I called to activate my phone using a boost card the man who answered was very very helpful. He took his time explaining exactly what he needed and how I could get the information so he could turn on my phone. He remained positive throughout the entire call and even made small talk while waiting for the for the results to go through. 10/10 service someone i want to handle my technical issues in the future.

They do not have the phones they sell in stock to ship out within a good time frame! It takes them at least a week to even ship, even though they took the money from my account! What the heck? Phone service is good. Their customer service people suck too, even supposed supervicer. What the heck. Phones bought and paid for in total or payment they have for them should be able to ship within 24 hours for a big company like them. Seems like they have to order it, then ship to the custer!

Boost. As in THEFT from their customers. RUINED my phone after telling me I needed a new SIM. LOADED with bloatware now, old apps dont work, colors changed on some app icons, random notifications that never disappear and cant be turned off or removed. Customer service? LMFAO. 3 hours on text exchange. NOTHING fixed. ZERO F/U from Boost. Now also getting tons of Spam emails I never got before. RUN dont walk away from Boost

Trired to ask a question and he kept repeating how long we needed to gave the phone or how long we had it. It honestly felt like talking to a robot. Kept running in circles around the sand sentence never getting an answer that was not a scripted answer. You could tell he was searching thru script by the long UMMs and SOOs.

I purchased a phone 12/8/22 and realized it didn't have enough memory when I got it home. It was a present for my son and I didn't realize it had 64 gb. I called the store on 12/12 and spoke with a rep who stated they don't do refunds just exchanged I asked for an exchange and they dont have any iPhones with more than 64 gb. I spoke with Johnny who also manages a store on 109th street and he told me he didn't have iPhones only androids. He said if he ordered one on Thursday(because they only order phones on Thursday) i would be outside of the 7 day policy when the phone came on Friday. He also said he wasn't willing to be charged a 400 fee for the phone so im stuck with it. He was rude arrogant and refused to honor the store policy. Never do business with this store you will be stuck with a phone you may not want and cant exchange it because they never have phones. Buy online.

If I could rate their customer service a FAT ZERO I WOULD! Very unprofessional, extremely rude…. And not helpful at all! And they need to change their damn automatic system because that it's self is frustrating trying to even to get a chance to talk to someone!

I have never met such a backwater company in my whole entire life they are horrible they won't help you set up a pin they won't help you with the store we spent an hour and a 1/2 on the phone they did not take the transfer pin number from the old company I doubt my son will ever have a phone number every time we call we get someone who barely Speak English and I doubt my son will ever have a phone in his name because they didn't even try to make sure his phone number would be ported over. I've had it for less than A-day and I already want to cancel and get my money back I wish I could leave 0 stars

Placed an online order on 9/10/2021. The status of the order is delivered by FedEx on 9/15. However the delivered address is not my address.
I called boost mobile customer service and was asked to talk to FedEx.
I called boost mobile customver service again on 9/28 and was told that the devices i ordered were back to boost mobile and i was supposed to get the refund.
Two weeks past and i did not receive the refund, i called customer service 3rd time on 10/12. I explained everthing again and she asked me call FedEx again and again...
Why i need to contact FedEx? It's the problem between boost mobile and FedEx, not mine. Why i'm not able to get the refund even i never received the devices?

I ordered a phone on sale and it never arrived.the web site kept telling me to call customer service, but how was I supposed to do that with out a phone? After three weeks I finally gave up and bought another phone and it came in three days. That was august 10th and today is september 14th. I have called them probably called 25 times since. I bought the first phone on sale for 85$, second was not on sale@ 107$. They have hung up on me, laughed at me, made fun of me and exspectted me to tell them where the missing phone is. I feel after one month its not my problem where the phone is or hunt it down, its boosts problem not mine. Needless to say they will not refund the 107 I payed for the second phone since I deserve to pay the sale price. But they will not even refund any money. Like I am going to pay for two phones. These people really suck.

Now I normally do write reviews but I feel compelled to voice my opinion. Recently purchasing a new in store TCL 20XE from N. State Line Ave. Texarkana Tx or XTREME WIRELESS for $200.00 is beyond uncomprehensible. The actual pricing for this item is $59.99 in store. I feel really upset as a loyal customer being told that I can not get a refund or the rest of my money back..

Avoid, its a scam, didn't work on my Samsung note 9 ( unlocked phone) or on another iPhone 5s phone, and they rejected my refund request because i requested the it in the 10th day of placing the order, it arrived after 5 days and I spent 5 days trying to activate it online and in store with no use.

I just wanted to cancel my order. Something like Amazon for example allows you to simply do so. I just placed the order so under 4 hours. There is no option. I call the customer service number where it is impossible to get an employee. Going through prompt after prompt none useful to my issue. So I cannot cancel my damn order. I want to use the promo for Celero 5G but no store has it and menu don't work online. So I ended up ordering a 4G phone by mistake who knows how long that will work. Which shouldn't even be advertised on their site if they want everyone to use 5G now. This whole forcing you to upgrade your phone is really cruel and horrible to do to poor people by boost. This whole thing is one of the worst and most stressful experiences in my life. I been sitting here slamming my pillow against the wall going insane.

PLEASE BOOST SIMPLY ADD AN OPTION TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER!

First and foremost 90 dollars vanished off my account, one rep says the syatem crashed and then my money vanished, and when i contacted customer service was told the system never crashed and i dont no what im talking about. Thats just the icing on the cake i got hing up on 13 or more times, i was called stupid by a rep i was called a $#*! by a rep as well as a so called supervisor. I was a 5 year customer and after being belittled and called out of my name ontop of the lies and my money vanishing off my account i will no longer be a boost customer. And of course nothing has been done about any of this.

Go anywhere else for cell phone service<. This company that took over Virgin Mobile is horrendous!

There really is no comparison between Telstra and Boost because for the last 6 weeks neither have worked for us In Safety Bay W. A. Nothing to compare! Just more rubbish

Save your time, money and frustrations Boost mobile show's total lack of customer service skill, and they really don't give a $#*!s!

Besides the fact of talking to someone in a third world country that you can barely understand... they false advertise! The customer service reps are garbage and waste your time! YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF GOING WITH A DIFFERENT CARRIER! I am fixing to change after this Bulllish this lady is pulling by leaving me on hold for 40 minutes with NO HELP! I should have received my credit as advertised but NEVER DID and now it's a problem?!

Me and my husband had an amazing experience at boost mobile on westnedge in Kalamazoo Michigan yesterday the man Aaron that was there was very kind fast and just downright an awesome person to spend our time with he balanced through 4 different customers at the same time while working by himself and not one of us got frustrated with him because of how he handled it I definitely recommend Aaron that's for sure

I'm minding my business and a young lady asked Me what company do I have. I told her and she said if you come with us after 3 months paying we will give you 200. So I calculated it for me to receive it April 18. I called 3 times. 1st time they say you will get an email noooot. 2nd time they said go to the store where you purchased phone. Store no longer exist. 3rd time you will get an email in 24 hours noooot and to call the gift card place they said there is nothing there for me to go back to the store. Now literally on hold again for an hour to scream at them for playing me. I hate what theses company do to convince you and don't come threw and the messed up thing about is that it freaking promotions ends this week. I freaking hate boost I want my gift card. I'm going 5o the news and wherever I need to. You played the wrong one. Give me my gift card!

I purchased a new celero 5g plus 2 weeks ago this past Monday I finally had a chance to open the box and look at the phone when I turned the phone on it looked great everything was perfect until I tried to activate the phone and to my surprise I found out that I need a sim card to do that or anything else with the phone. I have been with boostmobile for a long time now and I have never had to have a sim card with any of my phones. What I would like to know is why didn't boostmobile mobile have that information in the betails of the phone before ordering the phone. One more thing is why did boostmobile mobile make it impossible to get into any of my original information that I was once able to do on the old application. Now all I can do is take the time and call boostmobile helpline and hope that someone can tell me what sim card I need and how to get one. This has been a bigger problem than it should have been.

My wife and I have had Boost for the past year… This pathetic excuse of a carrier would not let me make calls at work, and as of lately, my own apartment. When switching our service, the Sales Representatives (more like@$$ clowns) told us the phone was "unlocked" even though their SIM card would still indicate it was locked. A representative from our new carrier disputed this issue with them for 20 minutes, and Boost flat out kept telling them it was an issue with the new service-not Boost. They then hung up without trying to fix the situation at all. I had to pay hundreds of dollars to pay for a whole new phone. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING! A simple "sorry" would have been good too. Save yourself money and a headache. Don't get Boost. I repeat, DO NOT GET BOOST.

Slow speeds constantly. Took 5 calls to customer service that can barely speak English and had to demand a supervisor because they didn't want to give me MY ACCOUNT NUMBER. Two hours just to get the information I needed to dump them!

If you want to spend every single day with pain due to internet connectivity and network issue, go for boost mobile. I strongly recommend not buying this crappy sim, if they even give it for free.

I'm $#*!en tired of these $#*!es always got a issue wit the $#*!en service & the last 2 months my service been stupid asf a week before my bill is due couldnt recieve pics or send pics messages loading even if u try to pay ya bill early u have to wait til your original shut off date got your service to start over! I just paid my bill 30mins ago & my phone still the $#*! ain on this is the worst $#*!en phone company to go with I prefer metro boost needs to be shut the $#*! down forever they're no good at all maybe for 5yr old anybody with business to handle or nex they're phone more than others boost will not satisfy you!
