“Color Me Contrarian, But I Like My Masks”

So many negative reviews. My experience has been good. My masks arrived today(order placed online July 19,2020; arrived August 3,2020), and they are exactly as advertised. I look forward to washing them prior to their first use and adding them in to my rotation of various face masks. I did have to return to the company's mask website to see exactly where on the masks one inserts the replaceable filters, but that mystery was solved in less than a minute. Love the print design on my masks. Ordered four masks in total, so I can give one each to my daughter and son in law. Thank you Brave New Look! Ordered, charged immediately, did not receive the product, multiple follow-ups, automated responses, ongoing over weeks. Even got a USPS tracking number but the package never moved. Following up with my credit card company next.

I ordered a mask and extra filters April 25th. I grew concerned after about 3 weeks of not hearing anything from the company. I sent several emails asking for an update and heard nothing. I sent 2 additional emails asking for an update or a refund. I got a response from "Ann" offering expedited shipping and just recieved my items today. The mask is good quality well made and I'm very happy with it. The only complaint would be I paid extra for the filters and they are very hard to insert and don't really fit properly. Also the total spent was on the expensive side compared to other masks I've purchased from other company's.

Ok, I ordered based on a review article but when I ordered, the website said nothing about it taking over a month to deliver. Now, the emails state that if will 3-4 weeks. I have asked nicely for a refund but only get the same reply over and over = due to COVID it will take 3-4 weeks. Unacceptable reply it you are a reputable company. DON'T order online. Bad business practices. BEWARE

After ignoring the reviews I quickly looked at I'm unfortunately just another victim...$60 is a lot of money to spend on a sweater and have stolen from you. I bought a christmas sweater that was supposed to be quilted and red according to the product description and picture and received the cheapest pos I've ever seen... a Walmart sweater with a print on it AND IT'S BRIGHT ORANGE. There's no way whoever sent it off didn't know they were sending a knock-off piece of $#*!. Worst online purchase I've ever made. Also, they don't accept returns which is a clear indicator that it is a shady theft business... RUN AWAY.

Similar story as others. Ordered by mistake and canceled immediately per website policy stating you had 24 hours to cancel. At least in my case I received the products (opposite of others but in this case, products I didn't want)! Contacted them about returning and got my 1 response. Never got refunded. Emailed many many times to get a response. Nothing. I filed a dispute with my cc company and charge was reversed. And finally, tonight, out of the woodwork I get an email asking for me to tell my cc to recharge me. Wth?!? Terrible company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDS!

We ordered in the first week in April. Sent numerous emails because I was to get them in mid April. Their phone is out of service, them said you should get them soon. Finely received them today the 22 June and they came from China not made in the USA like they advertised. I saw a lot of bad reviews after purchasing them I wish I would have seen them first. BBB should investigate them. I would NEVER buy from this one man show again. There is no way to get a hold of the just a automatic response if you are lucky. Sham Business. I wish you could give them a ZERO instead of 1 STAR. That's to high for the!

I ordered the butterfly mask. The delivery was very slow, almost three weeks. The worst part is that the butterfly mask was a straight piece of fabric. There was no nose clip as described. I also ordered a blue mask for my husband and a black mask was sent instead with no explanation. I am very dissatisfied especially with the butterfly mask. In my mind this was a scam.

I ordered two masks and never received the package. When I emailed the company I got a friendly and helpful response. But... nothing happened. After e-mailing two more times I staretd to receive e-mails with the same text. Nobody is taking care of the orders, it's like a fake company. The emails are automatically send, it's a shame!
I probably never get my stuff nor will I get a refund.

I received the automated order confirmation and that was it. Never received an indication that the order shipped. Sent numerous emails and haven't received a single response. Had to contact my bank to issue a charge back. This is a scam.

I ordered leggings over 2 months ago. One pair arrived 2weeks ago and is so poorly cut and assembled. The second pair arrived today and is not even remotely close to the ones I ordered. Totally different design. Material is so thin, almost see through. No ability to contact the company via Facebook, Messenger, and emails are not returned. Waste of money.

I selected $142.77 worth of mask in April 2020. The next day May 1,2020 the funds were deducted from my account. Today is June 9,2020, and I have not received the mask or a refund or and explanation. The phone number no longer works. Just a scam. Due to COVID 19, I ordered those mask since I'm 65 and needed the protection.
SCAMMERS. I Paid for masks but got NOTHING.

I ordered a size M and received a 2XL legging. Contacting the customer service department is a waste. I was told to keep/donate the 2XL and they would send the correct size. This whole process has been months.
I would recommend that you DO NOT purchase from this company. The only thing that is fast is when they take your money. I'm seriously disappointed.

I ordered masks from this company in early May and they charged my credit card immediately. It is now mid-June and I have not received my order. I have emailed them 3 separate times asking for them to cancel my order and refund my money. It took several days to receive each response back. When customer service responded, they kept offering to go ahead and send the items with some incentive (e.g., free shipping, 30% off). Did I mention I had already been charged the full price? Now the response is that the items are in the fulfillment center and have to ship anyway. I have asked for info on returns and reimbursement, but have not received a response back. I will be calling my credit card company to reverse the charges and will be filing a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

They substituted without my permission. They did not send what was pictured. And what they sent me was ugly and I don't want it. They refused to take it back and refused to send me anything else so far. This is a terrible company and shame on Facebook for allowing them to advertise.

They steel your money! Do not order. I ordered 2 of them. Assuming they where both the same. Except the pattern was different. Not true! They do not explain any of this when you look at the mask. The pattern was not the same fabric or fit of my other one that fit so well. So they lie! They say they are all the same nope! Then when you wanna return it they say no because it's a personal care product and I should donate it. How is me donating it keep it any cleaner than sending it back they donate it? They are out for your money. They are fraud! I will be reports to company. Oh when you can do pick your four you can't they send what they want. Bad company. They say they are made in the USA no they are designed in USA but made in China. Do not buy. They makeup likes and reason.

No masks, no explanation. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Making a donation in kind for the $64.00 lost on these cheats to Feed America. Lesson learned and a donation will remind me not to be a flippin' fool!

Why, I ask, do you treat your customers with such disdain and little respect? If you advertise "ships in 24-48 hours," then be true to your word. If, for instance, due to the pandemic, you cannot fulfill that "promise" then tell people that up front. All your customers want is to be treated with respect and with kindness and honesty. A company that leads with integrity will get positive reviews and referrals. The opposite is true of your company. The BBB gives Brave New Look an "F" rating. I can't believe that you as a company, are okay with that. I know you can do better. As for me, unfortunately, I will never shop your site again, and I will warn others about my very bad experience with your company.

I ordered face masks from this company on 16 May and they said 2 weeks I would receive them and here on June 15th they're still playing games. I'm reporting this fraud to the credit card company. I wish I had come out here to see all these terrible reviews on them and I would not have ordered. You can bet I will be telling everyone not to order from them.

They promise 1-2 week delivery. Will not accomplish. Ask them to commit to a date that the have presented. They will not comply,. Just order elsewhere. They will not be upfront with their lack of ability to deliver. They will just keep you hanging.

Ordered a pair of leggings in early April as a gift. After the expected delivery date I emailed to see where order was. They were supposedly backed up for I waiting a couple more weeks then emailed again. This time they said my ticket must have gotten lost and they submitted a new one, waited again to expected delivery date and emailed again and they said they were behind, ask for a refund and they refused so I filed with BBB and at the end of July I finally got them. My sister really likes them but I won't be ordering from here again and after reading other reviews I may have gotten lucky that I even received them.

I received another order by UPS today and I didnt order these. I got my order back on 12/27 and it was correct. This label matches my original order but the pants dont match except for the correct size. The item inside is the wrong breed. Let me know with a review what you ordered and the date and maybe these are yours. I have a tracking code also that begins 1Z- and ends -90. Maybe you will see this. -Steve

Waiting for order which the USPS posted on the 7th, "waiting for item". No updates since. No response from company to a number of emails. Should be removed from Facebook considering the many negative reviews.

After waiting weeks for her two mask order to be shipped and after several emails to the company to determine her order status, my wife contacted Brave New Look by email to cancel her order. Her email was ignored, and the masks were shipped four days after her cancellation notice. Immediately following the shipment, the company emailed my wife to tell her that they couldn't cancel a shipped order. My wife is attempting to get a credit through her credit card company since the masks were sent after she cancelled the order, but the entire situation has resulted in frustration and lots of wasted time. How companies like this remain in business is beyond me, but I would encourage potential customers to digest the negative reviews before placing an order with Brave New Look.

These masks are not as described. They imply these are US made, but are actually made in China. They are not handmade, but machine made. They are small, flimsy and thin. The filter is almost impossible to insert. A rip off. They will not refund as these items are "personal equipment" they say.

I ordered the mask in late April and they arrived 6/20. I understand delays from high demand. I have another mask I've been using. When I got the mask it wasn't as good of quality as expected but not terrible. I took it out and put it on.

Within two minutes I felt something caught in my throat and started coughing uncontrollably. Inside the mask were tons of millimeter long micro fibers Throughout the fabric that I inhaled (pictured is one that I pulled off my cheek later). I spent ten minutes coughing them out of my lungs.

This product should not have been sold like this. It is dangerous. Do not purchase this product.

I ordered 2 adult masks, and 3 children's masks.
I only received the 2 adult masks. As I was putting the pm filter insert into the mask, the mask completely ripped apart. I spent $80 total for these masks. I wish I would have googled this company before I ordered. They have terrible reviews.
