A mistake was made on boosts end and I've been without a phone due to incompetency and of course boost wouldn't have it any other way where there is nobody for you to contact that knows what they are actually talking about. I've been with boost for countless years and have experienced many problems.definitely switching, if you are joining boost research long and hard first because you will run into problems..
I order a phone and fifteen minutes or less I cancelled the order. I also sent an email to them to cancel the order. The order was made early sunday morning. They had more than enough time to stop the order. I even received a pending code the next day. They mailed the order anyway. Customer service each time I spoke to someone was not very helpful. I agree with another person review. They don't care about customer's only a sale. I differently will not refer this company to anyone. #disappointed

I bought what was supposed to be a new iPhone 11 for $50 then spent over $600 to get three phones and all the plans after 5 months the phone one of the phones went pure black took it into boost that there was no water damage nothing wrong with it to call insurance when called insurance they tell me it's $175 to replace even though we only had it 5 months or less and there was no water damage or nothing wrong with it boost would not do nothing to make this right it obviously was a glitch in the phone when I called a place to repair it they said they have received several calls from people from boost that have problems with these iPhone 11s and boost still wouldn't replace it worst company ever
I was charged $69 the day I switched to Boost Mobile - my data plan is just $15 per month. I have inquired about the breakdown of this amount from customer care several times and they could not deduce its possibility yet the best they could tell me was to keep going to the store I conducted the transaction to resolve the issue. I had told them that the Boost Mobile store employee was not willing to - she was even shouting because I wanted to understand the breakdown.
Please note that I went to the store after the first customer care phone call. That was when I realized I would not go back.

Boost Mobile has the worst customer service that I have encountered in over 40 years of doing business in Southern California. They suck. Their policies suck their customer Representatives suck they lie and they have their best interest in mind not yours. I will never use them again. Their policies stink and are geared towards their best interest not yours I could not even get a simple account number from them via the telephone. They need to take a lesson in customer service in ethics and in good business practices. Do yourself a favor and don't use them as a cell phone company. They should not be allowed to do business in the United states. Yes it's that bad.
Bought two phones a month ago. $400 wasted. Had 2g not 5g service I paid for. Called for the entire month, for two weeks has a recording bf their systems are down. When I finally reached customer service they could not even find my account. Yet they cut me off for non payment. Why would I pay? Tried to get my carrier unlocked to switch my phone service, they still can't because their system is not fully restored. They can't restore my service or give me a credit. But they can take my money and restore it then. That's BS! WORST COMPANY EVER!
Boost has been double charging me every time I recharge and has taken out money without me knowing about it. I have spoken to multiple staff and not a single person has helped me. So far they have taken $80 out if my account. I have changed to Telstra but still no one has told me why this is happening apsoultly hopeless
My phone is paid off and boost Mobile refuses to unlock it they say they're going to lock it for a year even though I've tried to switch to another company. The service I get was Bobby at best they used an AT&t tower and it was not very good either in the country or the city.

I have the $50 plan " Unlimited Talk & Text + 35GB LTE Data" which is not true at all!
After a few days they sent me a text message saying "You used 85 percent of your data usage cap. Once you reach*******. 000MB of usage, will reduce your data speeds through 06/20/2021.
That same day they sent me another message saying "You exceeded your data usage of *******. 000MB. We have reduced your data speeds through 06/20/2021."
That's not even the icing on the cake, they want to charge me more but I have literally no service currently ain't that a $#*!! They might as well cut my service off so I can go find a better company that actually works I never had these problems when I was with AT&T!
The cherry on top is I I tried contacting them through their customer service and they don't want to pick up my car how funny you guys think I don't realize what you guys are doing for anyone thinking of getting boost I see you think twice! I would never recommend boost there out of order!

I have been Boost Mobile for 10 years and last year I got a new job. My phone broke so I had to buy another one. I just got a new job but the phone service doesn't work and I have to stay with Boost for another 2 months because they will not unlock my phone which is paid in full because they have a 12 month rule. If I had enough funds I would buy a new unlocked phone. I have a job which requires me to use my phone. I hardly get service in the areas I work at but I can't get them to make a one time exception to unlock my phone 2 months early
I changed the card I was using to automatically pay this account on the day my payment was due. I contacted them to let them know but they cut off my service anyway. I had to manually make the payment with my new card and now they tell me I am a brand new customer and will not be eligible for any customer perks although I have been with them for years!
I had boost mobile since 2014 with the same number. Everything was great until tmobile took over. I installed tmobile sim card in November and in less than a week they cut off my unlimited data and my 30gig hotspot was all gone and I was cut off from all data. Since then I have switched to straight talk. This phone carrier is terrible.
Boost Mobile is the worst wireless company in the world if you're in the United States absolutely do not use this company or purchase a phone from them. Their main headquarters is not in the United States it's in Honduras. All of their phones that were purchased from China or programmed before sold to the consumer in the United States with a special programming for crooks opposition domestic terrorist so that they can do fraud and screw people over while you're sitting there wondering why is my phone acting this way. If you don't believe me go purchase a phone from boost Mobile anywhere go into the root menu and look how different it is from every other carrier or even an unlocked phone it will make you frustrated angry I cannot believe that the FCC continues to allow this company to operate.

I've been trying to talk to a live agent and can't. Its all chat. I bought a cat card last night and it's not working. They told me on chat to go back with everything to Walmart where i got my card. Trendy can't help. I went into a boost add they couldn't help. Now I'm out $50. It shouldn't be this hard to hey help.
I tried Boost because they had the sim I needed. Worse mistake I've ever made. Between dropped calls, not getting calls and texts and spending time online trying to resolve issues i was having. The straw that broke it all was a recent trip to NJ, dropped calls, no network available, no data but when I got lost and had no GPS and a prompt that said " Not registered on the network". I was done. BM is the worse company I've ever dealt with. I called to let them know what was happening, the first guy hung up, 2nd lady couldn't her me 3rd was Catlin. I explained to her my issues, she skipped right over my issues and started talking about expediting getting it fixed. No I want to cancel and get a refund. No refund yet they withdrew my monthly fee not even 5 days ago. Boost Mobile your company and service sucks
I had to put 2 (requests) in for my own money because it was on wrong account. First time they had the nerve to deny it! Now I haven't heard anything on 2nd request. They are coming off as crooks and next review will be with BBB!

Talked to two representatives and a supervisor and none of them could wrap their head around a simple problem: my contract is for 10G a month, but on Day 1 of the month it says I've already spent 5G. That is impossible. I started with Virgin 5 years ago and not once did I run out of data. My phone usage has not changed, but as soon as Boost took over I run out of data 2 weeks into the month every month. Customer Support is beyond useless. For the love of god do not use Boost under any circumstances.

I am trying to warn people if they really want to know what's going on. Boost was hacked with Ransomware on February 23rd with Dish Cellular. It is not an internal system issue they are working on. There are posts reported online about the hack. Boost vaguely describes it on the top of their page. I was a customer 18 years. Tried leaving and had the issue of unable to get an account number to keep my number. Then told I would not have to pay service while issue persisted. Then my account was shut off leaving me high and dry. I switched to T Mobile that night forfeiting my number. However they explained that if Boost finally releases my account number they can reinstate my phone number. Food for thought. Good luck folks. My advice is just leave now before it gets worse
Well it's the weekend, so as usual no service on my boost mobile phone. And as usual also my data only lasted six days despite no service for 2 of those days. I have been with boost for 11 years and the service has gotten worse and worse. It takes over 3 minutes to pull up site when you have your brief period of fast data, after you use that up you are out of luck. Also good luck getting a real person to talk to so you can complain. I have had enough of their crappy service I'm done. If you only want to have a phone to call or receive phone calls boost would be alright, but if you want web service run run run run run AWAY
Boost moblie is the worst phone company I've ever went through. They took $500 out of my account but didn't even pay the phone bill. They will not give me a code so I can have my phone unlocked. THE WORST. And the saddest part, they transferred me to 7 different people.
I had trouble setting up my mobile hotspot so I called 1st and was told I would receive a call back in 15 minutes, they never called back. I also was approved for the connectivity plan of $20 a month but ended up paying 50 because I didn't want to deal with the horrible customer service anymore. And now that I have the internet it is horrible for streaming it says its 5G but it works like 2g. Do not go with Boost.

They told me that they have upgraded to 5G and my 4G phone will not work anymore that I need to buy another phone. I told him no my phone has two SIM cards one for my business and one for personal. I told him that I want my money back. The guy just hung up on me. So I went to there store and talk to the salesperson about my problem and she told me that she was sorry but she cannot do anything about it that I would need to call their home office. I called again and told the her my problem and she hung up on me.

I'm with Xfinity mobile now because I just couldn't get any satisfaction out of boost and MetroPCS. Their service was bad. Their customer service knowledge was awful. And their customer appreciation and satisfaction were the worse I've ever experienced in a local sell phone service company. I've bought several new phones from these people and each time they've charged me out the wahoo for them even after being with them for years... I Don't like being charged for everything... Break a phone... They're going to charge you double for another one without even giving you the option of a discounted replacement

I ran out of gas in the parking lot why I was waiting for someone to come help her an her husband comes charging up yelling at me to move so I say ok he continues with loud yelling still telling me that I don't need to take up his parking lot so again I let him know that I'm moving on a flat but I'm moving then his wife comes out seeing him yell remind you for know reason begins yelling saying she's calling the cops and a tow truck so they can tow my vehicle for her and that's why she owns stuff that way she can have people like me leave if she says rivers edge shops

It is very disappointing the way boostmobile lies to their loyal paying customers. I purchased a new phone for my son and was told pay three months on time and I would recieve a $200.00 gift card, this was in December 2022. I stuck to my side of the deal however never recieved card and every time I call I am give a ticket number told it will be resolved now I am in the month of June 2023 still nothing. They are going to lose good customers because of their bad business practices. Shame on you boostmobile.
