I called to activate my phone using a boost card the man who answered was very very helpful. He took his time explaining exactly what he needed and how I could get the information so he could turn on my phone. He remained positive throughout the entire call and even made small talk while waiting for the for the results to go through. 10/10 service someone i want to handle my technical issues in the future.
They do not have the phones they sell in stock to ship out within a good time frame! It takes them at least a week to even ship, even though they took the money from my account! What the heck? Phone service is good. Their customer service people suck too, even supposed supervicer. What the heck. Phones bought and paid for in total or payment they have for them should be able to ship within 24 hours for a big company like them. Seems like they have to order it, then ship to the custer!
I paid for my plan on the 7th as always. The 9th my phone was off. Then I was told to pay the plan over again or do without a phone for 5 days. I want my refund because next month I'm going to a different company. The people are rude. The company like to steal your money and tell you to deal with it. They are the worse company around.
I have been a boost customer for over 15 yrs I only kept them cause the phone bill was cheap but there service stinks they don't compensate you or satisfy your needs to make you happy customer… I will be switching phone company's very soon… if you're a business person and you travel please don't get with this company your $#*! will be stranded and they will not help you wether you're out of data or not your phone shouldn't take 30 mins to connect. I had to search for Wi-Fi services just to be able to catch a Uber back home… Sad $#*! Company
Changed from T mobile to boost WHAT A MISTAKE Service is poor to say the least and when you hit data cap the slower data is unbearable 10 min to open weather.com for real how do they get away with this. I never had data speeds so slow since dial up
I went to the boost mobile store at 5975 s Cooper st and had the most amazing experience with Bernice. The Transaction was the BEST service from phone knowledge to the last detail for a phone case. She was in no better word to describe my experience as AMAZING... I would recommend that if you need a phone go to this boost.
So I paid for my monthly service on time, a week later they turned my service off so I had to pay again, they told me since they are a prepaid service they can't do refunds or issue a credit to my account even though I had to pay twice for something that was their fault.
My phone is shut off due to their technical probyes I can't get it turned back on Through the phone through the website or in the store they said it shouldn't affect our phone's service blind shut off that is unacceptable concerning I'm disabled and my phone is my lifeline. In the ratings if they had 0 would push -0
After wasting two and half hour on the phone over six months prepaid promotion, they can not find my payment and want to charge me additional fees plus $4.00 convenience fee...

I keep running out of date, I keep changing my plan to unlimited… but it's very limited
They will not unlock my phone to go to a new carrier for another 6 months
I do not recommend this company for phone service
The location on north bend never go to the location if you're wanting to get a cracked screen fixed for any phone. It took entirely way too long to finish it and they screwed up my phone to a point where I couldn't use it they ruined my home button to where I can't use it anymore for a iPhone 7+ and made me pay the bill before I even saw my phone and if this review was able to give me zero stars I would
In Tucson AZ, on the intersection of Irvington and Campbell Ave, sits a boost mobile store with probably the best example of customer service I've seen in YEARS. WAY TO GO GABBY. People like GABBY are the reason people stay loyal to any business. Way to go! Boost needs MORE people just. Like. Her.
Pleasant, engaging, empathetic, knowledgeable, efficient... I can go on...
Whoever hired this fabulous young lady IS A GENIUS
No issue with boost, UNTIL I moved my phone to AT&T. BOOST didn't want to unlock and release my phone for to take with me to AT&T. I owe the phone and don't owe any money. So I was told 1 to 2 hours. They they told me 48 hours. After 48 hours I was told 3 to 4 days. I'm so upset with boost that I will never go back to them or recommend anyone using them.
Switched from AT&T to boost mobile never ran out of data with AT&T and only had 22 gigs I've already given boost moble $220.00 in the first month of there so called unlimited plan I'm dropping them and would not recommend them to anyone.
So I got this email on the 13th of October n my bill wasn't due til the 29th I've called at least 10 times customer service keeps saying your service should be reinstated within 72hrs, still not fixed. I would have had my phone bill money but because I got this email I went shopping n don't have it because I clearly have something in writing saying u can use this credit towards your bill. I'm so upset I will never use boost ever again.

Don't get boost they lie

I bought a phone n paid for my service n then got that
I ordered a phone from boost online for $200 in May 2023. After I ordered the phone, I saw the same exact phone on their website in a different spot for $75. I tried to cancel the order and they told me no, then I tried to get a price match and was also told no. I ordered 2 more phone at $75 each. So the $200 phone arrives and I message to get an RA they said they would email it to me. They didnt, I messaged and called a total of 15 times to get a return authorization and them giving me excuses and telling me they would put notes on my account, keep checking my email blah blah blah. So today I message again and they tell me its too old to return. Ive been trying to return it for months and I guess this was the goal for them the whole time. Been a customer for over 10 years, I will never order anything from them again and plan on switching my family's phone carrier.
I have been a customer for well over a year and a half. Today was absolute ridiculous. I just needed to activate a number for my 3rd line. I was on hold 4 times with people that either couldn't understand my simple request. I choose to avoid the hassle over the phone but then there was a 30 dollars price difference for what I wanted. Back to the phone and again they had me on hold for 40 mins each time. After 4 phone calls and a supervisor I got the issue resovedl and they still charged me for the hassle. I'm definitely leaving this company as soon as I can afford too. Customer service is thee worst!
I called to get my account number because i needed it to give to my lawyer. I was given the run around. Three lines on one bill how hard could that be? Each line has there own account number and all phones have same pin. However, one phone they said had a different pin but would not give us a solution to get this pin number that we never gave them. Four hours later fibally got all three account number. Worst customer service on phone and instore. Been with BOOST 3-4 years was not planning on switching to another company but after 4 hours to get an account number on tgis that i pay every month was the the last straw. Will be looking else where. Boost doesn't care about customers or keeping them. They just want your money. They also have the worst phones. Im DONE Boost. Goodbye
Tip for consumers:
Don't go to Boost
Trash company. Was with them 7 years and went to switch services. Canceled my service through boost 4 days before my payment was due and switched services. They charged my card and when I submitted 2 refund request they said it was nonrefundable and couldn't explain why. TRASH DO NOT RECOMMEND SCAMMERS look at reviews online and other people have had the same problem. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY TRASH.

Boost mobile is a joke. Half the time my service doesn't work. PAY ATTENTION TO MONTHLY STATEMENTS! As they tried to double my plan, 109.00 for one line! Then trying to get reimbursed for almost a month now. Do not use their phone service.

Cell phone
Purchased a new cell phone from website which was supposed
To be compatible with my current plan. When I went to activate I
Was told I would need a new plan $15 more than my current
Plan. This was for a flip phone I only use for voice. After
Spending an hour and a half with customer service and being
Hung up on twice I finally got an RMA to return the phone. I was
Told that I would need to take the phone to FedEx which is 40
Miles from me and they could not authorize a pickup from my
Location. I'm sorry is not an acceptable response from
(supposed) senior management for something that I have done
In the past with ebay, Amazon and other vendors with no
Problems. The contempt which this company has for their
Customers is appalling.
If this review can get to at least one person to stop them for going to boost I consider my job done cuz that will prevent one person for making the same mistake that I have. They do not treat their loyal customers right at all they suspended my account and canceled my account out of the blue for no reason whatsoever. Boost Mobile has changed over the years they have gotten worse and they lie to their customers. The way they treat their customers Boost Mobile will be a thing of the past as it should be so please please if you're considering going with Boost Mobile please do not go with Boost Mobile please go elsewhere for your cell phone needs. They do not care about their customers or they're families. They are not worthy of a one star if I could give a zero I would
After several unsuccessful attempts of trying to get assistance logging into my account, and buying more data for my plan, I decided to delete my account, but since I can't log in to my account after boost updated it's app, I had to contact them by chat, to delete my account. I need data to access Google maps because I recently moved to a new state and that is the way I've been able to get around, so pretty much I can't get anywhere without it until I become more familiar with this state. I bought a reboot card added it to my account and could not use it because the representative said I can only use it for bill payments, so I wasted $15, this past Friday I purchased 2 extra gigs of data over the phone through customer service rep, boost mobile withdrew it from my account, and I still didn't receive my extra data, so I had my bank stop payment. You lost a customer over something so simple I hope someone can provide customer service with better training

Cell phone service
I am over all happy with Boost mobile. I have been with them for years and have never had a dropped call or any trouble with service. What I am unhappy about is that I just made my final boost up payment that is payment 18. For 18 months I was paying $25 a month for a phone that stopped working 12 months ago. When the store rep sold it to me she said I would be paying $250 for a phone I could have paid $120 cash for. I didn't do the math I just took the lady at her word. Had I done the math I would have known I would be paying $450 for a $120 phone that lasted 6 months. I didn't get insurance on the phone because I had major problems in the past with thier insurance that it wasn't worh the hassle. They should not be allowed to get by with such highway robbery of charging $450 for a piece of junk phone that I could have paid $120 cash for but the store rep made the idea of payments sound like a good deal. Im sure it was profitable to her because she probably got commision off of it.
Tip for consumers:
Do not do thier payment plan.

I ordered the phone received the phone went to activate it and all I got was our systems are down went on to live chat and they said our systems are down we cannot activate your phone at this time it's been two and a half months since their systems have been down and I still haven't had my phone that they sent me brand new activated yet so I'm sitting with the phone can't get service can't get any customer service representative on the phone and it just goes to that stupid chat that is basic questions and they go around in circles do not and I repeat do not invest in this company
I tried to activate my parents' phones after ordering two $100/year sim cards and two phones on the Boost Mobile website. They wanted to transfer their old phone numbers, but after calling Boost customer service 5 times and spending 6 hours on the phone with them, I finally gave up and took the phones to the Boost Mobile store and paid them a $35 fee plus a more expensive plan that my parents didn't need to finally get the phones activated, without their old numbers! AND they never received refunds on their 2 $100/year sim cards. So, we lost $200 on the sim cards and didn't get the old phone numbers and spent 6 hours with "customer service" and spent an additional hour and $35 dollars at the Boost Mobile store and an additional $160/year for the service for the two lines. As I said, TERRIBLE service.
Tip for consumers:
Don't try to transfer an existing cell phone number to a new Boost Mobile account. Don't expect acceptable customer service. Don't expect a refund when you don't get what you paid for.
