Boost Mobile's reputation is significantly marred by consistent complaints regarding customer service and product reliability. Customers frequently express frustration over long wait times, inadequate support, and unresolved service issues, including poor coverage and delays in order fulfillment. While some positive feedback highlights helpful individual representatives, the overall sentiment indicates a lack of cohesive support and organization within the company. Additionally, concerns about misleading information and billing practices further detract from customer satisfaction. This combination of factors suggests a pressing need for Boost Mobile to enhance its customer service protocols and improve service reliability to retain its clientele.

I have had nothing but trouble every month with boost mobile. Terrible company that only has employees from India apparently. They can't ever handle any simple requests I have and are only there to get as much money as possible. Complete $#*! company
Every time they advertise phones on sale the are out of stock conveniently. It's a scam. You have lost a good and loyal customer. I wouldn't even give 1 star but I. Order to rate boost I have no choice.
THIS COMPANY SUCKS. I SPEND $500 (FULL PRICE) ON A NEW PHONE AND I WAS ADVISED THAT THE PHONE WOULD BE UNLOCKED AFTER MY 1ST FULL YEAR. GUESS WHAT! NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY CAN'T UNLOCK THE PHONE SINCE THEY DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE OLD SPRINT SYSTEM. HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE. HOW ARE COMPANIES LIKE THIS NOT ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL? THEY SUCK. THEIR SERVICE SUCK. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I have been on the phone with boost mobile for the last 3 months trying to change my plan. They keep charging me $40 when my plan says $25. They gave me credit than took it back stating that I didn't pay my intire bill. I was on the phone with customer service and she credit me $10 they never changed my plan. So why I look at my account and now my plan says $40 and my credit is gone. Again. I've been with boost since chirp phones day one really would hate to leave. The service isn't even the same. I'm thinking hard.
The worst customer service ever. Especially the porting department. I would not recommend this service to no one.
If you like getting ripped off and having your phone not work, then boost is for you. Your service will not work even though you paid your bill and they have no customer service line or even chat, so you literally have to go physically go to a boost store to cancel their trash service and switch to a carrier that actually gives you some service for your money.
I have been waiting over a week for phone service and keep getting a run around. They sent out a sims card and it didn't work than they tell me they are sending me another one and I should have it in Two days. But When I call from my son's phone they tell me it's five days for another sims card so I have been without a phone for over a week now. I should of never switched from Straight talk. Would Not Recommend this to anyone now I have to go out and purchase another phone with new number Would not Recommend boost infinite.
I have been with Boost Mobile since the company first began and they were using the slogan Where You At! The company has ALWAYS been ghetto but it wasn't necessarily bad. Now that Dish took over it is horrible. My phone calls drop, I have an unlimited plan but somehow never have data, my phone seems to always stop working after a few months, and when I get it looked at it magically needs to be upgraded. I am tired of them as a company. Even the ordering of new phones. I ordered a phone and no tracking has shown up for my account. I reach out to customer service and the woman answering the phone tells me she can't see my phone tracking info but just be patient. If it has been almost 48 hours why doesn't my phone have any tracking available yet? I then asked for a refund since the phone hasn't been sent out just to be told that I can't do that. The only option I have is to return the phone after I receive it but that would defeat the purpose. I need a working phone now. If I wait until the new one gets to me why would I need to return it? I would have a phone! I believe it is finally time to move on. I am calling the bank to let them know what happened so I can get my money back and find a new company.
Pay attention!Boost mobile suspended my service, but they refused to refund my money back!
This is about the worker in the Victory Drive store. Kahlise, she is not giving good customer service. She rolls her eyes at you when you come in the store. Answers abruptly. Just cold. And she had company at work. While she ignoring customers
I have been a boost customer for years now and always had pretty good service. I started using the Alcatel mobile hotspot that boost has and it was $50 a month for 35G. I am on the ACP so the state pays $30 for the original 12G and I pay $20 for the extra data. Well when they switched and did their "migration" the whole plan changed. Now for $50 I only get 12G of hotspot, but they never informed me of this, I just had to figure it out myself. Since they can't fix the issue I asked for a reimbursement of just the money that I paid for June and July which is when the change started. They have informed me that since I used the 12G that they can't reimburse that money. Keep in mind that they would just be getting the $ right back since I have 2 phone lines with them also.
Boost overcharged me... Locked me into a plan i dont need... Quoted wrong price... Just wrong all around... Im going back to verizon!
Boost screwed me so screw them!
Dont switch companies because probably wont be better at boost.
Tmobile better but not good as verizon.
I have spent hours and hours on 2 or 3 hour long phone calls to Boost, since May 2023, asking the extremely incapable inept new personnel to help get my international calling ($10/mo) to work again, (since they migrated in May, no international call to Europe will go through, although it has been great for years up until now, before the May 'migration'). Hours and hours of wasted time, since, with all their 'escalation' to higher departments, and their 'advanced trouble-shooting', NO ONE helped me (throughout May, June and July) to get it to work.
Finally, two weeks ago, l asked them to just REMOVE the International Calling feature, and it is still not removed!. L am being told it can't be removed without a 'ticket escalating the issue to the back offices', and l am still being billed! (l am in Europe now, and have tried for over a week to remove International Calling; just don't want to lose my number.)
What HAPPENED to this formerly decent company, since May 2023? My experiences have become utterly surreal and utterly horrible, although they were fine before!
For 2 weeks customer service lied to me.
I got so many different stories a different one from each person
I don't think any of your customer service people know any thing
I will not recommend your service
You lie!
Their employees are poorly trained, their equipment and system has been compromised, they have a customer service department that has very little ability to fix anything, problems that they cause by not listening to customers, who they know can't understand them so they lie to make money by lying to customers then doing the opposite or upgrading without consent and don't do what they say they will. They literally lie just to get angry customers off the phone they don't care about customer loyalty. They don't care if you want to cancel your service and they don't refund money they steel from their customers. And problem never gets solved! I want to find other customers and contact them somehow because boost cost me my job I literally lost my job because of their screwups. I want to organize a class action lawsuit because I know they're enough of us with similar issues. Ives read comments on other websites within the past week who are experiencing these same problems
Since the merger with Dish, after not having service for nearly 3 months, I stayed. Giving this company a benefit of a doubt. There was a change to my plan, without my knowing. I am now not able to contact my son, deployed to Guam. I was told to pay an extra 10$ a month?
I also hopped on line while on a call to voice my concerns, and there is the same exact plan I have, 10$ cheaper for exsisting customers. Boost has not bothered to tell me. So I was paying the extra 10$ a month for the plan I had b4, and for 3 months paying for the old plan with my international calling plan.
Boost mobile outsources all calls overseas, does not support military families, and is unfair in their practices. If any attorney or military families see this, I do beleive a suit can be filed for discrimination and unfair price practices.
Boost, you are losing a 10 year customer.
I had 5 lines family plan for many years. I just switched 3 lines to T-Mobile. Left 2 lines as family plan with boost. It should be 50 per month. But they billed me 80 per month even though they're advertising 25 per line. On top of that I moved 3 lines middle of the billing cycle. I should have received some credit back but they refused to refund anything and they wanted to charge me 80 per month. Bad customer service.
Ive been with boost over 10 years. Honestly since the switch the website is terrible.
I can't change my plan anymore, the website barely even works. The service now is just terrible. I never thought that I would switch to another company because I never really had an issue, but now I am definitely looking at my options.
I am going to metro for the savings. Boostmobile wants to draw people in with this bs app.spin and win my $#*!. For the last 4 months the only thing I won, everyday spinning was 5 cents...reallyugh disgusted. Metro here I come!?
My boost up was done 4/26 and they are still charging me the boost up 3 months later and refusing to refund me my money at this point I am seeking a lawyer because that is stealing my money
Answer: I hope so. I want to join. Its not right how they steal money from hardworking people like me.
Answer: You can contact them, but do not bother, they all are trained to act like they know what they are doing but in reality they DO NOT CARE!
Answer: They are worthless. I would not ever recommend them. While their promotions are legit, their service quality sucks.
Answer: Need to change phone to another PHONE. My phone was stolen
Answer: Metro by Tmobile is definitely a step up from Boost. As with all cell phone companies in the store or on line make sure you check out reviews like You Tube before you purchase.
