I called to activate my phone using a boost card the man who answered was very very helpful. He took his time explaining exactly what he needed and how I could get the information so he could turn on my phone. He remained positive throughout the entire call and even made small talk while waiting for the for the results to go through. 10/10 service someone i want to handle my technical issues in the future.
They do not have the phones they sell in stock to ship out within a good time frame! It takes them at least a week to even ship, even though they took the money from my account! What the heck? Phone service is good. Their customer service people suck too, even supposed supervicer. What the heck. Phones bought and paid for in total or payment they have for them should be able to ship within 24 hours for a big company like them. Seems like they have to order it, then ship to the custer!
Taking my business elsewhere! Been paying for unlimited service since I started this account with them. Payed my bill a week ago, a slow difficult time if the outcome.
Boost Mobile has the absolute worst customer service. First of all they all have accents that are difficult to understand. They do not, or act like they do not understand what you are requesting. I finally got so upset with them I requested my account # and Port Out # and this took almost 2 hours of my time to get someone to understand and then was and am still on hold with them. What a nightmare! I still DO NOT HAVE MY ACCOUNT # so I can cancel my service.
I have had the opportunity of utilizing Boost Mobile services for over five years or so, today was really the icing on the cake. I have no services, bill paid and was informed by David from customer services that there was some fraudulent done with my phone and my service has been discontinued. WHEN I TELL YOU, I'M CLUELESS THAT'S WHAT I MEAN. Then the customer services guy David, acting as though he's so apologetic an act. SAVE IT. BOOST MOBILE HAS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SERVICES, REPS NEED TRAINING ON HOW TO PROVIDE CUSTOMERS ACCURATE INFORMATION.
Signed up for autopayment but the site doesn't have an option to cancel. Charged me for two unused days and ultimately cut the line off the date they got paid not the date the service was first used. Customer service lies and very unhelpful. I called them to cancel autopay, customer representative told me it's done. Month later I find out autopayment still is charging. Called the next day and asked for cancelation and refund. Told me I would recieve refund and ticket/email for the refund. Never got either but finally got cancelation of autopay. Don't do business with boost. The fact you can't cancel payment on your own accord just gives away their scummy tactics. Customer service tells you one thing and another thing happens. They want your money don't respect what and when you want to do with your money. Option to change payment but not cancel it
I hate boost. They never have anyone who can help. Or anyone in the United States. They truly are a waste of time! I will not be paying for this $#*!ing $#*!ty $#*! service again!

I rePEAT DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT change your phone plan to this company! They steal your money! I've sued them because they won't give it back or even try to help! You've to sit on the phone with a robot for like 15 minutes and they always transfer you for no reason! I'm not a Karen so I'm never mean to the customers service worker but this has happened 3 times and it sucks that I've to get my lawyer involved in this situation! PLEASE PEOPLE DONT SWITCH you're going to loose your MONEY AND YOUR PHONE NUMBER! NOT WORTH IT
This week alone has been absolutely horrible with boost mobile. Their website has 2 phone I wanted on sale. The price listed at $199.99 but when you add to cart they both increase to $600 and $800. When I called customer service I was told to "just pay" the $1400. Then hung up on, and given a disconnected number. Even speaking to a supervisor was pointless. Then finally I thought I was receiving help from the live chat but nope they made things worst. That representative told me she was billing my debit card twice but instead she used the money on my account for one phone which left my account negative and when I wake up to use the phone it's disconnected. I then again called customer service who is not trained properly at all, and was unsuccessful. Then I talked via live chat again and that person kept telling me to just pay and totally disregard the issue the the representative asked to bill my card, gave me a confirmation number and everything but then took the funds from my account. Boost mobile really need to be invest because I understand we live in a world now where companies no longer care about their customers but I work hard for my money and boost should not be able to use it how they want.

Boost Mobile touts that they are a no contract pre-pay phone service but not the case. If you join with them they will lock your phone till you pay for 12 months of their service, or your phone will never work again anywhere.
We were a long time customer with two phone at Virgin mobile a division of Sprint. Boost mobile took over Virgin and we got transferred into their service. They emailed us and offered us new phones with $100 off on the iPhone 11. Went to a Boost store and was charged $1600 for two iPhone 11, and when I asked why they did not give me the discount offer, they said because I was not a "New Customer" since I was previously with Virgin. I received no receipt, contact nor any kind of paper work at the store and was informed it would be emailed to me. It was not, did not receive anything via email.
After two months of bad service and poor reception, call getting dropped and text not going through we decided to move to another service provider, but found out we could not since our phones were locked for twelve months, since now Boost considers us "new customer".
We are in the process of file Better Business complaints and FCC complaints and would like to join a class action suite if one is out there.
Take my advise and stay clear of this company. Boost mobile and Sprint, one of the same.

For those out there like me, I delayed the purchase of a cellphone for as long as I could. I wanted to keep out of an expensive contract, hefty monthly bills, and have plenty of calling options. When I first saw a commercial for Boostmobile, I was skeptical. So I waited (and waited)to see if the company would go under. It didn't. So, I searched for the right phone. I had to have unlimited everything: calls, text, media mail and data but not at an insane price. Being able to eat too is necessary. That's where Boost comes in. No contract phones AND unlimited plans with SHRINKAGE. So my once monthly bill of fifty dollars will be shrunk to thirty-five in five dollar increments. I have already hit some of those shrinkage milestones, and I have yet to have even ONE dropped call. Coverage across the US is vast, which I need because I travel frequently. And since I waited, my phone, which was listed as an eighty dollar phone, only costed me forty! I love Boost mobile and would recommend them to anyone in need of a new, no b. S., less-costly cell provider.
Everytime my phone battery runs hot phone lagging and freezing on me y'all need to start selling phone cooling fans for every phones people are buying
I don't know what happened but ever since January the 1st, 2023 the service has been piss poor DEPLORABLE. Boost Mobile decided to "EXPAND THEIR SERVICE" but all it's done was create unnecessary extra rope to cross just to be able to get service, help on the phone and a working website. IT'S CRAP CENTRAL and I'm thinking maybe it's time for a change of service indeed.

Boost Mobile that's on 170st between Walton Ave and Wythe in the Bronx... Ashley is great, she helped me switch phone companies because I was having trouble with the prior and I purchased a new phone Galaxy S21. Everything was very fast and smooth, and since I live few blocks away I know that I can stop by anytime for questions.

There was a time when this was a decent cell phone carrier. What they have become is something like hot garbage. I am looking for a new service after many years with Boost!
Was turned over to boost not by choice. They put fake charges in my account which I never ordered. They lowered my data usage when I'm totally unlimited. They suck for customer service.

Boost Mobile is full of $#*!. After 8 years being with them they cut our asses talking about some violation of voice services. WTF is violation of voice services. 8 years and not one, not one happy anniversary! BULL$#*!... Don't EVER go to boost Mobile.
Man i had ordered a phone on September 11th, was due to be delivered on September 13th, but it supposedly didnt come until September 15th when i was at work but when i got home i never saw it. I call up there September 16th and had been given a run around for nearly 3 weeks. The fact that i have not received my phone yet is ridiculous. I was with Boost for 10 years. Never missed a payment. Put up with their poor customer service and primitive website because of the low price. I upgraded my phone to an iphone 12 in April of 2021. Due to travel I switched carriers in November that offered overseas coverage, which Boost does not offer. I was told I could not unlock my phone till I had it for a year. Mind you it was paid in full! I switched over and bought a new device. This April, one year later, after my iphone 12 has been off and useless since November, I was told that they cannot unlock it since my account was not "active" for 1 year! So after 10 years of being an ideal customer, fully paying for a device and waiting for a year... I might as well have a piece of wood not an iphone 12. They say they advise customers to look on the website for unlocking policy. Well, I "spoke" with someone who was not clear because If I had understood this policy, I would have made another decision. What a bunch of thieves with no courtesy!

My plan monthly due date is the 18th of every month. Received a text today 11/16/21 that my monthly payment is due tomorrow 11/17/2021. Spoke with a manager@ Boost and his explanation was it's because October has 31 days and my plan is for 30 days of service. I've been with Boost for over 10 years and NEVER had this issue before. Lately with Boost it's always some $#*! WITH THEM &THEIR SERVICES. I've gone days without services due to technical issues on their end! Didn't even get a bill adjustment. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BOOST TO ANYONE! I'm looking for a NEW PHONE CARRIER!

The only offer for a 5yr plus loyal customer was to PAY FULL PRICE for the same phone! It took me 5yrs to find out boost mobile could careless about our going 5yr relationship! Do not EVER get a plan with Boost Mobile. They are the WORST mobile phone carrier. Oliver, the supervisor, would not help my disable son get his money returned to him. Trust me, do not ever use this company. BAD, BAD, BAD!
