“Color Me Contrarian, But I Like My Masks”

So many negative reviews. My experience has been good. My masks arrived today(order placed online July 19,2020; arrived August 3,2020), and they are exactly as advertised. I look forward to washing them prior to their first use and adding them in to my rotation of various face masks. I did have to return to the company's mask website to see exactly where on the masks one inserts the replaceable filters, but that mystery was solved in less than a minute. Love the print design on my masks. Ordered four masks in total, so I can give one each to my daughter and son in law. Thank you Brave New Look! Everyone, please wear your masks and try to maintain proper social distancing. Terry Harris(Wyoming)

Ordered, charged immediately, did not receive the product, multiple follow-ups, automated responses, ongoing over weeks. Even got a USPS tracking number but the package never moved. Following up with my credit card company next.

Placed an order (and was charged) on Oct. 2nd. A month later, no notice of shipment, emailed to cancel order. Was told it shipped on Oct. 19th - shipping link brought me to DHL but not info that anything actually shipped. More than 7 weeks later, no merchandise, no refund, no response to emails. SCAM. FRAUD.

I ordered filters for 27 dollars and 3 face masks; supposedly with a FREE 4th mask!... I got the flimsy little filters for a full price 36 dollar bill and NONE Of the Masks, for nearly 135.00 total!... The first email said that PART of my order was shipped... It was, and these were flimsy little cheapo filters... a hair better than a coffee filter for nearly 2 dollars each... They never said if the rest of the order was backordered or anything about the remainder of the order... and I have received nothing to date... I have tried several emails to customer support... NO RESPONSE... I sent Paypal a DISPUTE and a notice of possible scamming... the total bill was $135.00 and I got nothing but some little coffee filters made in china... in an opened package!... The number on the PAYPAL account has a message saying that they only take designated calls...? What the?
Anyway... I wish I had read the reviews first... They all say the same thing...

If there was a 0 rating I would give it to this company.
They take your money and make promises they do not keep. Be aware.
Do NOT buy from them! You will be VERY disappointed. I will not hesitate to report this company to the BBB.
Simply not worth a penny!

I bought these Thin Blue Line tights for my daughter who just got out of the Air Force. She was in Security Forces and is taking Criminology in College. She LOVED these, and said she wanted them for her birthday. Luckily I ordered ahead of time and had them sitting waiting for her birthday. She tried them on and they were so tight she could barely get them on. She passed on to her skinnier sister and she couldn't bend once she put them on. Of course Daphne T. Said it was beyond 14 days (policy NOT on their site) and refused to help in ANY WAY. Someone should call the cops on them. Their address is a post office, i checked Google Maps.

Do not order from this company. They will likely never send your items nor respond to your communications. I am just hoping I can get a refund from the company at this point. I believe this a fraudulent company trying to take advantage of folks during the Covid 19 situation and the facemask requirement in many areas.

I ordered a cute pair of leggings 8/19th. Money was taken out of my account immediately. Kept getting a run around regarding when my item would be shipped. Website stated would be shipped 8/28th. Never happened! Filed s complaint with the BBB as well as disputed the charge due to never receiving the item! I wish I would have saw this site before hand- their Facebook page seemed legit :/

Like many others I was distracted by the professional looking website and did not do my due diligence researching this company before placing a 4 pack face mask order. Unlike many others, I actually received my order (from PA) after a long delay, but was disappointed to see that one mask was significantly smaller than the others - like child sized. I ordered 4 identical adult navy masks; how hard is it to meet size standards during production?
"Nobody home" at customer service: I've emailed 3 times, including the "VIP Support" email address provided in others' screenshots and texted called the contact on their site. NOBODY HOME and NO RESPONSE except a canned email auto response that "my new order was processing." You know, the defective order I had already received. My situation is not as bad as many other reviewers, but still - a complete ripoff, especially during a pandemic! Shame on you Brave New Look.

I ordered May 8th and a month later I got the filters which are worthless without the mask to hold them. Also, they are imported from China. Still waiting for the masks, asked them about them and they said 3-4 more weeks. I asked for a refund... which I doubt I will see. The worst

I ordered my overpriced masks on April 18' today is June 3rd I still did not receive it. After I called my credit cart and report them I just got an email that my order was shipped and probably I would receive it on June 8th. I will never order from them, I will make sure were is the origin and manufacture of my order. I can't comment on the quality because I did not receive it yet ( 2 months!). Very disappointed I don't even want to rate one star, zero stars.

I ordered 4 masks on May 3rd and as of today, I have still not received them. I did get an email response from the company on May 26th, reprocessing my order through expedited shipping and still nothing. I guess I should have checked reviews online before I wasted my money and trusted an ad through Facebook. I am extremely dis-satisifed that a company would take advantage, especially during a global pandemic and the crisis we are facing today. No my family and I are stuck with no masks and out the money already spent.

I ordered in early may, no masks yet. I contacted them, I want my money back. 4 days later they send me tracking for the ctappy overpriced masks. I do not want them!@!@!@ I want my money back. I will be contacting the appropriated agencies for taking advantage in this pandemic. Disgraceful.

I ordered 4 masks and 15 filters on May 1st. They were suppose to ship in 1 to 2 weeks. On the third week I sent an email asking for an update on the status of my order. After reading a lot of bad reviews I thought this may be a scam and I'll never hear back. I did get a response a few days later explaining that due to high demand my order would be late. They told me they would expedite my order and I would get an email the week after Memorial Day that my order was shipped. I got an email on June 3rd and my masks arrived on June 8th. They are as advertised and will work great.

It took almost a month for my masks to ship and they still haven't arrived. They shipped via DHL which delivered the package to USPS which has said it's out for delivery for 3 business days now, but has still not arrived. I can't blame Brave New Look for the shipping delays entirely, but I with they would have used a more reliable shipping option than DHL. I was hoping for a smooth process so I could place a larger order

I usually read reviews, and this time I didn't. I believed their slick and positive advertisements. I've not gotten the masks 6+ weeks after ordering! I questioned the delay 2.5 weeks ago and was told the masks would be shipped that week. A week and a half later I hadn't gotten a tracking number and inquired again - no reply. I asked to have my order canceled a week ago if they weren't shipped that day. Lo and behold I got a DHL e-commerce shipping number. However, now DHL says the product is delayed and USPS hasn't picked it up. They can't tell me if it's still in California or where? It takes over a week to ship from California to Oregon? Now I read these reviews and know that what I'm waiting for came from China after all? I paid way too much for this nonsense! Because I'll probably get the order (eventually), I won't be able to get my money back. I'm furious!

I placed my order on May 6th. I have tried to contact them MULTIPLE times both by phone and email, and NO RESOLUTION. The phone is always busy, and i received a short email saying that they are delayed. It's over a month now, they have taken my money but cannot tell me where my masks are! This is ridiculous! What a SCAM.

I placed an order on 4/25/2020, I still have not received an order that was promised in 7 to 10 days! I had forgotten about the order until I saw an ad. When I emailed the company, I was told I was at the top of the queue and she would expedite my order! REALLY! How do you expedite an order that was ordered almost a month ago?!? I have filed a complaint with the BBB and just saw they have an F rating on there for the same reason I have described! I am calling my bank and getting my money refunded for fraud!

The company offered to deliver in 1-2 weeks in its ad. When the purchase was confirmed, it said the goods wouldn't ship for 3-4 weeks. When I asked for quicker service as I would be changing addresses, they agreed. But then they did nothing and the shipment was never expedited. Then they offered to ship to my new address with a discount. I was skeptical but reluctantly agreed. Then then proceeded to send it to the wrong address. When I found out, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. They ignored that request and sent the goods anyway. Now I'm tied up in disputing the charges. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Very pretty and reasonably well made. Unfortunately not functional. The mask is too tall and does not fit well to the face. Too much gapping but it is pretty. The other problem is it takes weeks (3+) to get the product and since it is supposedly "custom" made is is not returnable. Do not buy this product it is not worth it.

I placed the order and my card was charged 4/19/20. It's 5/12/20 and I still haven't received my order. I've tried to contact customer service but still haven't heard from them. DO NIOT ORDER unless you don't mind throwing money away

FINALLY received the product after many weeks. Loved it. 2 days later it broke. I sent pictures to Brave New Look and asked for a refund. They will not issue refund. Tgey said tgey would replace the item, still no replacement. I try to communicate and get no responses. If you're used to good customer service, RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered my wife a pair of Leggings on Nov 15th for Xmas. Didn't receive any notifications until I complained on Dec 13th. Leggings finally came, rolled up in a UPS bag, not even wrapped up, until Dec 30th. Thats 45 Days for a shipment from California? I could have walked there and gotten them. When asked for an explanation, they won't respond. Garbage Company, Chincy clothing. Avoid at all costs.

I have had to wait over 4weeks for delivery of this special bracelet. When it does eventually arrive I have to pay and extra £12.69as they didn't pay the customs duty and Vat... Absolute shisters, took my my money immediately though...

I paid 51.79 for mask and filters May 10th after complaining they sent filters only (not useful.) I complained again their response was we sent you your merchandise No they didn't and neither my money as June17th no response

Tip for consumers:
DON’T USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SERIOUSLY SCAMMERS!!!

When you first enter the website to order masks, they automatically show you the reusable PM2.5 masks and say it's $20. That way of course you wouldn't have to click on "shop masks" on the website because it's already showing. But once you click on "show masks" the masks are $10. That means they try to trick people into buying it for $20 instead of $10!
